Ms. Douglas has more than 29 years of experience in accounting policy, financial reporting, internal controls and risk accounting. She began her career in 1979 with Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, and has held positions of increasing responsibility including Controller; Assistant Controller; Corporate Accounting Manager; and Financial Reporting Manager. Ms. Douglas currently serves as Chief Accounting Officer responsible for overseeing Anadarko's accounting functions. Ms. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from the University of Houston. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas State Board of Public Accountants and the Financial Executives Institute.

Mr. Gwin serves as CEO of Broadband Horizons. In this role, he is responsible for driving the development of the company's business strategy and operating infrastructure, while leading the Company's financial and capital-raising activities. He is a successful executive with proven skills in several areas including strategic vision, tactical execution, leadership and communications. He brings to BH extensive operating and financial experience, including public-company expertise in corporate governance, SEC filings, structuring and negotiating securities, and managing relationships with shareholders, creditors, equity analysts and the Nasdaq stock market. Mr. Gwin was Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer of ProsoftTraining until joining the Broadband Horizons team in November 2004. At Prosoft he was named CEO to undertake a turnaround of the company, which was in operating distress at the time. He began the turnaround in early 2003 by significantly repositioning products and operations to capitalize on the potential of new markets, structuring and negotiating transactions to raise growth capital through private equity issuance, and positioning the company for merger or acquisition. Prior to being named CEO at Prosoft, Mr. Gwin served as the company's CFO and was responsible for its financial operations, including capital markets and mergers and acquisitions activities, along with its information technology, human resources, and strategic planning functions. Prior to joining Prosoft, Mr. Gwin spent a decade in the institutional investment business as a Managing Director at Prudential Capital Group. He ran Prudential Capital's private investment operations in Dallas, including its Global Energy and Corporate Finance activities, with a portfolio of approximately $13 billion and a staff of 25 professionals. In addition to continuing to serve as Chairman of Prosoft's board, Mr. Gwin sits on the board of Storm Ventures International. Mr. Gwin earned a B.S. from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School at Duke University. In addition, he is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Mark L. Pease joined BreitBurn Energy in December 2007. Mr. Pease has more than 27 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with Anadarko Petroleum, where he was a Senior Vice President responsible for all exploration and production in North America, overseeing production of approximately 330,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day with a $2.6 billion annual capital budget. During his career at Anadarko, Mr. Pease had worldwide responsibility for drilling, major project management, production technology and corporate planning as well as serving on the Executive Committee. He began his career with Anadarko in 1979 as an engineer and continued to hold positions of increasing responsibility. He was General Manager of Anadarko Algeria in 1993, Vice President, Algeria in 1998, Vice President, Engineering and Technology and Vice President, International and Alaska Operations in 2001, Vice President, U.S. Onshore and Offshore in 2002 and Senior Vice President, North America in 2004. Mr. Pease graduated from the Colorado School of Mines in 1978 with a B.S. degree in petroleum engineering. He has served on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Southeast Texas.

Mr. Daniels joined Anadarko in 1985 and assumed his current position in August 2006. He was named Senior Vice President of Exploration and Production in May 2004 and Vice President of Canada in 2001. He has also held key positions within the exploration group, including Geologic Supervisor for Algeria and Manager of Geology for Algeria Exploration. He also served as Project Manager of the Ourhoud Development Project in Algeria and Manager of U.S. Onshore Exploration. Mr. Daniels holds a master of science degree in petroleum geology from the Colorado School of Mines and a bachelor's degree in economics from The Colorado College. He is also a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program. Mr. Daniels serves on the Board of Directors of the Cerebral Palsy Research Foundation and Junior Achievement of Southeast Texas. He is a Trustee of the American Geological Institute Foundation.

Mr. Richey serves as Vice President, reporting to Al Walker, Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Previously, he served Anadarko as Vice President, Corporate Development. He joined the Company in 1987. Prior to joining Anadarko, he held positions in corporate planning, finance and treasury with the Offshore Company, a predecessor to Transocean, United Energy Resources and Sandefer Oil & Gas Company. Mr. Richey holds Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Virginia. He is a member of Financial Executives International, and serves on the boards of directors of Kayne Anderson Energy Development Company, the Sam Houston Area Council Boy Scouts of America, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Houston and the Boys & Girls Club Houston Foundation.

Mr. Rea has more than 28 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry. He began his career with Anadarko in 1981 as an engineer, and has held positions of increasing responsibility including Manager, Midstream Services and Manager, Gas Field Services. Mr. Rea currently serves as Vice President, Midstream and is responsible for overseeing the company's midstream operations, which are primarily located onshore in the United States. Mr. Rea also serves as Sr. Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Western Gas Holdings, LLC, a subsidiary of Anadarko, which is the general partner of Western Gas Partners, LP. Rea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Wyoming Pipeline Authority and is a member of the Gas Processors Association and the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Mr. Colglazier has more than 25 years of experience in a variety of accounting, planning and investor relations positions with the company. He began his career in 1982 with Union Pacific Resources as a corporate auditor and has held positions of increasing responsibility within UPR and Anadarko. Mr. Colglazier currently oversees Anadarko's Investor Relations' program and its external and internal communications' departments. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas in 1982. Mr. Colglazier is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.

Ms. Jackson is responsible for the company's acquisitions and divestitures and U.S. business development department in her role as Vice President of Corporate Development. Ms. Jackson joined Anadarko in 2005, after working for UBS Investment Bank in London and Houston in energy banking. Most recently, she has been responsible for the company's acquisition and divestiture activities. Ms. Jackson began her career with Shell in 1994, where she worked as a drilling engineer and later in planning and marketing. She holds a BA and MA from Oxford University.

Mr. Lawler has more than 20 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry. He began his career in 1988 with Kerr-McGee and has held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility within operations and business planning and analysis departments. Mr. Lawler currently serves as Vice President, Operations and is responsible for overseeing the company's operations and development activities throughout its Southern Region, which includes Kansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Pennsylvania and Texas. Mr. Lawler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA degree from Rice University. He is a member of the World Affairs Council and the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Mr. Lawler also is an instructor in Rice University's Energy Management Executive Education program.

Mr. Faulkner is a registered professional engineer with a diverse background of drilling and completion experience with Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. He has been responsible for workover, stimulation, and drilling operations involving over 200 wells in the Mid-Continent, Gulf Coast, South & East Texas. From 2000 to 2003, he served as a horizontal development and exploration team leader within Anadarko. This experience involved designing, forecasting, and assessing the economic value of horizontal drilling programs from East Texas to the Rocky Mountains. Mr. Faulkner received a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and earned honors as a member of the Petroleum Engineering Honor Society.

Mr. Bryan is a retired business executive. From 1999 until December 2003, Mr. Bryan was Executive Vice President of Newpark Drilling Fluids, Inc., an oilfield services firm headquartered in Houston. He retired as Senior Vice President of Dresser Industries, Inc. in 1998. He had been a Vice President of Dresser since 1990. Mr. Bryan has been a director of the company since 1986.

Mr. Gordon is Senior Managing Director of Deltec Asset Management LLC, an investment firm located in New York, New York. He was President of Deltec Securities Corporation from 1988 until it was converted into Deltec Asset Management LLC. Mr. Gordon has been a director of the Company since 1988.

LUKE R. CORBETT, 60, is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kerr-McGee Corporation, which is engaged in oil and gas exploration and production and chemical operations. He had been employed by Kerr-McGee Corporation for more than 17 years prior to his retirement from Kerr-McGee Corporation on September 1, 2006, having served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since 1997; President and Chief Operating Officer from 1995 to 1997; and Group Vice President from 1992 to 1995. Mr. Corbett also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Noble Corporation and Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, which acquired Kerr-McGee Corporation on September 1, 2006. Mr. Corbett has been a director of the Company and OG&E since December 1996. He serves as Lead Director of the Board, is chairman of the compensation committee and is a member of the audit committee of the Board.

Mr. Allison has been Chairman Emeritus of the Board since January 2006, and a director since 1985. He was Chairman of the Board from 1986 until December 2005. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company from 1986 until January 2002, and from March 2003 until December 2003. Mr. Allison is a director of Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc.
