Mr. Poduska resides in Boston. He is a retired business executive. Mr. Poduska was Chairman of Advanced Visual Systems, Inc., a provider of visualization software, from 1992 until 2002. Mr. Poduska is a director of Novell, Inc. and Safeguard Scientific, Inc. He was a director of UPRG from 1995 until 2000. Mr. Poduska has been a director of the company since 2000.

Mr. Allison has been Chairman Emeritus of the Board since January 2006, and a director since 1985. He was Chairman of the Board from 1986 until December 2005. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company from 1986 until January 2002, and from March 2003 until December 2003. Mr. Allison is a director of Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc.

Mark L. Pease joined BreitBurn Energy in December 2007. Mr. Pease has more than 27 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with Anadarko Petroleum, where he was a Senior Vice President responsible for all exploration and production in North America, overseeing production of approximately 330,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day with a $2.6 billion annual capital budget. During his career at Anadarko, Mr. Pease had worldwide responsibility for drilling, major project management, production technology and corporate planning as well as serving on the Executive Committee. He began his career with Anadarko in 1979 as an engineer and continued to hold positions of increasing responsibility. He was General Manager of Anadarko Algeria in 1993, Vice President, Algeria in 1998, Vice President, Engineering and Technology and Vice President, International and Alaska Operations in 2001, Vice President, U.S. Onshore and Offshore in 2002 and Senior Vice President, North America in 2004. Mr. Pease graduated from the Colorado School of Mines in 1978 with a B.S. degree in petroleum engineering. He has served on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Southeast Texas.

Ms. Jackson is responsible for the company's acquisitions and divestitures and U.S. business development department in her role as Vice President of Corporate Development. Ms. Jackson joined Anadarko in 2005, after working for UBS Investment Bank in London and Houston in energy banking. Most recently, she has been responsible for the company's acquisition and divestiture activities. Ms. Jackson began her career with Shell in 1994, where she worked as a drilling engineer and later in planning and marketing. She holds a BA and MA from Oxford University.

Danny J. Rea has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of our general partner since August 2007. Mr. Rea also served as a director of our general partner from August 2007 to September 2009. Since May 2007, he has also served as Vice President, Midstream of Anadarko. Previously, Mr. Rea served Anadarko as Manager, Midstream Services from May 2004 to May 2007 and Manager, Gas Field Services from August 2000 to May 2007. Mr. Rea joined Anadarko as an engineer in 1981 and has held positions of increasing responsibility during his 27 years with the company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Wyoming Pipeline Authority and is a member of the Gas Processors Association and the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Al Walker serves the company as Chief Operating Officer with oversight for the company's worldwide exploration, development, production, midstream and marketing operations. He joined Anadarko in 2005 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Anadarko, he served as Managing Director for the Global Energy Group of UBS Investment Bank. Previously he was President, CFO and a director of 3TEC Energy Corporation until its sale to Plains Exploration and Production Company. He joined 3TEC after holding a variety of merchant banking positions of increasing responsibility at Prudential Capital Group, where he was Senior Managing Director and Co-Head at the time of his departure. He is a director of Temple-Inland, Inc. (NYSE: TIN), Chairman of Western Gas Holdings, LLC, a subsidiary of Anadarko and general partner to Western Gas Partners, LP. (NYSE: WES), and also serves on the Board of Trustees for the United Way of Greater Houston and the Houston Museum of Natural Science. Mr. Walker holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Tulsa. Al and his wife, Stephanie, have three children.

Ms. Douglas has more than 29 years of experience in accounting policy, financial reporting, internal controls and risk accounting. She began her career in 1979 with Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, and has held positions of increasing responsibility including Controller; Assistant Controller; Corporate Accounting Manager; and Financial Reporting Manager. Ms. Douglas currently serves as Chief Accounting Officer responsible for overseeing Anadarko's accounting functions. Ms. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from the University of Houston. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas State Board of Public Accountants and the Financial Executives Institute.

Al Richey is Vice President, Corporate Development, for Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. Mr. Richey joined Anadarko in 1987 as Manager of Treasury Operations. He was named Treasurer later that year and was named Vice President in 1995. Mr. Richey's background in the oil and gas industry includes The Offshore Company, United Energy Resources and Sandefer Oil & Gas. Mr. Richey received a bachelor of science degree in commerce in 1971 from the University of Virginia. In 1974, he earned a master of business administration degree from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia. He is a member of the Financial Executive Institute. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Houston and Boy Scouts of America.

Mr. Hazlett has more than 25 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry.A He joined Anadarko in 1984, and has held positions of increasing responsibility within International and domestic exploration including Chief Geoscientist and Manager, US Onshore Exploration.A Mr. Hazlett currently serves as Vice President, Exploration, US Onshore and Alaska, and his responsibilities include exploration in multiple shale gas basins including the Marcellus and Eagleford plays.A Mr. Hazlett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in geology from Virginia Tech, and a Master of Science degree in geology from Colorado School of Mines.A He is a member of AAPG, Rocky Mountain Association of Geologists and Houston Geological Society.

Mr. Colglazier has more than 25 years of experience in a variety of accounting, planning and investor relations positions with the company. He began his career in 1982 with Union Pacific Resources as a corporate auditor and has held positions of increasing responsibility within UPR and Anadarko. Mr. Colglazier currently oversees Anadarko's Investor Relations' program and its external and internal communications' departments. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas in 1982. Mr. Colglazier is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.

Mr. Lawler has more than 20 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry. He began his career in 1988 with Kerr-McGee and has held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility within operations and business planning and analysis departments. Mr. Lawler currently serves as Vice President, Operations and is responsible for overseeing the company's operations and development activities throughout its Southern Region, which includes Kansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Pennsylvania and Texas. Mr. Lawler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA degree from Rice University. He is a member of the World Affairs Council and the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Mr. Lawler also is an instructor in Rice University's Energy Management Executive Education program.

Mr. Faulkner is a registered professional engineer with a diverse background of drilling and completion experience with Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. He has been responsible for workover, stimulation, and drilling operations involving over 200 wells in the Mid-Continent, Gulf Coast, South & East Texas. From 2000 to 2003, he served as a horizontal development and exploration team leader within Anadarko. This experience involved designing, forecasting, and assessing the economic value of horizontal drilling programs from East Texas to the Rocky Mountains. Mr. Faulkner received a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and earned honors as a member of the Petroleum Engineering Honor Society.

LUKE R. CORBETT, 60, is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kerr-McGee Corporation, which is engaged in oil and gas exploration and production and chemical operations. He had been employed by Kerr-McGee Corporation for more than 17 years prior to his retirement from Kerr-McGee Corporation on September 1, 2006, having served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since 1997; President and Chief Operating Officer from 1995 to 1997; and Group Vice President from 1992 to 1995. Mr. Corbett also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Noble Corporation and Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, which acquired Kerr-McGee Corporation on September 1, 2006. Mr. Corbett has been a director of the Company and OG&E since December 1996. He serves as Lead Director of the Board, is chairman of the compensation committee and is a member of the audit committee of the Board.
