Osamu Mawatari is Chairman of the Board, President & Representative Director of Analog Devices K.K.(ADKK) , as well as a Vice President of Japan Sales at Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI). Mr. Mawatari joined ADKK in 2003 as Account Sales Director. He was appointed as the Vice President of ADKK in March 2006, and named Chairman of the Board, President & Representative Director of ADKK in May 2006, at which time he also became a Vice President of ADI. He started his career at Nippon Motorola Ltd. in 1979 where he gained experience in sales, marketing and operations including design and product engineering, and served as Director, Imaging and Entertainment Solutions, Semiconductor Sector (presently Freescale Semiconductor) until 2000. After that he worked as Director of Global Accounts at Nihon Synopsys from 2001 to 2002. Mr. Mawatari was born in Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan. He graduated with a BS in Electronics from Chuo University, Tokyo, in 1979. Mr. Mawatari resides in Kanagawa Prefecture with his wife and two children.

Dr. Fuller is the Vice President of Research and Development and Chief Technology Officer at Analog Devices, Inc (ADI). In this position he guides the technology strategy of ADI, leads the design tools group within the company and other corporate wide engineering functions, and directs ADI's university-based research programs. Prior to joining ADI in 1998, Dr. Fuller was Vice President of Research and chief scientist at Digital Equipment Corporation, where he was responsible for establishing and leading Digital's research laboratories that led to innovations in RISC computers, network processors, and internet search engines. In the 1970s, Dr. Fuller was an associate professor of Computer Science and electrical engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, where he was involved in the design and performance evaluation of several experimental multiprocessor computer systems. Dr. Fuller serves on the board of ZYGO, Middlefield, CT and the CNRI (Corporation for National Research Initiatives). He currently serves as a member of the Division of Engineering and Physical Sciences Board of the National Research Council and the MESA Industrial Advisory Board review committee of DOE's Sandia Laboratories. He holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a M.S. and Ph.D. from Stanford University. He is an IEEE Fellow, AAAS Fellow, and a member of the National Academy of Engineering.

Seamus Brennan is Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer for Analog Devices, Inc. Since joining ADI in Limerick, Ireland in 1984, Mr. Brennan has played a key role in the development and implementation of the Company’s worldwide financial systems, processes, and controls. After serving as Limerick’s Plant Controller from 1989 to 1994, he transferred to ADI’s corporate headquarters in Norwood, Massachusetts to manage the implementation of the company’s enterprise-wide system for transaction processing and financial reporting. In 1997, he became Assistant Controller and in 2002, was promoted to Corporate Controller. For the past six years, Mr. Brennan has been managing ADI’s worldwide accounting and transaction processing, internal control, management planning and reporting, internal audit, and SEC reporting functions. Prior to joining ADI, Mr. Brennan served for six years as a controller and financial systems manager for a regional development agency in Ireland. Earlier in his career, he spent five years in public accounting. Mr. Brennan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the National University of Ireland, Galway. He is also a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and an associate of the Irish Taxation Institute.

Alex Glass is Vice President of Global Accounts at Analog Devices, Inc. He joined ADI in 2008 after serving as CEO of 4i2i Communications, a privately-held Scottish company that provides video and audio coding technology for the broadcast industry. Prior to joining 4i2i, Mr. Glass spent 10 years at Xilinx, Inc. In his most recent role with Xilinx, VP of Strategic Accounts, Alex was responsible for all of the company’s non-communications Tier One customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and North America. Prior to that, Mr. Glass held various sales leadership positions with Xilinx, including VP of Sales for EMEA, as well as Area Sales Director for Canada. He is a graduate of London Business School's Sloan Fellowship Program. Mr. Glass currently resides in Berkshire, England with his wife, Emma, and their two children.

Richard (Dick) Meaney is Vice President of Precision Signal Processing at Analog Devices, Inc. In this role, Dick oversees product development and worldwide marketing activities for the company’s analog technologies for applications that demand high-precision conversion. Mr. Meaney’s group develops precision linear and converter products for applications ranging from airport security scanners, factory-floor robotics, automotive airbags, scientific, medical and engineering instrumentation, bar code scanners and ultrasound equipment, to CAT scanners and semiconductor automatic test equipment. Mr. Meaney’s early design work included the development of ADI’s first switched-capacitor-based data converters. A graduate of the University of Limerick, Dick has held a variety of engineering and business management positions during his 26 years with Analog Devices.

Gerald "Jerry" McGuire, a luminary in the digital signal processing (DSP) community, leads Analog Devices' General Purpose DSP Group (GP-DSP). Named vice president of the group in 2007, he focuses on growing the company's global GP-DSP business across a broad-base of application areas including industrial and instrumentation, digital home, automotive, and portable consumer. Mr. McGuire has been with ADI for 20 years in a variety of roles that span applications engineering, product marketing, product line manager, product line director, and most recently as co-general manager of Convergent Platforms and Services (CPSG). His tenure at the company coincides with most of the history of DSPs worldwide. Over this time, he has been involved with all of the company's DSP architectures as well as related development tools and DSP software efforts. As product line director for the company's General Purpose DSP offerings, Mr. McGuire drove ADI's SHARC Processor business from infancy to its current status as the de facto standard in audio processing. Similarly, he worked on ADI's Blackfin Processor family nearly from its inception, putting together the team that turned the Blackfin Processor from an average DSP to one possessing superior attributes of power and performance. Mr. McGuire also helped establish ADI's CROSSCORE Development Tools as the industry-leading DSP tools, integrating two ADI acquisitions into the company and installing the management team for CROSSCORE. Mr. McGuire speaks and writes internationally on a variety of DSP and embedded processing topics. Recently he delivered the keynote address, "The New Frontier: Application Convergence in a Networked World," at Embedded World in Germany in 2006. He began his career at ADI in 1987 in DSP Applications Engineering. Mr. McGuire holds a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Vermont, where his master's thesis was on the topic of multiprocessing, and a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Vermont.

Howard Cheng is Vice President for Asia; this includes Greater China, Korea, India, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam for Analog Devices, Inc. He has 20 years of experience in the electronic industry with working experience spread from one end of design engineer and manager to the other corner of business executives in several companies and fields in Taiwan. Prior to joining Analog Devices, Mr. Cheng held a number of senior management positions in Design, Product Marketing and Sales within several telecommunication companies. He holds a BSME from Tamkang University from Taiwan.

Mr. Champy has been a Vice President of Perot Systems Corporation, a technology services and business solutions company, since 1996. Mr. Champy also serves as trustee of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

John Hussey is Vice President of High Speed Signal Processing at Analog Devices, Inc. He is responsible for product development and all related marketing activities for the company’s high-speed signal processing technology. Mr. Hussey’s group develops high-speed linear and converter products primarily for communications infrastructure and instrumentation applications. This core technology serves as a basis for application-specific linear and mixed-signal products for the consumer, computer and communications markets. Applications include advanced TV, digital cameras, set-top boxes, ADSL and digital radio. Mr. Hussey has held a variety of product line management and marketing positions during his 20 years with Analog Devices. He served most recently as Vice President for High Speed Data Converters. John is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Lon Bott serves as Vice President of Sales, the Americas, for Analog Devices, Inc. He has been with ADI since 1988 and has served in a number of sales management roles both domestically and internationally. Prior to joining ADI, Lon has worked in sales management, marketing, and engineering roles. He holds a BSEE degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and resides in the Dallas, Texas area with his wife and children.

Margaret ("Marnie") Seif is Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Analog Devices, Inc. Analog Devices is headquartered in Norwood, Massachusetts, and is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange. In her position as General Counsel, Ms. Seif is responsible for all aspects of the company's legal work, including corporate and securities matters, governance matters, intellectual property management, and litigation. Prior to joining Analog Devices, Ms. Seif was Vice President and General Counsel of RSA Security, a leading provider of network security and data encryption products headquartered in Bedford, Massachusetts and publicly traded on the Nasdaq exchange. In addition to her practice, Ms. Seif has participated in many continuing education programs for PLI, MCLE and others. She has recently authored articles on the topics of management of litigation by in-house counsel, and in-house counsel's role in the management of an SEC investigation. She has also participated in efforts by the online services industry to create privacy guidelines for consumers on the Internet, and to initiate copyright reform for new media. Ms. Seif is a graduate of Brown University and the University of Michigan Law School.

Mark Martin joined Analog Devices in 1985 and was named Vice President and General Manager of the Micromachined Products Division in 2007. Prior to joining this division, Mr. Martin held several senior management positions for ADI. As Product Line Director for RF and Wireless Systems (RFWS), he was responsible for the GSM chipset business targeting the WW handset market. As Asia Marketing Director based in Hong Kong, he built and led a regional marketing and application team focused on the wireless communications, computer and consumer markets in China, Taiwan, Korea, and Singapore. Mr. Martin's other roles at ADI included Product Line Manager, High Speed Consumer and Communication Standard Products and High Speed Converter Group Leader. Mr. Martin holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University as well as a M.S. in Engineering Management from the Gordon Institute of Tufts University. Mr. Martin, his wife and two children reside in Lynnfield, Massachusetts.

Peter Henry is Vice President of Power Management Products and Portable Computing and Handsets at Analog Devices, Inc. He is responsible for product development and all related marketing of the company’s power management technology, as well as the strategic direction for Portable products. Mr. Henry’s group develops power management solutions for handheld computing, communications, fixed power, enterprise systems and the industrial and instrumentation. In addition, Mr. Henry’s group is pioneering the development and application of next-generation digital power technology, a technology that enables the creation of “smart” power management solutions that will dramatically reduce overall power consumption of traditionally power hungry systems. Prior to re-joining Analog Devices in March 2006 after an 8-year leave from the company, Mr. Henry served as vice president of National Semiconductor Corporation's Portable Power Systems product line and as vice president of marketing for Suni Imaging Systems. Originally joining Analog in 1990, he held various design, marketing and management positions in the company. Mr. Henry earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as completed the Stanford AEA Executive Institute program in 1999.

Peter Real is Vice President of the RF and Networking Components business unit at Analog Devices, Inc. He holds BSEE and MSEE degrees in Electronic Engineering. He has worked in both Ireland and the USA throughout his Analog career, starting out as a designer initially focused on the development of precision and high speed converter products. He then progressed through increasing levels of engineering and product line management responsibility within a variety of market and applications segments including disk drives, power management, networking, video distribution, and wireless infrastructure. Today he takes full operating responsibility for the RF and Networking Components businesses at ADI. These businesses define, develop, and merchandise IC solutions primarily for communications markets and applications. He is the holder of nine patents and has presented at many international technical conferences.

Robbie McAdam serves as Vice President of Analog Semiconductor Components for Analog Devices, Inc. Mr. McAdam has held this position since 1999. Prior to his current position, Robbie was Vice President and General Manager of the Analog Standard Products Division and prior to this as Vice President of the Limerick Division, located in Ireland. He began his career with ADI in 1984 as a Marketing Manager for the Limerick Division. Before joining ADI, Robbie served as European Marketing Manager for General Electric's semiconductor division. Mr. McAdam earned a Bachelor of Engineering Degree and a Master of Engineering Degree from University College Dublin in Ireland.

Rob Marshall is the Vice President of Worldwide Manufacturing Operations and has held this position since 1991. Prior to this position he was Plant Manager for Limerick Manufacturing Operations which has the largest and first Fab within Analog Devices, Inc. Rob began his career with ADI in 1983 as an Engineering Manager for the Limerick division. Before joining ADI, Rob served as an Engineering Manager for NMOS production at General Instruments. Rob earned his Bachelors of Science in Engineering from the Dundee College of Technology, Scotland in 1975.

Thomas Wessel is the Vice President for European Sales and Marketing for Analog Devices, Inc. Since June 2005, he is responsible for spearheading the company’s European sales effort, managing an experienced team of sales people across the region to provide both technical support and business development for all customers, direct and distribution. Thomas Wessel earned a Certificate of Finalist in the ‘Best Turnaround Executive’ category of the 2008 International Business Awards, in recognition of his strong performance in implementing positive changes in Analog Devices’ European Sales and Marketing Organisation. He brings over ten years experience supporting electronics customers across Central Europe. He joined Analog Devices, Inc. in 2003. Mr. Wessel holds a B.Sc. in Applied Physics from the University of Applied Sciences Lübeck.

Vincent Roche is Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI), headquartered near Boston in Norwood, Massachusetts. Mr. Roche began his career at ADI in 1988 as a senior marketing engineering in the company's Limerick, Ireland facility. Over the next several years he created and managed many new businesses, including ADI's fiber optical infrastructure initiative. These businesses cumulatively have generated significant revenue and intellectual property for ADI. In 1999, Mr. Roche was named Vice President and General Manager for ADI's Silicon Valley Business Units and Computer and Networking Segments. In his current role as Vice President, Worldwide Sales, Mr. Roche is responsible for ADI's worldwide sales channels, including direct sales, distribution, manufacturers' representatives and e-commerce, for all product lines. He is also responsible for corporate marketing and public relations. Mr. Roche grew up in Wexford, Ireland and earned a BSEE degree from Limerick University in Ireland. Mr. Roche resides in Massachusetts with his wife and four children.

William Matson joined Analog Devices as the head of Human Resources in November 2006, bringing a wealth of experience in organizational structure, leadership development and human resources operational infrastructure. Prior to joining Analog Devices, Mr. Matson was the first Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Lenovo, establishing the company as a global enterprise after the acquisition of IBM's PC business in December 2004. Prior to his role with Lenovo, Mr. Matson worked at IBM where he held various Human Resources over the course of his 23-year tenure. Mr. Matson earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in Industrial and Labor Relations. He lives in Dover, MA with his wife Donna and has two children currently in university in Boston. He is a member of the HR Policy Association and the HR Policy Institute.

Frank Weigold brings a wealth of experience in the management of emerging growth companies and turn arounds. He has worked at the highest level with companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations. Frank is currently the Vice President and General Manager of the Micromachined Products Division of Analog Devices, Inc., a position he has held since 1999. He is responsible for the management of two business units and four manufacturing site, including one in Europe and one in the far east. Mr. Weigold joined Analog Devices in 1992 as the Vice President and General Manager of the Transportation and Industrial Products Division. Prior to joining Analog Devices, Frank was President and General Manager of Unitrode Corporation, a provider of electronic components and subsystems. Before Unitrode, Frank worked in various Hambrecht & Quest controlled companies, from 1977 to 1987, including Vice President of New Product Development for Rexon Business Machines; President of Silicon General Inc and Vice President and General Manager of American Standard Inc. Prior to that Frank held various positions, including General Manager with TRW, Inc. from 1966. He started his career at Westinghouse where he held positions in applications engineering and marketing. Frank has a B.S.E.E. from Michigan Technological University and an M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.

Ray Stata is cofounder of Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI), a Fortune 1000 and S&P 500 company recognized for leadership in the design and manufacturing of analog, mixed-signal and digital signal processing semiconductors. ADI was established to fulfill Mr. Stata's vision of the future role for high-performance signal processing technology. Operational amplifiers and linear ICs were soon joined by data converters, and later by digital signal processors (DSPs), forging the integration of analog and digital circuitry in semiconductors for signal processing. Mr. Stata served as President of the company from 1971 to 1991 and CEO from 1973 to 1996. He has been Chairman of the Board since 1973 and continues to serve in this capacity. Prior to the formation of Analog Devices, he was a founder of Solid State Instruments and became vice president of marketing at Kollmorgen Corporation's Inland Controls Division when that company acquired Solid State Instruments. Mr. Stata is active in the high technology industry and in public service. Throughout his career Mr. Stata has committed himself to numerous programs designed to develop learning skills in our youth, promote interest in engineering, and establish quality as a key cultural values for people and corporations around the world. As co-founder and the first President of the Massachusetts High Technology Council, Mr. Stata advocated that engineering education and university research funding were a shared responsibility of government and industry. Mr. Stata is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the MHTC. His work on the MHTC has spawned many pivotal educational initiatives. The Massachusetts STEM Collaborative, of which Mr. Stata is co-chairman, is dedicated to nurturing interest in math and science among students in K through 12 grade levels. The Retired Engineers In Education program brings scientists and engineers into middle school classrooms to teach math and science. At the federal level, he served on the Executive Committee of the Council on Competitiveness from 1987 to 2005. Mr. Stata's service on the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Board of Overseers stemmed from his professional commitment to total quality management. He was also a founder of the Center for Quality of Management in 1989. A graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Mr. Stata holds a BSEE and MSEE from MIT, is now Chairman of the Visiting Committee of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. In 1984 he was elected to MIT's Corporation and today is a member of its Executive Committee. In 1987-1988 he served as President of the MIT Alumni Association. William A. Martin is Treasurer and Director of Mergers and Acquisitions for Analog Devices, Inc. and is based in the company’s headquarters in Norwood, MA. He has held the position of Treasurer since 1993 and has the added responsibility for the company’s merger, acquisition and divestiture activities. Mr. Martin joined Analog in 1984 as a Treasury Analyst, was promoted to Director of International Treasury in 1990, and was appointed Treasurer in 1993. David has worked at various times - and with varying degrees of success - as a disc jockey, writer, computer programmer, radio producer, radio engineer, teacher, advertising copywriter, spokesperson for Boston's Big Dig highway project, while performing stand-up and acting in a number of local productions including Curley: The Musical, The Dining Room, and Late Night Catechism. Greg Koss has more than 20 years of management and operational experience in the networking industry. He was previously President and CEO of optical Ethernet startup Internet Photonics, which was acquired by Ciena. Before that he was the President and CEO of Sonoma Systems, which was acquired by Nortel. Greg has also held business development, product development and senior management positions with high-growth technology companies such as Andrew Corp., CrossComm, Proteon, Fibronics and Analog Devices.

Mike has twenty-five years operating experience in semiconductors and communications, specializing in strategic planning, marketing and business development at companies such as Analog Devices, Anadigics and the world's first DSP company, TRW LSI Products. Mike has also served as the CEO of a networking company and consultant to several technology start-ups. Most recently, he co-founded GTV Capital, an early stage venture fund. Mike is a frequent speaker and panel member at entrepreneur forums. Mike leads the firm's Boston office. Mike received his BSEE from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from California State University; he also studied strategic planning at Harvard University.

Yunchu Li entered the University of Science and Technology of China in 1989 and got his BSEE and MSEE degrees from the in 1994 and 1997, respectively. He got Ph.D degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University. Currently he is a senior IC design engineer in the high speed converter group at Analog Devices (Wilmington, MA). His interests include analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit design. Digital signal processing algorithm development.

Mr. Saviers has been retired since August 1998. He is a founder and Director of InPronto, Inc. a dental services firm. He served as Chairman of the Board of Adaptec, Inc., a provider of high-performance input/output products, from August 1997 to August 1998, President and Chief Executive Officer of Adaptec from July 1995 to August 1998, and President and Chief Operating Officer of Adaptec from August 1992 to July 1995. Prior to joining Adaptec, Mr. Saviers was employed with Digital Equipment Corporation, a computer manufacturer, for more than five years, last serving as Vice President of its Personal Computer and Periphreals Operation.

Mr. Sicchitano, age 64, has been retired since June 2001. He joined Price Waterhouse LLP, a predecessor firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, in 1970 and became a partner in 1979. PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, or PwC, is a public accounting firm. At the time of his retirement, Mr. Sicchitano was the Global Managing Partner of Independence and Regulatory Matters for PwC. During his 31-year tenure with PwC, Mr. Sicchitano held various positions including the Global Managing Partner of Audit/Business Advisory Services and the Global Managing Partner responsible for Audit/Business Advisory, Tax/Legal and Financial Advisory Services. Mr. Sicchitano also serves as a director of PerkinElmer, Inc. and MetLife, Inc. Mr. Sicchitano is a certified public accountant.

Mr. Hodgson has been retired since December 2006. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing and Sales Officer for DuPont, a science-based products and services company, from January 2006 to December 2006. Mr. Hodgson served as Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Officer from May 2005 to January 2006, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing and Sales Officer from February 2002 to May 2005 and Group Vice President and General Manager of Dupont iTechnologies from February 2000 to February 2002.

Mr. Doyle has been self-employed as a technical consultant since September 1991. He was employed formerly by the Hewlett-Packard Company, a provider of technology solutions, where he serves as the Executive Vice President of Business Development from 1988 through 1991, Executive Vice President, Systems Technology Sector from 1986 to 1988, Executive Vice President, Information Systems and Networks from 1984 to 1986, and Vice President, Research and Development from 1981 to 1984. Mr. Doyle also serves as a director of Xilinx, Inc.

Lester Carl Thurow, Independent Director, is the Jerome and Dorothy Lemelson Professor of Management and Economics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School of Management. He is also a director of Analog Devices, Inc. Professor Thurow served as dean of the Sloan School of Management from 1987 to 1993. Professor Thurow holds a Ph.D. in economics from Harvard University and an M.A. in philosophy, politics and economics from Oxford University where he was a Rhodes Scholar.

Mr. Istel has been a Senior Advisor to Rothschild, Inc., an international investment bank, since April 2002, and was Vice Chairman of Wasserstein Perella & Co. International and Managing Director of Wasserstein Perella & Co., Inc. from 1988 to 1992. Mr. Istel also serves as a director of Imperial Sugar Company, a processor and marketer of refined sugar, compagnie Financiere Richemont S.A., the parent group owning luxury good companies, including Cartier and Montblanc; and Chairman of the Board of Overseers of Reinet Investments S.C.A.
