Before joining Quest Diagnostics Incorporated,Mr. Green was Senior Vice President & General Manager of Computed Tomography for Philips Medical Systems, a global leader in the business of developing, manufacturing, and marketing computed tomography equipment used in medical imaging applications, from October 2001 to April 2005.

Dr Akos Zarandy, one of the founders of AnaLogic, served also as the CEO of the company during its first five years. He is currently the Co-CTO and VP of Technology for both AnaLogic and Eutecus, focusing on core technology related developments. Dr Zarandy spent 15 years with the scientific research and development of various cellular array processor architectures, implementations, and applications. He obtained his PhD from the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. During his PhD studies, he spent more than 2 years at the University of California , Berkeley . He led several successful research and development projects, including vision system development, locally adaptive sensor development, and solved ultra high-speed vision problems. Dr Zarandy had introduced and patented an image processor system architecture, and took part in the development of patented vision system. He is married, has three sons, likes playing soccer, rowing, and bicycling.

Dr. Csaba Rekeczky has been working on cellular visual technology related research and development areas for more than 10 years and is a co-founder, managing partner and Co-CTO of both AnaLogic and Eutecus. He is also responsible for directing and synchronizing the core research activities with different academic entities. He holds a Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering and computer science and is the author or co-author of more than 100 publications, of which 24 have been published in peer-reviewed sci-journals and more than 50 in conference proceedings. In recent years he has directed several large scale research, system and software development projects related to medical and industrial imaging. Most of these activities were also related to a technology transfer process from an academic environment to industry and significantly contributed to the birth and expansion of AnaLogic/Eutecus. Dr. Rekeczky has lived, worked and taught in several countries including Japan and the USA. He has teaching experience in nonlinear dynamics, emerging computations and visual microprocessor technology (Budapest University of Technology and Economics, University of Tokushima and University of California at Berkeley). He is a member of the IEEE and program committee member of several upcoming conferences. He served as an associate editor of the IEEE-CAS in 2003-2004. His research interests and competencies include early vision techniques, nonlinear and adaptive filtering, image segmentation and fusion, multitarget multisensor tracking, and cellular neuromorphic computation. He is married, has a daughter, and enjoys playing table tennis, soccer and piano.

Mr. Millerick was previously Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CalComp Technology Inc., a manufacturer of computer technology and peripherals, from 1996 to 1999. Before joining CalComp Technology, Inc., Mr. Millerick was Vice President-Finance of the Personal Computer Unit of Digital Equipment Corporation, a computer manufacturer, from 1994 to 1995. Mr. Van Adzin is responsible for leading the overall direction and management of Mercury's legal affairs, which encompass corporate governance, securities law, contracts, M&A-related legal work, regulatory matters, intellectual property, international projects, employment law, and outside legal services. Prior to joining Mercury, Mr. Van Adzin was Vice President, General Counsel, Corporation Secretary, and Chief Representative of the China Representative Office at Analogic Corporation, a medical and security technology company, where he directed the company's legal activities, managed its legal department, and played a key role in actively handling a wide variety of legal, transactional, contracting, compliance, and regulatory matters. Previously, Mr. Van Adzin was Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporation Secretary at ManagedComp, Inc., a managed-care company, and Vice President and Corporate Counsel at Abex Corporation, an aerospace and automotive equipment company. He has also worked at the Liberty Mutual Group and at the Boston law firms of Sullivan & Worcester and Gadsby & Hannah. Mr. Van Adzin completed a dual-degree program at Harvard University and Boston University Law School, from which he received M.C.P. and J.D. degrees. He holds a B.A. degree from Columbia University.

John J. Fry joined Analogic as Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary on November 26, 2007.
From April 2005 until joining Analogic, Mr. Fry was a principal of the law firm, Driggs, Hogg, & Fry Co., L.P.A. (formerly Driggs, Lucas, Brubaker & Hogg Co., L.P.A.), where his practice focused primarily on technology and intellectual property law. From August 1995 to April 2005, he held various legal positions at Philips Medical Systems (formerly Marconi Medical Systems and Picker International), including Senior Corporate Counsel and Intellectual Property Manager and counsel to Philips’ computed tomography business.

Peter M. Howard was appointed as a Senior Vice President and General Manager of Analogic’s OEM
Medical Group in September 2008. Mr. Howard has been an employee of Analogic since November 2003, first serving as General Manager of the Imaging Subsystems Division (which we refer to as ISD), and more recently as Vice President and General Manager of the OEM Medical Group, which includes ISD and the Medical CT Division, and as Vice President and General Manager of Copley Controls Corporation, which Analogic acquired

Bernard M. Gordon was our Chairman of the Board from 1969 to April 2004 and from November 8, 2006
through January 28, 2008, and was President from 1980 to 1995 and from October 2001 to April 2003.
Mr. Gordon was our Executive Chairman from February 2002 to April 2004 and from November 2006 to May 2007, in which capacity he served as our Chairman of the Board and as our principal executive officer.
Mr. Gordon served as our “Advisor to the President” from May 21, 2007 through July 31, 2007. Mr. Gordon was our Chief Executive Officer from 1973 to 2000 and from February 2002 to August 2003. Mr. Gordon is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Lahey Clinic. Mr. Gordon has been the Executive Chairman and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Neurologica Corp. since February 2005. From February 2004 to February 2005, he was that company’s Chairman of the Board of Directors, and from February 2004 to April 2006, he was its Chief Executive Officer. Neurologica Corp. develops and manufactures imaging equipment for neurological scanning applications.

Dr. Sophie Vandebroek is Xerox's Chief Technology Officer and the President of the Xerox Innovation Group. She was named to this position January 2006, and became a Corporate Vice President in February 2006.
Vandebroek is responsible for overseeing Xerox's worldwide research centers and for maximizing the company's returns on investment in research and technology.
Previously, she was Chief Engineer of Xerox Corporation and Vice President of the Xerox Engineering Center. As Chief Engineer, a position she assumed in 2002, Vandebroek was responsible for coordinating Xerox's engineering efficiency and effectiveness, a period during which Xerox refreshed more than 95 percent of its product line and launched its flagship iGen3™ Digital Production Press. Prior to that, she served as Chief Technology Officer at Carrier Corp. From 1991 until 2000, Vandebroek held a number of increasingly responsible roles at Xerox including technical advisor to Xerox's chief operating officer and director of the Xerox Research Centre of Canada.
Vandebroek is a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers and served as an elected member on the IEEE Electron Devices Society Administrative Committee. She is also a Fulbright Fellow and a Fellow of the Belgian-American Educational Foundation. She holds 12 US patents.
Vandebroek has received awards from Xerox, IBM, HP, Monsanto, the Belgium National Science Foundation, Semiconductor Research Corporation, IEEE, and Cornell University. Vandebroek served as a judge for MIT's Technology Review Young Innovators awards, the Wall Street Journal Innovation awards and the FIRST Lego and Robotics competition regional awards. Vandebroek is a member of the Board of Directors of PARC Inc., and currently serves on several university and professional advisory boards.
Vandebroek was born in Leuven, Belgium. She earned a master's degree in electro-mechanical engineering from Katholieke Universiteit, Leuven, Belgium, and a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Cornell University.
