Mr. Savini joined Cephalon in June 1993 and was Senior Vice President, Human Resources from January 2000 until October 2004 before being named Chief Administrative Officer, and later Executive Vice President in 2006. Prior to that he served as Director, Human Resources and was appointed Vice President, Human Resources in January 1995. Previously, he worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company for ten years in positions of increasing responsibility in human resources. Mr. Savini graduated from Pennsylvania State University and received his MBA from La Salle College.

Mr. Buchi joined the company as controller in March 1991. He has held several financial positions with the company prior to being appointed senior vice president, finance, and CFO in April 1996 before being named executive vice president & CFO. Between 1985 and 1991, Mr. Buchi served in a number of financial positions with E.I. duPont de Nemours and Company. Mr. Buchi received his masters in management degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in 1982, and he is a certified public accountant. Mr. Buchi serves on the board of directors of Lorus Therapeutics, Inc. of Toronto, Canada.

Candace Steele is the senior director of product communications for Cephalon, a global biopharmaceutical company. She oversees all U.S. product-related public relations and issues management activity. Candace has worked in the field for more than 15 years with a primary focus on healthcare. She has agency, industry, and not-for-profit experience.

Ms. Hamilton has more than 10 years experience as a Human Resource professional with accounting expertise in the biotechnology, medical device and pharmaceutical industries. Previously, Ms. Hamilton acted as a consultant in the role of Director of Human Resources at Purseyn, Inc. Before that, she held the position of Senior Compensation and Benefits Associate at Cephalon, Inc. At Cephalon, she had responsibility for administration of the 401(k) plan, stock option plans, management of the performance management program, compensation and benefits. Prior to Cephalon, she held positions in Accounting and Human Resources, leading to Manager of Human Resources at Orthovita, Inc. While at Orthovita, her responsibilities included staffing, implementing policies and procedures, compliance, compensation and benefits. Earlier in her career, Ms. Hamilton held positions in accounting and finance at Surgical Laser Technologies and AmeriGas. Ms. Hamilton received her Bachelor of Art degree in Accounting from Immaculata University and received a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the Society for Human Resource Management.

Merritt Palm, Member-at-Large, is a specialty pharmaceutical sales representative for the CNS division of Cephalon, Inc. Prior to Cephalon, Merritt worked for Johnson and Johnson in sales for the Pain Management Division. She gained marketing and advertising experience at Blakeslee Group in Baltimore handling the North Sails and Douglass Gill global accounts. Merritt was the starboard trimmer aboard the A3 All Women's America's Cup Team in 1995 and following that experience worked in the development department for Young America, the NYYC America's Cup Challenge. She has coached youth sailing teams at the Lauderdale Yacht Club, Bayview Yacht Club and Ram Island Yacht Club and mounted an Olympic Campaign in the Europe Dinghy in 1993.

Ambassador Moley currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Project Concern International, a not for profit organization based in San Diego, CA that provides poverty and health care solutions in eleven countries serving over three million people. Ambassador Moley served as the U.S. Permanent Representative to the United Nations and Other International Organizations in Geneva from September 2001 to April 2006. Ambassador Moley also served in the administration of George H.W. Bush as an Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) from 1989 to 1992, and as the Deputy Secretary of HHS from 1992 to 1993. In addition to his government service, Ambassador Moley was President and Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Medical Systems Inc. from 1996 to 1998, and was a Senior Vice President of PCS Health Systems, Inc. from 1993 to 1996. Ambassador Moley previously served as a member of the Cephalon Board of Directors from 1994 to 2001.

Since July 2004, Mr. Greenacre has served as Chairman of Beijing Med-Pharm Corporation, a pharmaceutical company. Mr. Greenacre also has served since 2002 as Chairman of Life Mist Technologies, Inc., a fire suppression equipment company.
