Mr. Baldwin is the President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Baldwin previously served as Chief Executive Officer of BORN Information Services, Inc., a national IT consulting company based in Minnetonka, Minnesota, that offered a broad portfolio of technology and business solutions. He led the turnaround of BORN and eventually facilitated the sale of the company to Fujitsu, where he remained in a senior role until the companies were fully integrated. Prior to BORN, Mr. Baldwin served as President and COO of Manchester Companies, a role he assumed after Nuvolution, the company he founded, was sold to Manchester. Nuvolution was a management and systems consulting firm that provided IT strategy, business process transformation and e-business services to medium to large enterprises.

Michael Souders has responsibility for both the sales and delivery organizations of Analysts International's Solutions Group. He joined Analysts International in 2000 with the acquisition of Sequoia NET.com where he served as Executive Vice President of Sequoia Services Group managing the company's suite of technology practices. Prior to Sequoia NET.com, he co-founded Entre Computer Systems, a retail computer outlet, in 1983. There he held various management positions in sales, operations, technical support, and business development until being appointed President. During his 15 year tenure at Entre Computer Systems, he transformed the company from a computer retail outlet to a full service systems integrator offering leading edge technology solutions.

Penny Quist, senior vice president of business development and strategy, works to build profitable business models and partnerships that reflect current industry trends and the customer's changing needs for Analysts International. During her tenure, Penny has helped define and transform Analysts International's strategic business and marketing goals. Her insight and vision have helped fuel the growth of the company, positioning it as one of the leading technology services providers. In addition to business development, Penny oversees the Managed Services Advisory Group, a separate entity division within Analysts International that helps customers manage their full contract labor supply chain. She was responsible for the complete restructuring of this organization into an industry leader and a growing business within the company. Quist joined Analysts International in 1996 with a strong technical background and experience in developing strategic partnerships. She spent seven years with Cray Research Inc., a hardware company specializing in super computers. At Cray, she developed third-party and cross-licensing relationships with major IT players. She then moved into the Business Systems Division, where she was in a leadership role for strategic marketing and business development. Penny holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hiram College in Ohio.

Robert E. Woods joins Analysts International from his private law practice where he represented technology and medical device companies in Minnesota and California. Previously, he held executive positions with InsWeb Corporation of Sacramento, California and with BORN Information Services, Inc. of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Before that, he was a partner with Briggs and Morgan, P. A., a prominent Midwest law firm serving clients across the United States. Woods holds a J.D degree from the University of Minnesota Law School and an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.

Brittany McKinney has responsibility for corporate strategy, operations, and enterprise performance management. Ms. McKinney joins Analysts International from Alliant Techsystems. Previously, McKinney held senior financial, operations, and consulting management positions at Fujitsu Consulting Inc., Manchester Companies and Andersen Consulting. Ms. McKinney, a CPA (inactive license), holds an MBA from St. Cloud State University.

"Craig Andrie comes to Analysts International from Fujitsu Consulting Inc. where he served as Vice President Service Director. Responsibilities included delivering Microsoft solutions in a six-state area with delivery centers in Denver and Dallas. Prior to that, Andrie led ERP and Java technology practices at BORN Information Services, Inc. Andrie’s management experience began with Ernst & Young’s Center for Emerging Technology and US Bank. "

Colleen Davenport, general counsel for Analysts International, leads the legal department in developing strategies that assist the company in achieving its business goals, while also attending to the requirements of a publicly traded corporation. A 15-year veteran of Analysts International, Davenport was appointed secretary and general counsel in 2000. Her extensive understanding of the company's business and industry combined with her knowledge in the areas of corporate, employment, and securities law make her a strategic and valuable member of the executive management team. During Analysts' recent restructuring, Colleen helped set the stage for many of the company's new business initiatives. She was instrumental in helping Analysts International acquire the last 20 percent of a key acquisition, Sequoia NET.com, Inc., and in assisting with the restructuring of the company's financing. Davenport served as a staff attorney with Analysts International from 1989 to 1995 and Associate General Counsel from 1995 to 2000, focusing in the areas of employment law, employee benefits, management training and immigration. She graduated cum laude in 1985 from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN with a B.A. in Psychology and Political Science. She earned her J.D. from Hamline University School of Law in 1988.

As a consultant with Analysts International, Phil Lones is currently working as the test manager for a PC based project with Lucent Technologies. He has several years' experience testing mainframe and client server applications. As a retired Naval Officer, Phil has leveraged his experience in shipboard and aviation quality assurance methodologies to software testing and quality control. Mr. Lones holds an MS degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Colorado at Denver, a BS degree in computer science from the Metro State College of Denver and a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington. He is a member of the Association for Computer Machinery and the Rocky Mt. Information Managers Association.

is Senior Vice President, Strategy and Planning for Specialized Health Solutions, an operating group within the Specialized Care Division of United Health Group ("UHG"), where she has been employed since January 2003. Previously she was Senior Vice President and CIO of UHG's Specialized Care Services Business Unit and, prior to that, she led United Health Technologies, UHG's corporate shared infrastructure services technology division, responsible for enterprise IT planning and architecture. Prior to joining UHG, Ms. Bonner was Chief Information Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at SimonDelivers.com, an online home grocery delivery company, from 2000 until late 2002. She has been a director since April 2006. She is a member of the Compensation and Nomination/Governance Committees.

is general partner of Esstman Investments, Ltd., retired Senior Vice President, GTE International Telecom Services, GTE Corporation. Prior to serving as Senior Vice President at GTE, Mr. Esstman was Executive Vice President, Customer Segments, GTE Domestic Telephone Operations from 1995 to 1997. He has been a director since December 2002. He is a member of the Audit and Nomination/Governance Committees and is the Board's Lead Director.

Willard W. Brittain, Jr. became a director in November, 2004. He has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Professional Resources on Demand, a private senior executive staffing company since 2002. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of PwC Consulting since 2000, and Chief Operating Officer of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP and Price Waterhouse since 1995. Mr. Brittain also serves on the board of Analysts International, a publicly held company, where he is a member of the audit and compensation committees, and is also on the boards of the National Urban League and LED, both non-profit organizations.
