Mr. Baldwin is the President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Baldwin previously served as Chief Executive Officer of BORN Information Services, Inc., a national IT consulting company based in Minnetonka, Minnesota, that offered a broad portfolio of technology and business solutions. He led the turnaround of BORN and eventually facilitated the sale of the company to Fujitsu, where he remained in a senior role until the companies were fully integrated. Prior to BORN, Mr. Baldwin served as President and COO of Manchester Companies, a role he assumed after Nuvolution, the company he founded, was sold to Manchester. Nuvolution was a management and systems consulting firm that provided IT strategy, business process transformation and e-business services to medium to large enterprises.

Michael Souders has responsibility for both the sales and delivery organizations of Analysts International's Solutions Group. He joined Analysts International in 2000 with the acquisition of Sequoia NET.com where he served as Executive Vice President of Sequoia Services Group managing the company's suite of technology practices. Prior to Sequoia NET.com, he co-founded Entre Computer Systems, a retail computer outlet, in 1983. There he held various management positions in sales, operations, technical support, and business development until being appointed President. During his 15 year tenure at Entre Computer Systems, he transformed the company from a computer retail outlet to a full service systems integrator offering leading edge technology solutions.

Colleen Davenport, general counsel for Analysts International, leads the legal department in developing strategies that assist the company in achieving its business goals, while also attending to the requirements of a publicly traded corporation. A 15-year veteran of Analysts International, Davenport was appointed secretary and general counsel in 2000. Her extensive understanding of the company's business and industry combined with her knowledge in the areas of corporate, employment, and securities law make her a strategic and valuable member of the executive management team. During Analysts' recent restructuring, Colleen helped set the stage for many of the company's new business initiatives. She was instrumental in helping Analysts International acquire the last 20 percent of a key acquisition, Sequoia NET.com, Inc., and in assisting with the restructuring of the company's financing. Davenport served as a staff attorney with Analysts International from 1989 to 1995 and Associate General Counsel from 1995 to 2000, focusing in the areas of employment law, employee benefits, management training and immigration. She graduated cum laude in 1985 from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN with a B.A. in Psychology and Political Science. She earned her J.D. from Hamline University School of Law in 1988.
