Andrew has advised extensively on the market, technical and commercial aspects of 3G business and scenario planning for network operators, licence-bidding consortia and policy organisations in Europe and the Far East. With more than 16 years' experience in telecoms, Andrew has directed turnkey bid development projects for 3G applicants and supported their market assessments of wireless data applications, network roll-out planning and value-chain positioning. He has also performed numerous due diligence assignments and directed many other aspects of mobile and fixed wireless business planning.

David Cleevely (FREng, FIET) is the Chairman of CRFS, which he co-founded in July 2007, and the founder and former Chairman of telecoms consultancy Analysys (acquired by Datatec International in 2004). In 1998, he co-founded the web based antibody company Abcam (ABC.L) with Jonathan Milner and continues as Chairman. In late 2004 he co-founded the 3G website base station company, 3WayNetworks, which was sold to Airvana in April 2007. He joined the Board of Trutap (formerly Hotxt) a mobile phone social networking provider in October 2005. He has been a prime mover behind Cambridge Network, co-founder of Cambridge Wireless and is a member of the Ofcom Spectrum Advisory Board and the IET Telecoms Sector Panel. After being sponsored to study Cybernetics at Reading by Post Office Telecommunications, he joined their Long Range Studies Division. A PhD at Cambridge was then followed by the Economist Intelligence Unit in London. He is a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering and the IET and he has recently held an Industrial Fellowship at the University of Cambridge Computer Laboratory. He was recently appointed the Founding Director and Executive Committee Member of the Centre for Science and Policy, University of Cambridge.

Bill joined the Mason Group in 1997 with over 15 years financial experience across a number of industry sectors. Since joining Mason, he has played a major role in its sale to Datatec, the acquisition of Catalyst IT Partners and more recently, its merger with Analysys.

Bram Moerman has been advising on strategic, regulatory and operational matters within the telecommunications industry for more than 15 years. In addition to advising regulators worldwide on issues relating to the deregulation of fixed and mobile telecoms markets, his areas of expertise include financial modelling and investment decision-making; demand forecasting; international comparison and benchmarking; operational research; and micro- and macro-economic theory.
