Andover

David has been with Andover since April 2001. With his cabinetmaking and carpentry skills, David first started with repairing old wood pipes and releathering stoppers. Since then, David has climbed the ladder and has for some time now been one of our main builders of windchests, windlines, reservoirs, and Swell boxes. The list goes on. David is fluent in French, German, and English. He lives by the philosophy that we should live each day as if it were our first.

Mr. Oness brings to Andover his extensive experience and education in all aspects of corporate management with strengths in strategic planning, business development and investor relations for public companies. He has served as a director, executive and consultant to a wide variety of corporations over a 30+ year career. These would include, among many others, VP Investor & Corporate Relations for Manex Resource Group Inc., President/Director Onestar Consulting, Director, Sierra Geothermal Power.

Kathleen Dalton is visiting associate professor of history at Boston University, as well as Cecil F.P. Bancroft Instructor of History and Social Science at Phillips Academy, Andover, where she also co-directs the Brace Center for Gender Studies. She is author of Theodore Roosevelt: A Strenuous Life (Random House, 2002) and A Portrait of a School: Coeducation at Andover (Phillips Academy, 1986). She has spoken widely about Theodore Roosevelt, commented many times on television, and written for major newspapers about TR and other topics. She is currently editing the diaries of Caroline Drayton Phillips, Eleanor Roosevelt's lifelong friend, and working on her next book, The White Lilies and the Iron Boot, a story of four friends (including Eleanor and Franklin Roosevelt) and their attempts to shape U.S. foreign relations during a dangerous time.

Temba is Dean of Faculty at Andover, one of the most prestigious secondary schools in the USA. He joined the Andover faculty in 1987 as a refugee of the anti-apartheid struggle in South Africa and later became Chairman of Andover's Chemistry Department and Director of (MS)2, Andover's summer math and science program for minority students.

Mr. Ellis is a B.Sc. in Geology from the Mackey School of Mines in 1972 and now a Certified Professional Geologist in Alaska. Bill brings 33 years of Alaskan experience to Andover, functioning as a successful project geologist exploring for most metal commodities. Major mining company experience includes Battle Mountain Gold, American Copper and Nickel, Sunshine Mining, and Anaconda Copper. More than half of his exploration career has been involved in managing exploration on native corporation lands. He has implemented complex, multi-year programs ranging from small remote reconnaissance camps through semi-permanent drill camps with multi-million dollar budgets.
