John R.D. Dickson, senior vice president and chief information officer, most recently served as vice president of Global Information Systems since 1996. Mr. Dickson joined Andrew in 1975 and has held numerous management positions in engineering, business development, marketing and business unit management. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in physics from Napier University, Edinburgh, Scotland.

Greg Koss has more than 20 years of management and operational experience in the networking industry. He was previously President and CEO of optical Ethernet startup Internet Photonics, which was acquired by Ciena. Before that he was the President and CEO of Sonoma Systems, which was acquired by Nortel. Greg has also held business development, product development and senior management positions with high-growth technology companies such as Andrew Corp., CrossComm, Proteon, Fibronics and Analog Devices.

Mr. Jackson has been very actively involved with computers of various sizes and types for the past 25 years. His work experience has included hardware technical support for mainframe computers and peripherals at Sperry-Univac, worldwide hardware and software support for microprocessor based data communications protocol converters at Andrew Corporation, and design and development of digital imaging systems and software at JDI. In addition to his responsibilities for Corporate management, Mr. Jackson is the principal systems hardware and software architect for the firm and has written much of the software that is used in the company's products.

Terry Lawrence serves as vice president of operations at King's Medical Group, an organization offering diagnostic imaging and therapeutic equipment, technical service, operations management and consultation to healthcare providers. King's Medical Group is located in Hudson, Ohio.

Tom Luckett is a proven team leader who joined Color Broadband Inc. as lead sales engineer in April 2004. In January 2005, Tom Luckett was promoted to Director of Network Operations and now manages the Support Department, Core Network Health and the Wireless Team. Tom Luckett brings to the team 21 years in the Data Com and Telecom industry. Tom's focus at Color Broadband as Director of Network Operations is the improvement of service delivery and design of custom customer solutions. Customer designs include IP delivery, Network Security, Video and Voice over IP, Disaster Recovery / Business Continuance. Major Innovations while at Color Broadband include WiFi customer self-service system integrated with billing and electronic Helpdesk operations and a Trouble ticket tracking system. Most recent notable projects include WiFi system design and implementation for the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach, Long Beach Aquatics Festival/Olympic Trails and project development for the " 2004 Olympic Internet Pool Time-lapse Cam" live on the web documenting the construction of the Olympic Pools. His professional career includes; Qwest Communications, Exodus Communications, Cabletron Systems, Andrew Corporation and Renex Corporation. A career history spanning technologies from protocol conversion to fortune 500 Voice over IP solutions and into tomorrows integrated IP services.
