Founded in 1986, Angeion Corporation acquired Medical Graphics Corporation in December 1999. Medical Graphics develops, manufactures and markets non-invasive cardiorespiratory diagnostic systems that are sold under the MedGraphics (www.medgraphics.com) and New Leaf (www.newleaffitness.com) brand and trade names. These cardiorespiratory diagnostic systems have a wide range of applications in healthcare as well as health and fitness. The Company's products are sold internationally through distributors and in the United States through a direct sales force that targets heart and lung specialists located in hospitals, university-based medical centers, medical clinics and physicians' offices, pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, clinical research organizations, health and fitness clubs, personal training studios, and other exercise facilities.

Rodney A. Young has over 25 years in the medical device, manufacturing and pharmaceutical fields. Prior to joining Angeion Corporation as Executive Vice President in July 2004, Mr. Young had served as a consultant. Prior to consulting, Mr. Young was a director, Chief Executive Officer and President of LecTec Corporation from August 1996 until July 2003 and Chair of LecTec from November 1996 until July 2003. Prior to his employment at LecTec, Mr. Young served at Baxter International, Inc. in various management roles, most recently as Vice President and General Manager of the Specialized Distribution Division. William J. Kullback was appointed Angeion’s Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President on March 17, 2008. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Kullback served as co-founder and CFO of Flex Fund Financial, a private financial services firm. From April, 2005 to May, 2006, Kullback served as CFO for the IntriCon Corporation, a publicly traded manufacturer that specializes in the high technology medical device and communications industries. Kullback also served as Senior Vice President and CFO at MedSource Technologies, Inc., a medical device outsourcer, from November, 2002 until its sale in September, 2004, and as Executive Vice President and CFO at PEMSTAR, Inc., a public engineering and manufacturing service corporation prior to that time. Mr. Kullback previously held a variety of financial and accounting positions at Crenlo, Inc., the Stant Corporation, and at Price Waterhouse. Terrance J. Kapsen has over 25 years of executive experience in sales, marketing and business development, primarily with Medical Graphics Corporation, serving the cardiorespiratory and fitness markets. In 2001, he assumed the position as Vice President, Marketing & Business Development for New Leaf Health & Fitness products. From 1998 to 2001, he was Vice President, Marketing and International Sales, responsible for rebuilding international sales channels for MedGraphics products following the 1997 economic downturn and for worldwide marketing to the hospital, clinic and physicians’ office markets. Prior to that, he served Medical Graphics for a number of years as a Vice President, responsible for a series of key functions including Marketing Communications, Medical Programs and Technical Services. Prior to joining Medical Graphics, he was a scientist at the University of Minnesota Cardiopulmonary Diagnostic Laboratory.
