As chief technology officer and senior vice president of engineering at Webroot Software, Inc., Gerhard is responsible for developing and driving the companya s overall product strategy. He also manages Webroota s development and threat research teams, and further expands the capabilities of Webroota s Phileas, the industrya s first and only automated spyware research system. Gerhard most recently served as chief technology officer and vice president of engineering of Qualys, Inc., where he pioneered the companya s Software as a Service based vulnerability management platform. Prior to joining Qualys, Gerhard was senior vice president of engineering for security products at Network Associates, vice president of engineering of anti-virus products at McAfee Associates, and founder of IDS GmbH, a secure remote control company acquired by McAfee. Widely regarded as one of the foremost experts on vulnerabilities and network security, Gerhard has presented his research to the U.S. Congress and at numerous major security conferences including RSA, Black Hat and CSI. He was named one of InfoWorld's 25 Most Influential CTOs in 2003 and 2004, and received this honor a third time in 2006 as Webroot chief technology officer and senior vice president of engineering. Gerhard is a frequent contributor to the SANS Top 20 expert consensus identifying the most critical security vulnerabilities. Gerhard is also a highly regarded author and is perhaps best known for publishing the "Laws of Vulnerabilities." He is one of the inventors of the Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS) and holds numerous patents in the field of managed network security. Gerhard holds masters and PhD degrees in computer science from the University of Linz, Austria.

Mr. Arthur Velasquez is Vice President of Global Customer Support and Client Services for Webroot Software. His responsibilities include driving the voice of the customer and delivering exceptional world class service for Webroot's consumer, enterprise and SaaS customers via a worldwide customer service, technical support and sales teams. Velasquez joined Webroot in March 2006 with 19 years' experience in renovating global service and customer support operations in the software industry. Most recently he has with Intuit as the vice president of customer support and services for the Professional Tax division delivering significant customer growth and rejuvenating a stagnant employee base. At McAfee (formerly Network Associates, Inc.), he was on the executive team as senior vice president of worldwide customer support and services, responsible for the company's global technical support and customer service functions. He transformed the business in various functions, increased top line opportunities while demonstrated a growth in customer loyalty. Previously at Symantec Corp., he directed several product support groups with his last geographical focus covering Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Velasquez graduated from Louisiana Technical College where he specialized in computer operations and programming.

David Dunn serves as vice president of e-commerce at Webroot Software, Inc. David is responsible for directing the overall business strategy for the consumer business. He oversees world-wide promotions and marketing campaigns that demonstrate the quality, applicability and necessity of Webroot products. David brings with him several years of marketing communication, database and sales marketing experience with notable clients such as BankOne, Nokia, Quokka and Tickets.com. David received his bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Colorado.

Terry Fleming is vice president of retail sales for Webroot Software, Inc., providing sales leadership to the consumer business team. Terry brings more than 20 years of expertise in consumer software publishing sales to Webroot. His extensive experience and his passion for sales propelled Webroot into a dominant presence in the retail channel. Among his many professional accomplishments, Terry served as contributing author of "The High-Tech Marketing Companion" (Addison Wesley).

Mike Conner brings to Yoggie more than 20 years of managing sales in the information security industry. Prior to joining Yoggie Mike was senior vice president of worldwide sales at Webroot Software, Inc. His previous positions include vice president of gateway solution sales at Symantec Incorporated; senior vice president of worldwide sales Brightmail; senior vice president at Trend Micro and president of its North American operations and before that directing the sales function for a number of leading Silicon Valley corporations, including Gold Disk, Borland and Software Publishing Corporation. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Illinois University.
