Frederick A. Ball currently serves as chief financial officer for Webroot, a software security company. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Electro Scientific Industries, a provider of photonic and laser systems for micro-engineering applications, and serves as a member of their audit committee. Mr. Ball's past positions include senior vice president and chief financial officer of Big Band Networks, a provider of network platforms for broadband multimedia services. He also held various executive positions at Borland Software Corporation, a provider of enterprise software development solutions, including chief financial officer and executive vice president of corporate development and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Mr. Ball worked at KLA-Tencor Corporation, a manufacturer of semiconductor equipment, where he served as vice president, mergers and acquisitions, and vice president of finance. Mr. Ball holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and spent 11 years as a CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

Gerhard Eschelbeck is CTO and senior vice president of engineering at Webroot Software, where he is responsible for developing and driving overall product strategy and managing the company's development and threat research teams. Previously, Eschelbeck served as CTO and vice president of engineering of Qualys, where he pioneered the company's Software as a Service based vulnerability management platform. He was senior vice president of engineering for security products at Network Associates, vice president of engineering of anti-virus products at McAfee, and founder of IDS GmbH, a secure remote control company acquired by McAfee. Eschelbeck has presented his research to Congress and at numerous security conferences. He is a frequent contributor to the SANS Top 20 expert consensus identifying the most critical security vulnerabilities. Eschelbeck is also the author of "Laws of Vulnerabilities." He is one of the inventors of the Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS) and holds numerous patents in the field of managed network security. Gerhard holds master's and PhD degrees in computer science from the University of Linz, Austria.

Mr. Arthur Velasquez is Vice President of Global Customer Support and Client Services for Webroot Software. His responsibilities include driving the voice of the customer and delivering exceptional world class service for Webroot's consumer, enterprise and SaaS customers via a worldwide customer service, technical support and sales teams. Velasquez joined Webroot in March 2006 with 19 years' experience in renovating global service and customer support operations in the software industry. Most recently he has with Intuit as the vice president of customer support and services for the Professional Tax division delivering significant customer growth and rejuvenating a stagnant employee base. At McAfee (formerly Network Associates, Inc.), he was on the executive team as senior vice president of worldwide customer support and services, responsible for the company's global technical support and customer service functions. He transformed the business in various functions, increased top line opportunities while demonstrated a growth in customer loyalty. Previously at Symantec Corp., he directed several product support groups with his last geographical focus covering Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Velasquez graduated from Louisiana Technical College where he specialized in computer operations and programming.

David Dunn serves as vice president of e-commerce at Webroot Software, Inc. David is responsible for directing the overall business strategy for the consumer business. He oversees world-wide promotions and marketing campaigns that demonstrate the quality, applicability and necessity of Webroot products. David brings with him several years of marketing communication, database and sales marketing experience with notable clients such as BankOne, Nokia, Quokka and Tickets.com. David received his bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Colorado.

Terry Fleming is vice president of retail sales for Webroot Software, Inc., providing sales leadership to the consumer business team. Terry brings more than 20 years of expertise in consumer software publishing sales to Webroot. His extensive experience and his passion for sales propelled Webroot into a dominant presence in the retail channel. Among his many professional accomplishments, Terry served as contributing author of "The High-Tech Marketing Companion" (Addison Wesley).

Mike Conner brings to Yoggie more than 20 years of managing sales in the information security industry. Prior to joining Yoggie Mike was senior vice president of worldwide sales at Webroot Software, Inc. His previous positions include vice president of gateway solution sales at Symantec Incorporated; senior vice president of worldwide sales Brightmail; senior vice president at Trend Micro and president of its North American operations and before that directing the sales function for a number of leading Silicon Valley corporations, including Gold Disk, Borland and Software Publishing Corporation. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Illinois University.

David Moll served as CEO of Webroot Software, Inc. for five years before joining its board. Moll successfully grew Webroot from a small start-up with fewer than 15 employees to a worldwide enterprise with nearly 300 employees. Moll has a varied background and experience with major retail channels like Wal-Mart and Target, as well as leading solution providers, like EDS. During his tenure as CEO for Webroot, Moll was a key influencer in the global policy and legislative efforts in online privacy. Moll has briefed members of both houses of the United States Congress, testified before the Senate Commerce Committee, and in the United Kingdom, briefed members of Parliament. Moll has a master's degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Prior to joining Mayfield in 1999, Robin was a founder and/or key member of several successful software startups including CATS Software, Infinity Financial Technology, acquired by SunGard (SDS) and Risk Management Solutions. Robin earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A.S. dual degree in industrial engineering and economics from Stanford University. Robin is an avid athlete, who enjoys tennis, golf, basketball and snowboarding. He is a vocal supporter of Room to Read, a non-profit organization that builds schools and libraries in developing countries.
