Tom is a Senior Vice President with Aon Consulting. Tom and his wife Debbie moved to Hudson in 1992 from Plymouth, Michigan. They have two sons, Bob and John.

Michael Berman is the Assistant Vice President at Aon Consulting. He is an experienced group health actuary with over 10 years of broad insurance and consulting experience. Mr. Berman has extensive expertise in the areas of pharmacy, medical, and disability products.

Brief Job Description: Ms. Berardi joined Aon Consulting in 2003 and has over 14 years of experience in human resources, employee benefits and insurance consulting services. Prior to joining Aon Consulting, Sharon was a vice president of employee benefits for a local insurance brokerage services firm. Other Accomplishments/Memberships: Ms. Berardi holds resident state licensure in Virginia for Life and Health agent. She also holds her property and casualty license and a Series 6 and 63 securities license. She is also an active member of the Human Resources Association of the National Capital Area, the Northern Virginia Society for Human Resources Management and the Capital Chapter of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (ISCEBS). Charmagne Helton is a director at PRM specializing in communications. Charmagne has more than seven years of experience as a communication consultant with both Aon Consulting and Buck Consultants. Prior to entering consulting, Charmagne worked in public relations, serving as a spokesperson for Cingular Wireless and the internal communications manager for BellSouth Mobility. Charmagne began her career as a newspaper reporter covering government and politics for The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, where she worked for eight years. Charmagne graduated magna cum laude from Spelman College with a Bachelor's degree in English, and was also a Knight Fellow at the University of Maryland's School of Journalism.

Jennifer has worked in the employee benefits consulting industry for over 4 years. She began her career as the Programs Coordinator for the Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce. Jennifer is currently a Health and Welfare Specialist with Aon Consulting, and has been an active member of CGIA for three years. Jennifer received a BS in Natural Resources Management with a minor in Conservation Biology at Colorado State University, and is currently pursuing her Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation.

Kathy is a Health & Welfare Consultant in the Pittsburgh office of Aon Consulting, Inc. She has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Kathy's background includes working for a local health insurance carrier, and several employee benefits consulting firms. Kathy's professional experience includes providing clients with a wide range of assistance including strategic benefit planning, annual renewals, requests for insurance proposals, proposal documents, benefit presentations, program implementation, and benefit cost analysis. Kathy earned her Bachelor's Degree from Robert Morris University in Human Resource Management. She is working toward her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation.

Kevin Rubens is a Senior Vice President and Strategic Client Services Executive with Aon Consulting. In this capacity, he is your key to the talent and resources of Aon's 48,000 employees around the world. In addition to providing advisory services to selected clients, Kevin leads Aon Consulting's Central Operating Unit Strategic Account Team. This team provides solutions for the large employer segment. Kevin is also Aon Consulting's Michigan Market Leader. Kevin has provided advisory services to well over 100 companies and government organizations in the areas of leadership development, strategic planning and execution, organization design, international HRM, organizational effectiveness, outsourcing, and transformational change. Clients include global companies in the defense, automotive, high technology, hydrocarbon, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, financial services, FMCG and manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining Aon, he was President of Resource Development Designs, which provided consulting and training services in transitional markets.

Lindsay has worked in the employee benefits consulting industry for over 7 years. She began her career as a Network Engineer in Chicago before moving into the benefits arena with Hewitt Associates. Lindsay relocated to Denver in 2004 and is currently a Health and Welfare Consultant with Aon Consulting. Lindsay received a BS in Business Administration from Miami University of Ohio and is currently pursuing her Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation.

Sandy's background includes sales, client relations and executive management roles at CIGNA, Humana, PacifiCare and TriZetto, as well as consulting roles at The Segal Company and AON Consulting. Her knowledge encompasses the insured and managed care product lines pertaining to life, short and long term disability, dental, behavioral health, prescription drug and medical, as well as underwriting principles and TPAs. Her experience in working for a health care IT company has also afforded her the insight into business process outsourcing, vendor management and software application technology. She has recruited employee talent across the U.S. and is very employee-focused from a capital management perspective. She brings exceptional people skills, experience in hiring and developing strong sales and account management service teams, along with her diverse background in health services, to our recruitment team. Her track record in developing strong customer focused programs adds a new dimension to MCR. She is located in Denver, Colorado, where she enjoys nearly anything outdoors, and continues to be very passionate about the health care industry, information technology and new solutions for a more balanced health care environment. She is currently a Colorado licensed Life, Accident and Health and HMO broker, and holds a B.S. degree in Consumer Economics and Management.
