As President and COO of Aon Warranty Group North America Non-Automotive, Mike Frosch is responsible for real estate, financial services, direct marketing, affinity and consumer electronics and appliance businesses. Mike's career spans over 20 years and has earned him numerous executive-level positions in operations, sales and marketing. He began his career at Independent Dealer Services in 1985 as national account manager with marketing and sales responsibilities. In 1991, Mike joined The Wiz, a $1.5 billion dollar consumer electronics specialty retailer as senior vice president, sales and operations. Mike acted as executive vice president and operations officer at Niteo Partners, an NEC Company. In 1998, he joined Aon subsidiary Aon Innovative Solutions as senior vice president in charge of sales and marketing.

Sharon R. Campbell is senior vice president, call center operations of AIS. Sharon oversees seven client contact programs and our service plan entitlement call center operation with approximately 350 associates.

Dave Phipps is the vice president of warranty operations for AIS, a position to which he brings over 25 years of experience directing highly successful service operations. Dave is responsible for warranty services operations and direct telemarketing.

Laura Forrest is vice president of human resources for AIS. Laura is responsible for the training, quality, employee scheduling, and security/safety programs and human resource department functions for approximately 550 employees in Golden, CO and St. Louis, MO facilities.

Jodi Powell is a CEO volunteer and new to the Board of Directors. Since the Fall of 2003, Jodi has been doing mock employment interviews with residents in the HIRE Program at ICCS, where she loves working with at risk adults. Jodi has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Personnel Administration from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. Her background includes 15 years in the Transportation Industry in Ohio and Colorado. She moved to Colorado in 1988 and has been working as a Quality Assurance Trainer at Aon Innovative Solutions for the past six years, where she assists with many of the new hire interviews.
