We are a leading provider of customer care services and solutions to market leaders in the healthcare, business services, communications, publishing, travel and entertainment, financial services, and media industries. Our services are provided through customer care centers staffed with skilled customer service representatives in domestic, off-shore, and client-owned locations. As of June 28, 2009, we operated nine customer care centers in the United States, two of which are client-owned facilities, and four off-shore customer care centers in the Philippines. As of June 28, 2009, our domestic operations consisted of approximately 5,200 workstations and our off-shore operations consisted of approximately 3,500 workstations. Early in 2008, our Board of Directors selected Michael P. Marrow as President and CEO, bringing 25 years of industry experience to our company. Andrew Szafran is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of APAC. Andrew was most recently Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Communications Supply Corp. (CSC), a nationwide distributor of low voltage infrastructure products and industrial wire and cable with $700 million in annual revenues. Serving in that capacity since 2002, he was responsible for managing the finance and human resources functions as well as for legal affairs. Andrew was a key member of the management team that diversified CSC's business and significantly increased its revenue and profitability. In addition to his operations finance and accounting experience, Andrew has extensive experience in the areas of financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, risk management and taxation. Mark McDermott is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of APAC. His strong leadership and outstanding track record ensures that we maintain and enhance our portfolio as a technology and applications solutions leader. APAC's Information Technology organization provides our clients with expertise and solutions in CRM platforms, integration capabilities, data analytics, channel strategies and agent performance management. Mr. McDermott leads APAC's technology organization by driving delivery efficiency, meeting customer needs and expanding our service capabilities through the application of new technology. He has made significant contributions to our application development solutions, driving industry-specific innovation to our e.PAC product and deployment as a hosted ASP/ xSP application. Art DiBari joined APAC in March 2008 as the Sr. Vice President of Operations. Mr. DiBari has 25 years of operations experience in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry. Mr. Menon is an independent consultant whose primary focus is along the US-India cross-border investment corridor, and mainly in Information Technology, Business Services and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry sectors. Sam Skinner was appointed White House Chief of Staff by President George W Bush after holding the position of Secretary of the Department of Transportation. Mr Skinner was President of the Commonwealth Edison Company and its holding company Unicom Corporation, one of the largest electric utilities in the US. He was then Chairman, President and CEO of USF Corporation a leading transportation and logistics company before retiring in May 2003. Mr Skinner has more than 20 years experience in the legal profession, part of which he served in the office of the US Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois and as US Attorney.
