APP Pharmaceuticals Inc.

Mr. Harmon currently serves as executive vice president and chief operating officer for APP Pharmaceuticals. Prior to the spin-off of the proprietary business, Mr Harmon served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Abraxis Pharmaceutical Products (APP) since September 2006, after having joined Abraxis in May 2006 as the executive vice president of global operations. Mr. Harmon oversees global manufacturing operations as well as the corporate quality assurance and quality control and the supply chain organizations as well as Generic Product Development, Regulatory Affairs and Operational Excellence. Prior to joining Abraxis, Mr. Harmon was the senior vice president, manufacturing operations for the Sterile Technologies Group at Cardinal Health where he was responsible for multiple sites throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Mr. Harmon has also served as vice president, biopharmaceutical operations for Aventis Behring. Mr. Harmon earned an MBA from St. Louis University and undergraduate B.S. degrees in biology and chemistry from Western Kentucky University.

Mr. Callanan currently serves as vice president, human resources for APP Pharmaceuticals. In his role at APP, Mr. Callanan is responsible for overseeing every aspect of human resources for APP including: human capital management, benefits, compensation design, environmental health and safety, training and organizational development. He is a member of the APP executive management team. Mr. Callanan's prior position was with ZLB Behring (formerly Aventis Behring) where he directed the human resources and training and organizational development functions for the 4,000 employee global biopharmaceutical manufacturing division, and had oversight for the company's plants throughout the U.S. and Europe. With more than 23 years experience in human resources, Mr. Callanan has held various HR leadership roles, both domestically and globally, at major pharmaceutical companies, including Fujisawa Healthcare Inc. and Sanofi. He received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Indiana University.

Al has more than 30 years of leadership experience in a broad range of healthcare segments, with particular expertise in pharmaceuticals. He served as President and CEO of American Pharmaceutical Partners Inc. (APPI). Prior to APPI, Al worked with the Water Street team as an Operating Partner at One Equity Partners. Al also served as Senior Vice President and President of Global Renal Operations at Baxter. In this role, he led global operations for the Renal and Transfusion Therapies divisions, as well as global manufacturing and the office of the Chief Scientific Officer. Al began his career at G.D. Searle. During his 23 years with G.D. Searle, Al was promoted to numerous positions, including Co-President and Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Vice President and President of Searle Operations, a position in which he oversaw Searle's integration into Pharmacia. Al also served as a member of the Monsanto and Pharmacia Management Committees. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago and his M.B.A from DePaul University.

Dr. Nimer is Professor of Medicine and Professor of Pharmacology at Weill Medical College of Cornell University. He also serves as Chief of Hematology Service and Head of the Division of Hematologic Oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. Dr. Nimer is a member of many national professional organizations, including the American Society of Hematology, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, and the International Society for Stem Cell Research. He serves as a Reviewer for major medical journals, including the New England Journal of Medicine and the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) among many others. He serves on numerous national and international Grant Review Committees and is a prominent invited speaker at conferences on his areas of expertise. He has authored or co-authored nearly 200 peer-reviewed papers, reviews, editorials and textbook chapters, primarily focused on issues concerning hematology and oncology
