Rohan St. George is president of the international division for Applebee's International, Inc., the world's largest caual dining concept, based in Overland Park, Kansas. Before joining Applebee's in October 2004, St. George served as managing director of Yum Restaurants International in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Venezuela. Prior to that, St. George was vice president of global operations for KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell. In that role, St. George was responsible for the strategic leadership for 90 countries with 5,600 KFCs, 4,300 Pizza Huts and 250 Taco Bell restaurants. Prior to Yum Restaurants, St. George served Pepsico Restaurants International in a variety of roles in Singapore, Hong Kong, the Philippines and Australia.

Frank Venice graduated Providence College in 1962 with a BS degree and is a CPA. From 1962 to 1972 Frank worked at Touche Ross where he became the senior manager in charge of the largest worldwide fee account, CIT Financial Corporation. In 1972 Frank was recruited to become the chief financial officer and a Director of the largest meat processor in the northeast. He left the company in 1975 to become the CFO of the largest indoor tennis developer/operators in the nation. In 1977 Frank joined Zane Tankel at the Collier Group of Companies, which was involved in businesses ranging from graphic arts and printing to entertainment management. Frank and Zane have worked together since that time in various companies and in various associations. From 1991 to 1995 Frank was the CFO of Litchfield Asset Management, one of the largest nursing home operators in the country. In 1994, 43 of its nursing homes were sold to Integrated Healthcare in the largest industry transaction that year. Shortly after the sale, Frank rejoined Zane to become the CFO of Apple-Metro, Inc.

Joe Bertha is a graduate of Middlesex County College where he received his degree in business administration. He worked for Gino's Inc. for a period of ten years where he started as a manager in training and left as the training manager in 1978 to join Denny's restaurants. Joe was responsible at Denny's for P&L administration, training and cash control for a group of six restaurants. In 1987 Joe became the Director of Operations for seven Roy Rogers restaurants. The management of this chain was acquired by Roy Raeburn, which began the relationship between Roy and Joe. In 1994 Joe joined Roy at Apple-Metro, to become the General Manager of its first restaurant. Joe became the General Manager of its second restaurant after promoting his replacement. President and Chief Executive Officer, Applebee's International, Inc.
