Rohan St. George is president of the international division for Applebee's International, Inc., the world's largest caual dining concept, based in Overland Park, Kansas. Before joining Applebee's in October 2004, St. George served as managing director of Yum Restaurants International in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Venezuela. Prior to that, St. George was vice president of global operations for KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell. In that role, St. George was responsible for the strategic leadership for 90 countries with 5,600 KFCs, 4,300 Pizza Huts and 250 Taco Bell restaurants. Prior to Yum Restaurants, St. George served Pepsico Restaurants International in a variety of roles in Singapore, Hong Kong, the Philippines and Australia.

Frank Venice graduated Providence College in 1962 with a BS degree and is a CPA. From 1962 to 1972 Frank worked at Touche Ross where he became the senior manager in charge of the largest worldwide fee account, CIT Financial Corporation. In 1972 Frank was recruited to become the chief financial officer and a Director of the largest meat processor in the northeast. He left the company in 1975 to become the CFO of the largest indoor tennis developer/operators in the nation. In 1977 Frank joined Zane Tankel at the Collier Group of Companies, which was involved in businesses ranging from graphic arts and printing to entertainment management. Frank and Zane have worked together since that time in various companies and in various associations. From 1991 to 1995 Frank was the CFO of Litchfield Asset Management, one of the largest nursing home operators in the country. In 1994, 43 of its nursing homes were sold to Integrated Healthcare in the largest industry transaction that year. Shortly after the sale, Frank rejoined Zane to become the CFO of Apple-Metro, Inc.

Kurt Hankins is senior vice president of menu development and innovation for Applebee's International, Inc., the world's largest casual dining concept, based in Overland Park, Kansas. Before joining Applebee's in August 2001, Hankins worked at Red Lobster for 11 years, most recently as vice president of food and beverage, the company's top research and development position. He also served as director of food research and development, and manager of product development. In addition, Hankins worked for Chi-Chi's for 10 years, starting in operations then progressing to director of food and beverage. Hankins received his bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky.

Joe Bertha is a graduate of Middlesex County College where he received his degree in business administration. He worked for Gino's Inc. for a period of ten years where he started as a manager in training and left as the training manager in 1978 to join Denny's restaurants. Joe was responsible at Denny's for P&L administration, training and cash control for a group of six restaurants. In 1987 Joe became the Director of Operations for seven Roy Rogers restaurants. The management of this chain was acquired by Roy Raeburn, which began the relationship between Roy and Joe. In 1994 Joe joined Roy at Apple-Metro, to become the General Manager of its first restaurant. Joe became the General Manager of its second restaurant after promoting his replacement. When the third restaurant was opened, Joe became the Director of Operations for Apple Metro.

Steve Weissman graduated from Syracuse University in 1977 with a BS degree in Accounting. From 1977 through 1983 Steve worked for Reliance Group Holdings, Inc., primarily in their real estate development subsidiary, Reliance Development Group, Inc. During this time, Steve also spent two years in the Internal Audit Department, during which time he became a CPA.

President and Chief Executive Officer, Applebee's International, Inc. Dave Goebel is president and chief executive officer for Applebee's International, Inc., the world's largest casual dining concept, based in Overland Park, Kansas. Goebel joined Applebee's in February 2001 as senior vice president of franchise operations. He was promoted to executive vice president of operations in December 2002, to chief operating officer in January 2004, to president in January 2005, and to CEO in September 2006. Prior to Applebee's, Goebel had nearly 30 years of general management experience, 22 of which were in the restaurant business. His entrepreneurial orientation twice landed him in his own business, complemented by tenure as an officer in several large foodservice organizations, primarily in operations and development. Before joining Applebee's, Goebel consulted for Applebee's on franchise strategy and served as president of Summit Management, Inc., a management and consulting company based in Overland Park. Prior to that, Goebel was a franchisee for Boston Market in the Midwest and North Central regions where he developed/acquired 75 restaurants in five years time. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Goebel also did post-graduate work at Ohio State University. He has been married to his wife, Jan, for 30 years and is the father of six children. He coaches sports, is a board member and chair of two not-for-profit organizations and maintains a fervent passion for baseball at all levels.

President and Chief Executive Officer of Campbell Soup Company since January 2001. From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Conant was President of Nabisco Foods Company. He began his career in 1976 in marketing at General Mills. In 1986, he joined Kraft where he held top management positions in marketing and strategy.

Prior to joining Goldsmith Agio Helms, Mr. Helms was a partner in a major international law firm practicing in the area of mergers and acquisitions, limited partnerships, and tax and corporate law. Previously, he worked in corporate finance with a Fortune 100 company. Mr. Helms is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School magna cum laude and Order of the Coif and a member of the Minnesota bar. He is also a graduate of Iowa State University with a bachelor of science degree in industrial administration, a certified public accountant, and a member of the Minnesota Society of CPAs.

Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Strategy Officer, Applebee's International, Inc. Steve Lumpkin is the chief financial and strategy officer of Applebee's International, Inc., the world's largest casual dining concept, based in Overland Park, Kansas. In this role, Lumpkin is responsible for the company's financial operations, as well several other key areas, including legal, risk management, investor relations and information technology. Lumpkin joined Applebee's in May 1995 as vice president and was promoted to executive vice president of strategic development in 1998, and chief development officer in 2001. In January 2002, he was named chief financial officer. Lumpkin was appointed to the Applebee's International Board of Directors in January 2004. Prior to joining Applebee's, Lumpkin was an executive vice president with the Olsten Corporation (now Gentiva Corporation), and was a member of Olsten Kimberly Quality Care's board of directors. He also served as a management consulting partner with Price Waterhouse LLP from 1978 to 1990, where his practice focused on corporate strategy and technology projects for Fortune 500 clients. Lumpkin is a member of Instill Corporation's advisory board, a member of the Midwest Bioethics Board of Advisors and an outside director of Pulse Card, Inc., a leader in transaction processing for healthcare providers. A graduate of the University of Missouri, Lumpkin is a certified public accountant and a certified management consultant. He lives in Overland Park, Kansas, with his wife, Diane, and their three children.
