Peter Hausback brings 25 years of financial management and operations experience with various Fortune 500 and middle market public companies to ARCA. Hausback’s executive industry experience includes an extensive array of retail companies with global operations, including Granite City Food & Brewery Ltd., where as CFO he led the finance, accounting and IT departments, as well as all corporate office administration, while managing the external SEC reporting process and the SOX 404 implementation process.
Hausback specializes in capital formation, financing, strategic planning, investor relations, SEC reporting, and merger and acquisitions, along with corporate governance including Sarbanes-Oxley 404. He has extensive financial management experience with various public companies including international finance and operations experience.
Hausback has a strong accounting and audit background based on his experience as an internal auditor with a Fortune 100 company and five years of experience with Price Waterhouse, a major international accounting and audit firm. He maintains an active CPA license and has a BS in Business Administration from California State University in Long Beach, and an Executive MBA from Saint Mary’s College of California, in Moraga, California.

Bremer’s extensive experience in the appliance retailing industry includes sales and management positions with Sears Brand Central and Montgomery Ward.
After graduating from the University of Minnesota Duluth, Bremer spent more than six years with Montgomery Ward in roles of increasing management responsibility. He served as associate buyer of laundry and dishwashers and project coordinator of Electric Avenue before being promoted to planning and allocation manager of furniture. Bremer also held the positions of regional market manager and group merchandising manager for Montgomery Ward.

Bruce J. Wall is ARCA's vice president of resource efficiency programs, a position he has held since October 2000. In this capacity, Wall is responsible for expanding the scope of services offered to utility companies and developing programs to provide resource efficiency benefits. From 1993 to 1997, Wall served as national account manager for ARCA. From 1997 until rejoining the company in 2000, Wall worked for Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships, Inc., where he facilitated and managed groups to develop, implement and evaluate regional market transformation strategies.

Brown has 27 years of experience in sales, marketing and merchandising with Whirlpool Corporation, including management of retail field sales, national sales, corporate marketing, and corporate merchandising.

Rachel L. Holmes is ARCA's vice president of business development and environmental affairs, a position she has held since April 2008. In this capacity, Holmes focuses on business development, including strategic planning to identify and attract new clients to ARCA’s appliance recycling and replacement services. She directs ARCA’s environmental, industry and regulatory research, our participation in related industry and government initiatives and direct marketing and communications for ARCA’s appliance retirement and replacement services and ApplianceSmart factory outlets.

Denis E. Grande is a well-known trial lawyer with more than 25 years' experience in trying cases involving contracts, securities, construction, franchise and employment matters in state and federal courts. Grande is a partner in the firm of Mackall, Crounse & Moore. He and the firm have served as ARCA's general counsel since the company's inception. Grande is a graduate of Princeton University (A.B. 1969) and the University of Minnesota (J.D. 1972).

Jeffrey A. Cammerrer is ARCA’s Corporate Controller, a position he has held since July 2008. Cammerrer is responsible for the company’s day-to-day accounting and treasury functions, along with the company’s external financial reporting.
Prior to joining ARCA, Cammerrer held the position of Director of Finance at Milestone AV Technologies. He was employed by Eschelon Telecom, Inc. for ten years in various accounting positions and left the company in 2007 as Vice President of Accounting.
Cammerrer received his B.S. in Accounting from North Dakota State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Patrick J. Winters is ARCA's Controller, a position he has held since January 2005. Winters directs the company's financial and accounting compliance, compiles and analyzes ARCA's financial statements and manages all of the company's day-to-day accounting operations, including billing, collections and accounts payable. From 1998 to 2005, Winters held the positions of Accounting Manager, General Accounting Supervisor, and Accountant for ARCA. Duane S. Carlson has been a director of the company since 1990. Carlson is currently a self-employed business consultant, as he was from 1988 to 1991.
From 1991 to 1997, he was executive vice president and chief financial officer of NetStar, Inc., a company engaged in the development, manufacturing and marketing of high-speed computer communications equipment. He was a founder of NetStar, Inc. (now a subsidiary of Lucent Technologies) and was a member of its board of directors.
Carlson was also a founder of Lee Data Corporation (which became Carleton Corporation and is now part of Oracle, Inc.) and from 1979 to 1988 served that company in various capacities, most recently as chief financial officer and executive vice president, and was also a member of its board of directors.

Glynnis Jones was appointed as an independent member of the company’s Board of Directors in March 2008 and stands for election to the board of directors at the May 2008 annual meeting of shareholders.
Jones brings a wide breadth of experience and talent to the company. She formerly held the position of Vice President of Corporate Planning with ARCA from 1989 to 2003. In this capacity, she was responsible for developing the company’s environmental policies and representing the company before the California Public Utilities Commission and various state and federal environmental agencies.
Prior to working for ARCA, Jones was an independent environmental consultant and previously worked for the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities, the State of Minnesota and the West Central Regional Development Commission.
Jones earned a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin.

Morgan Wolf currently is a consultant specializing in budget planning and cost analysis for ARCA, as well as for other small local businesses. His 45-year retail career began with Sears and spanned 32 years in a variety of management positions throughout the upper Midwest, including sales promotion, store manager and district manager.
After retiring from Sears, Wolf joined ARCA in 1996 as national quality control manager and subsequently held several other positions at the company, including vice president of operations, before retiring from ARCA.

Thomas Hunt brings a wide breadth of experience and talent to the company. He was the former president of Medallion Capital, Inc. and Control Data Community Ventures Fund, Inc. (“CDCVFI”"), Medallion Capital’s predecessor. He began his career as an attorney and subsequently became legal counsel for Control Data’s venture capital group.
Hunt has been involved in over 100 venture capital investments and has served on the board of directors of various private and public companies.

Mr. Bednarczyk is currently an independent management consultant specializing in personal investment portfolios and venture capital activities. He formerly held the position of vice president, human resources/administration with Gelco Corporation and was director of employee/labor relations with The Toro Company. In addition, he was a partner in a Cost Cutter franchise, with salons in Wisconsin, Florida and Kansas.
