Bob Olsen, CEO, joined ADS in March 1995 and brings with him 18 years of experience managing high technology companies serving scientific, engineering and process control markets worldwide. Prior to ADS, Mr. Olsen was President of Pacific Scientific Instrument Division in Silver Springs, MD, from 1988-1995, with responsibility for 240 employees and worldwide markets for product lines with sales of $40 million. From 1980-1988, Mr. Olsen was President of the Biomedical Division of the Nicolet Instrumentation Corporation in Madison, WI, where he managed 260 employees, growing sales from $3 million to $32 million. Mr. Olsen received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.

Jan Eldridge, VP of Finance joined ADS in 1995 serving in various capacities throughout the company's growth. Ms. Eldridge has 23 years experience in financial, cost and statutory accounting, contract review, project management, purchasing and human resources. She was previously employed with AMF Bowling Inc., Agency Insurance Company, and Southern States Cooperative. She is a CPA with a B.S. degree from Virginia Tech. .

William Rick, VP Sales, Bill Rick came to ADS in June of 2002, having previously been the VP Sales and Marketing for Network Storage Solutions in Chantilly, VA, a provider of network appliances and NAS/SAN/DAS technology, and 3DLABS, Inc, in Huntsville, AL, which develops and markets 3D add-in graphics accelerator boards for Windows NT and UNIX workstations. Prior to these positions, Mr. Rick was Director of North American Sales for Intergraph Corporation for four years and held Sales positions at Kubota Computer Graphics Systems, Floating Point Systems and Control Data Corporation. Bill earned his BA degree from St. Michael s College, Burlington, Vermont.

Alain G. Philippe, Director of Engineering, joined ADS in 1998, bringing with him over 10 years systems the rapidly emerging embedded Linux marketplace. With more than twenty-four years of experience as a computer scientist, Mr. Haerr is a specialist in OS and compiler language design, interpreters, and communication protocols. Mr. Haerr received a degree in Computer Science from the University of California at San Diego.

Dan serves on the board of directors and is managing partner and co-founder of Argentum Group, a New York-based private equity firm with over 50 active portfolio investments and aggregate investment capital of over $280 million. At Argentum, he coordinates private equity investment opportunities in the software, information services, and outsourcing/business services sectors. He brings to the Board more than 12 years of private equity experience. Dan also serves on the Board of Directors of Applied Data Systems, Inc., Community Education Centers, Inc., Dynamic Healthcare Technologies, Inc., Fusion Lighting, Inc., Health Charge Corporation, NuCo2, Inc., and Transforce, Inc. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
