Applied Micro Circuits Corp.

Arthur Stabenow founded Right90 in August, 2003 along with Kim Orumchian and Dean Skelton. He serves as a director of Applied Micro Circuits Corporation and Zoran, Inc. Art was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Micro Linear Corporation, a manufacturer of integrated circuits, from April 1986 until his retirement in January 1999. He has over 35 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. From January 1979 to March 1986, he was employed as a vice president and general manager at National Semiconductor Corporation. Art holds an M.B.A. from the University of New Haven.

HARVEY P. WHITE has been a director of ViaSat since May 2005. Since June 2004, Mr. White has served as Chairman of (SHW)2 Enterprises, a business development and consulting firm. From September 1998 through June 2004, Mr. White served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Leap Wireless International, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. White was a co-founder of QUALCOMM Incorporated where he held various positions including director, President, and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. White attended West Virginia Wesleyan College and Marshall University where he received a B.A. degree in Economics.

Kambiz Hooshmand joined AMCC as president and chief executive officer in March 2005. Prior to AMCC he was with Cisco Systems, where he most recently served as vice president and general manager of Cisco's Optical and Broadband Transport Technology group. At Cisco, Mr. Hooshmand held several executive-level positions in Multi-Service Switching, DSL, Carrier Core and Multi-Service, and Optical and Broadband Transport business units. He joined Cisco as a director of engineering as part of the StrataCom acquisition in 1996. Mr. Hooshmand was one of the early leaders at StrataCom that developed the nascent Frame Relay market into what is now a multi-billion dollar worldwide services market. Mr. Hooshmand's work with both domestic and international carriers led to the deployment of many of the largest and most high-availability data networks in the world. Mr. Hooshmand has over two decades of experience in core routing, VoIP, ATM, access and transport technologies. Mr. Hooshmand holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University at Chico.

Barbara Murphy joined AMCC in 2004 when AMCC acquired 3ware, Inc., where she served as Vice President of Marketing. Ms. Murphy has over 15 years experience in the communications and storage industry. Prior to joining 3ware, Ms. Murphy worked as a marketing consultant developing business plans and go-to-market strategies for various technology companies. Ms....

Cindi Moreland joined AMCC in July 2005 with over 20 years legal experience working with technology companies as both outside and in-house counsel. Prior to joining AMCC, Ms. Moreland served as "Of Counsel" with McGlinchey Stafford, PLLC where she focused on commercial transactions and litigation, intellectual property, government contracts and corporate compliance. From 1989 - 2001, Ms. Moreland served in a number of increasingly responsible positions at Motorola including three years as head of legal for Motorola's Semiconductor Products Sector (now Freescale, Inc.). Ms. Moreland started her legal career in Washington DC, with Steptoe & Johnson, one of the countries largest and most prestigious law firms. Ms. Moreland earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Mississippi, magna cum laude and her Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi, cum laude. She is a past chair of the Legal Issues Committee of the Intelligent Transportation Society of America and a former instructor of government contracts at the University of Phoenix.

Mr. Mersten is responsible for leading the legal and corporate governance functions within Accelrys. He also acts as Secretary to our Board of Directors. His role includes oversight of a team providing legal across all business areas: commercial licensing, contract negotiations and administration, mergers and acquisitions/finance, intellectual property/patents, labor and litigation, and stock administration. Mr. Mersten has considerable experience managing the legal office for publicly-held technology firms and, most recently, held the position of Vice President, General Counsel, Assistant Secretary and Compliance Officer at Applied Micro Circuits Corporation prior to which he was Corporate Counsel for Integrated Device Technology, Inc. Admitted to the CA bar in 1990, he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles and received his JD Cum Laude from the Hastings College of Law at the University of California, San Francisco.

Mr. Paul Larson is president and COO of Daylight Solutions, a San Diego-based startup focused on mid-IR non-invasive molecular detection and imaging. A seasoned executive with more than 22 years of experience in leading engineering and business entities, Mr. Larson's background includes business management, finance, marketing, engineering, and operations. He has held senior management positions with successful startups, such as San Diego-based, Applied Micro Circuits Corporation (AMCC) and Qualcomm, Inc. As Director of ASIC Programs for Qualcomm, Mr. Larson contributed significantly to the company's early and successful efforts to establish a commercially viable ASIC division. Mr. Larson managed products that exceeded $600M in annual revenue. He has also contributed to business operations of large, global companies such as Ericsson, where he was director of business management. Mr. Larson began his career as a semiconductor test and product engineer with Motorola's Research Applications Laboratory in Mesa, Arizona (MICARL). He holds a B.S.E.E. from the United States International University and an MBA from San Diego State University.

Cesar Cesaratto became a Director of the Company in April 2002. Mr. Cesaratto currently works with a number of investment groups where he contributes his experience and contacts to the development of select start-up ventures in the communication technology sector. From 1970 to May 2001, Mr. Cesaratto held a number of executive positions with Nortel Networks Corporation spanning component and product development, operations, and sales and marketing. His most recent position at Nortel was as President Wireless Systems for EMEA. Mr. Cesaratto retired from Nortel Networks in May 2001. Mr. Cesaratto currently serves on the board of Gennum Corporation and on its Compensation Committee. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University.

Julie H. Sullivan became a Director of the Company in 2005. As of July 1, 2005, Dr. Sullivan is the Vice-President and Provost of the University of San Diego. From July 2003, Dr. Sullivan was a Professor of Accounting at the University of California, San Diego, Rady School of Management. Previously, she served as Interim Dean, Senior Associate Dean, and as a Professor of Accounting at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Kenan-Flagler Business School. Dr. Sullivan currently serves as an advisory director for Schenectady International, a privately held chemical intermediaries company, and is on the non-profit boards of the Old Globe Theatre and Project Concern International. Dr. Sullivan received her Ph.D. in Business and Accounting, M.A. in Accounting and Taxation, and Bachelor of Science in Business and Accounting with high honors from the University of Florida.
