Linda Schoemaker has served as our senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary since February 2004. From December 2000 to February 2004, she served as senior vice president and general counsel of Advanced Digital Information Corporation (ADIC). Prior to joining ADIC, Schoemaker was a partner in the law firm Perkins Coie LLP, and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. Her practice focused on corporate finance, including public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital. Schoemaker joined Perkins Coie LLP in September 1989 and was admitted as a partner in January 1996. She holds an AB in Social Studies from Harvard University and received her JD from the University of Michigan.

As corporate vice president, Scott Howe has global revenue and cost responsibility for all existing and emerging businesses in the Advertiser and Publisher Solutions (APS) group. Howe is charged with applying his strategic and organizational leadership, business development and sales and marketing skills to sustain the growth of the APS client base, while overseeing the delivery of products, tools, consultancy, service and operational excellence to Microsoft's advertiser, agency and publisher customers worldwide. Howe joined Microsoft through its acquisition of aQuantive Inc. in 2007, previously serving APS as vice president, global services and business development. In this role, he integrated teams and talent to drive deep focus and special expertise for products and functions that required global centralized direction, including specialist sales, client services operations, trade marketing, advertising display product marketing, yield management and sales enablement. A seasoned veteran in the online advertising space, Howe served aQuantive as the senior executive in charge of DRIVEpm and Atlas sales and service globally. He launched DRIVEpm in 2003, and under his leadership, DRIVEpm quickly established itself as one of the largest online advertising networks. The combination of DRIVEpm's sophisticated targeting capabilities and premier partners have created spectacular results for DRIVEpm's current base of advertisers and publishers. Prior to his involvement in DRIVEpm, Howe spent more than four years as the vice president, general manager of Avenue A | Razorfish. He also spent six years with the Boston Consulting Group and two years in investment banking with Kidder, Peabody and Co. Howe holds an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business and an AB in economics from Princeton University. He lives in Seattle with his wife and three young children.

As corporate vice president for the Health Solutions Group at Microsoft Corp., Peter Neupert is responsible for developing and driving the company's product and services strategy for health around the globe. Neupert led Drugstore.com to become a top online retail store and information site for health, wellness, beauty and pharmacy products. In 2000, he received an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for his work at Drugstore.com. Neupert served in various capacities at Microsoft from 1987 to 1998. He started at Microsoft as the director of operating systems responsible for shipping OS/2, and later was responsible for MSNBC as vice president of News and Publishing for the interactive media group. Neupert served on President Bush's Information Technology Advisory Committee (PITAC) from 2003 to 2005. Neupert holds a master's degree in business administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a bachelor's degree from Colorado College.
