Scott L. Hayashi. Mr. Hayashi has been our Interim Chief Financial Officer since March 2005. As an interim officer, he works for us on a limited part-time consulting basis. Mr. Hayashi joined us as our Chief Administrative Officer in February 2004, became our Secretary in July 2004 and was appointed as the Vice President of Administration in November 2004. Prior to joining us, Mr. Hayashi was a Manager of Overseas Development for Cardinal Health, Inc. from July 2000 to April 2002. Mr. Hayashi worked in finance, mergers and acquisitions for Northrop Grumman Corporation from March 1997 to July 2000 and Honeywell, Inc. from July 1994 to December 1996.

Dennis Kogod became our chief operating officer in January 2009 and prior to that, he served as our president-west beginning in October 2005. From January 2004 until joining us, Mr. Kogod served as president and chief operating officer-west of Gambro Healthcare, Inc., which we acquired in October 2005. From July 2000 to January 2004, Mr. Kogod served as president, west division of Gambro Healthcare, Inc. From June 1999 to July 2000, Mr. Kogod was president of Teleflex Medical Group, a medical original equipment manufacturer of medical delivery systems. From January 1996 to June 1999, Mr. Kogod was corporate vice president of Teleflex Surgical Group, a surgical device and service organization. Mr. Kogod serves on the board of directors of Arbios Systems, Inc., a medical device and cell-based therapy company.

Robert Brown, CEO, founded Monroe Management Company, now known as Treystar, in 1969. Since 1982 the company has concentrated in real estate development and management. Bob is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering and received his Master's Degree in Finance from Harvard. Bob Brown is President of Arcadia Capital, LLC and has incorporated or assisted entrepreneurs in more than forty companies in Southwest Michigan. He has provided high-risk venture capital to nurture new ideas and assist the existing Monroe-Brown Foundation, a charitable organization dedicated to furthering higher education. He is a board member for Southwest Michigan First and Fabri-Kal Corporation. Bob is an adventure traveler enjoying the outdoors and athletic activities including: downhill skiing, tennis, basketball, white water rafting, trekking and bird hunting.
