Joaquin Suarez is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TSG. He has an extensive background in finance and business. Mr. Suarez is Co-Founder and CEO of ROS Multimedia - the parent company of TSG. He also founded Papiros (one of the first eCommerce companies) and served as COO for Equality (the largest eCommerce project in Spain). Mr. Suarez taught finance at the University of Extremadura and new economy business at the Instituto de Empresa. He believes that the client is at the center of all policy and activity under his direction and works hard to ensure that TSG continues as a customer-centric company as the organization continues to expand globally.

Donald W. Pratt, Jr. Don Pratt is responsible for all worldwide finance, legal, facility and information systems functions at Ellacoya. Don has 25 years of financial leadership experience. Most recently he was VP of Finance for the Switching Division of Tekelec, which acquired Taqua, Inc. in early 2004 where Don was CFO since 1998 and held both CEO and CFO positions in 2001 and 2002. During his tenure at Taqua, a provider of next generation Class 5 packet switching platforms for telecom service providers, the company raised in excess of $120 million from top-tier venture capital firms prior to its acquisition. Before Taqua, Don was CFO of Crosby Valve Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of FMC where he had worldwide finance responsibility. He also served as CFO for Boston Whaler, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Reebok International Ltd., providing leadership and direction to the company during its acquisition by MacAndrews & Forbes in 1992. Don began his career at Texas Instruments where he held several positions of increasing responsibility from 1981 to 1986. Don holds a Master of Business Administration Degree and Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, both from Babson College.

Most recently, Rob was the Director of Worldwide Technical Services at Ellacoya Networks, acquired by Arbor Networks in February 2008. At Ellacoya, Rob was responsible for all technical field operations including pre-sales systems engineering, post-sales technical support, professional services, and educational services. Prior to joining Ellacoya Networks, Rob was Director of SQA at Quantum Bridge Communications a venture backed optical transport startup-up acquired by Motorola - where he oversaw all hardware and software verification, validation, and customer beta trials of a carrier-class multi-service FTTx system, deployed today at many large service providers around the world. Prior to that, Rob held engineering management and contributor positions at Nortel Networks, Bay Networks (prior to its acquisition by Nortel), and Wellfleet Communications (prior to its merger to become Bay Networks) where he directed SQA, sustaining, and beta test functions. Before Wellfleet Communications, Rob was a network systems engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation. Rob holds a Masters of Business Administration Degree from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts - and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of New Hampshire.

A seventeen year networking industry veteran, Scott brings to Arbor proven global experience in the design, sales, and operations of data networks, security products, and services. At Arbor, Scott is responsible for day-to-day management of worldwide operations including sales engineering, professional and customer services, and information technology. Scott joined Arbor from CMGI, where he served as Vice President and General Manager for CMGI's successful NaviPath network access business unit. In this capacity, Scott grew annualized revenue from zero to $50 million in 24 months while building NaviPath.s North American, carrier-grade Internet access network. Prior to CMGI, Scott was Vice President of Operations and Engineering for UnitedGlobalCom's European Subsidiary, UPC, leading UPC's launch of broadband network and competitive telephony services, during which time the company expanded into 11 countries, grew its residential and business customer base to 7.1 million, and completed a highly successful NASDAQ IPO. Earlier in his career, Scott held senior management positions with Cable Television Laboratories, Qwest Communications International, and Raytheon. Scott holds an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University and a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech.

Dr. Jose Nazario is the manager of security research at Arbor Networks. Sunil James is Arbor's Product Manager for Security Services, where he is responsible for the overall strategy surrounding the company's various security services, including the Active Threat Feed (ATF) threat detection service. In addition, James manages the Arbor Security Engineering & Response Team (ASERT), which is responsible for evaluating burgeoning Internet-scale threats and developing cutting-edge solutions and techniques to thwart them. Prior to joining Arbor, James served as Director of Vulnerability Intelligence at iDEFENSE, where he managed and coordinated the company's daily collection and analysis of public vulnerabilities and exploit code. Jeff Nathan is a Senior Security Engineer within Arbor Networks' Arbor Security Engineering & Response Team (ASERT). In this capacity, he is responsible for analyzing burgeoning Internet security threats, reverse engineering malicious code, software development, developing security mechanisms that are then distributed to Arbor's Peakflow platforms via the Active Threat Feed (ATF) service and innovating new security technology. Prior to joining Arbor Networks, Nathan served as a Senior Software Engineer for Sygate Technologies Inc., where he developed intrusion detection technologies. Before Sygate, Nathan worked in various capacities at McKesson Corp., @stake Inc. and Hiverworld, Inc. During the past seven years, Nathan has also been a core member of the Snort project, an elected member of the Honeynet Project, lead developer of the Nemesis Project, and an occasional contributor to a number of open-source software projects.

Len Dieterle leads Horn Group's Boston office in client service, business development and operations. During the past 18 years, Len Dieterle has developed PR programs for and counseled a wide range of clients in multiple technology segments. Len was most recently a senior vice president at Porter Novelli where, for nine years, he led global accounts such as BMC Software, Analog Devices and EMC, as well as smaller accounts such as Coastal Technologies Group (CTGi), Arbor Networks and Telica. From working closely with companies such as BMC Software and Arbor Networks, Len has significant experience in the security market, specifically in identity management and anomaly detection. Also with BMC, Len personally managed that company's PR initiative for its data management solutions. For CTGi, a provider of business intelligence software for the telecommunications market, Len established the company's industry analyst program and managed its business and trade media relations efforts. Before joining Porter Novelli, Len was with Crescent Communications in Atlanta where he managed integrated marketing communications programs for companies such as Scientific-Atlanta, Hitachi and ADC Telecommunications. Len's client-side experience includes three years in the marketing communications department of Bitstream Inc., the world's leading developer of digital font technology and designs. Len has an M.S. degree from Boston University and a B.A. degree from Boston College.
Mark Zielinski is a Security Engineer within Arbor Networks' Arbor Security Engineering & Response Team (ASERT). In this capacity, he is responsible for analyzing burgeoning Internet security threats, reverse engineering malicious code, software development, developing security mechanisms that are then distributed to Arbor's Peakflow platforms via the Active Threat Feed (ATF) threat detection service. Prior to joining Arbor Networks, Zielinski was a member of the research and development team at Solinus Inc.'s MailFoundry division. Prior to that, he founded Intrusion Prevention, where he was lead software architect responsible for designing and developing a host-based intrusion prevention system (IPS). In the past, Zielinski has held various positions in the security industry where he has gained significant practical experience in the fields of vulnerability and exploit research, and has frequently published to the community various vulnerability advisories.

Mr. Boyle has been a director of ADC since November 1999. Mr. Boyle was appointed Chief Executive officer of Arbor Networks, Inc., a company that researches next-generation cyber threats and develops solutions that prevent network attacks, in June 2005. Prior to joining Arbor Networks, Mr. Boyle served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Equallogic, Inc., a company that develops networked storage by building intelligent storage solutions that extend the benefits of consolidated storage throughout the enterprise, from 2003 to 2004. From April 2000 to July 2003, Mr. Boyle served as Chief Executive Officer of Cogentric, Inc., a provider of solutions to enable decision makers to evaluate and enhance their Web-based capabilities. He served as Senior Vice President of ADC from October 1999 to April 2000 following our acquisition of Saville Systems PLC. Prior to joining ADC, Mr. Boyle served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Saville Systems PLC from August 1994 to October 1999 and as Saville s Chairman of the Board from April 1998 to October 1999. Mr. Boyle is also a director of Arbor Networks.
