Mr. Patrick (Pat) Franc has been employed by BP, the global energy company, since 1985. During his working career, Pat occupied various global leadership positions in the plastics and metals industry.

David joined ARCO Aluminum, Inc. in May 2005 as Vice President, Finance. This is David's second post in the metals industry, with his prior position in copper sheet and tubing many years ago. In additional to the finance function, David is responsible for Digital Communications and Technology at ARCO. David has held various positions in the Finance, Control and Accounting field for over 30 years including the last 27 years with BP. He has an undergraduate degree in Accounting, is a CPA and holds a Law Degree.

Gyan is in his 25th year in the Aluminum industry. He joined ARCO Aluminum, Inc. in 1987 as a Technical Service Representative after previously working for Ball Corporation and Kaiser Aluminum Ravenswood. Gyan's work experience includes all aspects of Rigid Container Sheet production and metallurgy, automotive, brazing sheet as well as building products. In his current role as VP of Technology, Research and Development, Gyan utilizes his many years of experience to formulate and drive ARCO's technical direction for the future. Gyan is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, College of Engineering with a degree in Material Science and Metallurgical Engineering. He is an active member of The Metallurgical Society, American Society of Metals and the Aluminum Association. In addition to his professional interests in Aluminum metallurgy, he continues to pursue his personal interests of the application of Nuclear Physics to metallurgy and tribology.

Henry joined ARCO Aluminum, Inc. in 2000 and has served the company in Business Development & Risk Management and Business Management. Henry, a native of Louisville, graduated from Brown University in 1994 with a BA. He received a MBA from Vanderbilt University in 2002.
