As CTO and co founder, Eric Larkin leads technology product strategy and execution for Arena PLM as well as supervising technical operations. Eric brings technical expertise and ten years of experience in product development, information systems and project management. Prior to co founding Arena, Eric managed electromechanical projects at D2M, Inc., a product design and development firm, and managed hardware product development at Storm Technology, a manufacturer of consumer image-capture devices. Before his work at Storm, Eric served as chief technology officer at Light & Motion Industries, a vertically integrated manufacturer of performance leading underwater video, photo and lighting products, where he helped architect the internal system that later became the prototype for Arena PLM. Eric holds master's degrees in electrical engineering and manufacturing systems engineering as well as bachelor's degrees in philosophy/religious studies and mechanical engineering from Stanford University.

As chief financial officer, Ken Bozzini oversees financial strategy and planning of Arena Solutions to help facilitate company performance and growth. Through his management of the finance, accounting, human resources, legal, information technology, facilities and professional services functions, he focuses on helping the organization leverage its offerings and maximize financial opportunities. With more than 25 years in financial and operational leadership roles for a variety of technology-based companies, Ken has extensive experience in developing the financial foundation and operational processes that support companies through growth, expansion and ultimately public offering or acquisition. In his previous role as CFO at Securimetrics Inc., Ken played a major role in the organization's evolution from entrepreneurial start-up to Sarbanes-Oxley-compliant division of a publicly traded industry leader. Ken has also prepared several companies to go public, including Evolve Software, where he led the organization through an acquisition and an IPO and then transformed the company's cost structure and financing strategy as market conditions rapidly changed. With other financial positions at WildPackets Inc., Xoma Ltd., California Culinary Academy and Hewlett Packard among others companies that range from start-ups to publicly held multinationals Ken knows how to leverage practical financial leadership to help propel companies from one stage of growth to the next. Ken holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Golden Gate University with a bachelor's degree in accounting. Ken earned his CPA while working for PriceWaterhouse, and his license is active.

A veteran sales executive with a proven track record, Rick Borg is Senior Vice President Sales for Arena Solutions, where he is responsible for growing the global customer base, and achieving customer excellence. Rick brings over 25 years of technology sales and executive management experience to Arena Solutions. Most recently, Rick was Executive Vice President/General Manager for Epicor Software Corporation, (NASDAQ: EPIC) a leading global provider of integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM) and supply chain management (SCM) software solutions to mid-market manufacturing companies around the world. In his last position at Epicor, Rick was responsible for over $100 million in revenue, oversaw 500 employees and over 50 channel partners. During his tenure at Epicor, Rick walked the floor of 1000's of manufacturing companies and was responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction for over 6500 mid-market manufacturers. Rick joined Epicor as part of the DataWorks Corporation merger in 1998. At DataWorks, Rick served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Vista and Vantage Product lines. The Vista and Vantage products were originally developed and sold by DCD Corporation, (acquired by DataWorks in 1996) a family owned software provider, started by Rick's father and family. Today, Vista and Vantage remain two of Epicor's leading manufacturing ERP software solutions. Rick graduated from St. John's University with honors.

Jim came to Arena Solutions with over 10 years experience in corporate finance and strategy roles at various publicly traded companies and financial services firms. Prior to Arena Solutions, Jim served as Vice President in Finance and Business Planning for Grand Central Communications. He served previously in corporate development and marketing strategy roles for Northpoint Communications. Before Northpoint Communications, he worked in investment banking with Salomon Smith Barney and Banc of America Securities. There he evaluated and assisted in preparation of a $750 million IPO. Additionally, he has worked for a publicly traded REIT on acquisitions, business planning, and corporate development. Jim holds an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA and a bachelor?s degree in History from Dartmouth College.

John Pasquesi is the founder of Otter Capital, which makes a variety of private equity investments. Prior to founding Otter Capital in 2001, Mr. Pasquesi was a Managing Director and member of the Executive Committee of Hellman & Friedman, a private equity investment firm. As director of business and sales operations, Mark Hudson oversees the sales process at Arena Solutions, providing forecasting, analysis and reporting for the organization. He also directs the company's business operations, which includes the management of contracts, orders and renewals. From his early experience in retail management, Mark gained an intense customer focus that continues to define his work today. He helps companies increase efficiencies and support revenue growth by designing processes and procedures that consider not only the organization's needs but also those of its customers and its channel partners. Before joining Arena, Mark worked at Agile Software, where he helped the SME (small and medium enterprise) division increase revenues by 200% in less than two years. When that company was acquired by Oracle, Mark kept sales and services operations running smoothly while successfully integrating them into Oracle's SME PLM business unit. His more than 25 years of sales and operations experience also includes roles in direct sales, sales management, channel management and business operations at software companies Think3, PeopleSoft and CCI/Triad among others.

Martin is a Managing Partner and the founder of Runway Capital LLC, a private equity investment firm. Prior to this, in 2000, Martin founded and ran a consulting business which advised venture capital firms on their portfolio companies; his clients included Mayfield, Soros, Norwest, Weisel, JPMorgan CP, Oak, NEA, TCV, Bain Capital, and Pequot. Before Runway, he worked in the Private Equity group of Credit Suisse First Boston in London for four years. Martin started his business career as an entrepreneur founding, running and successfully selling a company which became the exclusive Apple Computer distributor for most of Central and Eastern Europe including Russia and Czechoslovakia. Martin graduated with honors with an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Czech Technical University, Prague, Czech Republic and holds a postgraduate degree in Finance from Stern Graduate School of Business, New York University. Martin also serves as Chairman of Incline Medical and Konsepti and as a Director of Agraquest.
