Robert M. Calderoni has been a Director of KLA-Tencor since March 2007. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ariba, Inc. since July 2003 and as Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Ariba since 2001. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Calderoni also served as Ariba s President and, before that, as Ariba s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. From 1997 to 2001, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Avery Dennison Corporation. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Juniper Networks, Inc.

Kevin Costello has served as Ariba s President since November 2007. Mr. Costello also served as Ariba s Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer from October 2004 until November 2007. From October 2003 until October 2004, Mr. Costello served as Ariba s Executive Vice President of Sales and Solutions. From May 2002 until October 2003, Mr. Costello served as Ariba s Executive Vice President, Ariba Solutions Delivery. Mr. Costello holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois.

Ahmed Rubaie is chief financial officer of Ariba, Inc. In this role, Mr. Rubaie is responsible for all of the company's finance functions, including financial planning, accounting, treasury, taxation, investor relations, and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he also oversees Ariba's information technology departments, facilities and real estate. A seasoned financial executive with more than a decade of global experience, Mr. Rubaie joins Ariba from Avery Dennison where he served as vice president of finance for the company's Retail Information Services group and previously as corporate vice president of internal audit and tax. Prior to Avery Dennison, Mr. Rubaie held key finance positions at BHP Billiton, including his last position as vice president, commercial for the company's global diamonds and industrial minerals division and various tax counsel roles. Mr. Rubaie began his career in public accounting with both Coopers & Lybrand and Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Rubaie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and management from Albion College, Albion, MI, and a juris doctorate degree from the University of Detroit School of Law.

Bhaskar Himatsingka is Chief Technology Officer of Ariba, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for Ariba's technical strategy and overall product architecture. Since joining Ariba in 2001, Mr. Himatsingka has been integral to the development and expansion of the company's product portfolio. He has contributed key components to Ariba's Platform Integration layer, led the initial development of the company's ground-breaking Ariba Category Management solution and spearheaded efforts to drive integration across its Spend Management suite. Most recently, as Architect he helped drive the successful development and deployment of the on-demand offerings of the company's entire product line. Prior to joining Ariba, Mr. Himatsingka worked as a Consulting Software Engineer for Asera, Inc., a pioneer in the development of eCommerce infrastructure to enable the real-time enterprise. Previously, Mr. Himatsingka was a Principal Software Engineer at Oracle Corp. where he served as Team lead for the RDBMS Data Management team and earned several patents. Mr. Himatsingka holds a Bachelor of Technology, Computer Science and Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and a Master of Science in Computer Science, from University of Minnesota.

Karandeep Singh, Co-Founder of Aspire, is Director (Finance) at Sapient. He has more than 14 years of financial planning and control experience across India, the Middle East, South East Asia, Greater China, Australia and Japan. Karandeep was formerly Director (Finance) for Dell's BPO operations in India and prior to that, he was VP (Finance) at Moser Baer. Karandeep also serve at Ariba as Regional CFO based in Singapore, and at Yum Restaurants as Finance Manager for the Middle East and North Africa. Karandeep started at Andersen Consulting after completing his CA (with AF Ferguson & Co.) and B. Com (Honours) from Delhi University. He was the University Gold Medalist.

Daryl Rolley currently serves as senior vice president and general manager of Ariba's international operations. In this role, he oversees the company's European, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific Operations, including business management, strategy, sales, marketing, and professional Services. Mr. Rolley brings more than 15 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain management, and business leadership to Ariba. Prior to Ariba, Mr. Rolley held numerous positions including senior vice president of international operations at FreeMarkets, Inc., a publicly traded supply management services and software company. Prior to FreeMarkets, Mr. Rolley was vice president, business development at Ventro Corporation. From 1996 through 2000, Mr. Rolley was an executive with McKinsey & Company, a management consulting firm, where he advised firms on strategy, operations, and post-merger management across a range of industries including, chemicals, pulp and paper, and metals in North and South America. Prior to McKinsey, Mr. Rolley held manufacturing management and engineering positions in the chemical industry and finance positions at GE Capital. Mr. Rolley earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and an M.B.A. in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Santander has served as a Director and Treasurer of the Chartiers Nature Conservancy since April of 2004. In her professional career, Ms. Santander is Corporate Counsel with Ariba, Inc. and formerly a sole practitioner in the private practice of law. She also teaches as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Duquesne University School of Law teaching advanced applied intellectual property. Prior to private practice, Ms. Santander served as Director of Legal Affairs for TimeSys Corporation.

Kenneth Leung leads Escend's engineering team and is responsible for driving new product development initiatives and long-term technical vision. With more than 15 years of software development experience, Leung has held executive management roles at Fortune 1000 companies such as Ariba Corp. and Remedy Corp., where he led product development teams with more than 100 members. Most recently, Leung was co-founder and chief executive officer of enterprise security software firm RoverLive, Inc., where he conceived and proved the idea of utilizing innovative search and indexing technologies to prevent disclosure of sensitive company information. There he built a team of technical and marketing professionals to engineer and position the product. Leung was awarded a U.S. patent in 1996. He holds a Master of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering and a B.S. degree in Engineering Physics with honors from Santa Clara University.

Karl E. Newkirk is a former global managing partner of Accenture, a management consulting and technology services company. He retired from the firm and its predecessor companies, Arthur Andersen and Andersen Consulting, in December 2001 after nearly 40 years of service. During his tenure with Accenture, Newkirk initiated and built the firm's ERP practice in 1994 and served as its global managing partner for six years. This global consulting organization grew from an initial focus on SAP into an organization with more than 5,000 employees managing ERP implementations in many of the world's largest companies, and became one of the firm's most successful and profitable lines of business. Newkirk most recently served as the first managing partner of Accenture's Microsoft Solutions Organization. Prior to leading Accenture's ERP and Microsoft Solutions groups, Newkirk served in a variety of leadership roles with Accenture. These roles included: managing partner of the Process Industries practice in the Midwest region, where he oversaw engagements with clients in the energy, resources and chemicals industries; managing partner of the Manufacturing and Retail Practice in the Ohio region; and managing partner of the Cleveland Consulting Practice.

Robert D. Johnson has been a director since May 2005. From August 2006 to July 2008, Mr. Johnson was Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Aerospace Enterprise. From January 2005 to January 2006, he served as Chairman of Honeywell International s aerospace business and from 1999 to 2005, he served as its President and Chief Executive Officer. From 1994 to 1999, Mr. Johnson worked at AlliedSignal, rising to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of AlliedSignal Aerospace Marketing, Sales & Service. Prior to joining AlliedSignal, he was Vice President and General Manager of manufacturing and services for AAR Corporation, an aviation company. Mr. Johnson began his career at GE Aircraft Engines. Mr. Johnson is also a director of Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, Inc. and Ariba, Inc. Robert E. Knowling, Jr. has been a director since August 2008. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of Telwares, a provider of telecommunications expense management solutions, since June 2005 and also serves on its Board of Directors. Mr. Knowling served as Chief Executive Officer of the NYC Leadership Academy from January 2003 to May 2005 and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SimDesk Technologies, Inc., a software development company, from February 2001 to January 2003. Prior to that, Mr. Knowling served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Covad Communications Company, a broadband service provider, from July 1998 to November 2000. Mr. Knowing also serves as a director of Ariba, Inc., Aprimo, Incorporated, and Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc.

Thomas P. Monahan is a retired Certified Public Accountant who was in public practice as a sole practitioner from 1986 to December 2005. Before working as a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Monahan served as Comptroller for Superior Steakhouse Systems, Inc. Mineola, New York. From 1983 to 1984, Mr. Monahan was Assistant Comptroller for CoverTemp, Inc. in White Plains, New York. Mr. Monahan received his B.A. degree from Rutgers University in 1970, his M.A. in Distributive and General Business Education from Montclair State College in Montclair, New Jersey in 1975.
