Mark DeMichele is currently the Chairman and CEO of Urban Realty Partners, a limited liability corporation that develops high quality office buildings in Arizona and California. He is also the retired President and Chief Executive Officer of Arizona Public Service Company, an electric utility serving all or part of 11 of Arizona's 15 counties, and he continues to serve the organization as a member of the company's Board of Directors. Under his leadership in 1993, the utility was awarded its industry's highest honor, The Edison Award. Mr. DeMichele joined APS in 1978 as Vice President of Corporate Relations, and was promoted to Executive Vice President in 1981 and President and Chief Operating Officer in 1982. He assumed the additional duties of Chief Executive Officer in 1988. Prior to moving to Arizona, he was Vice President of Niagara-Mohawk Power Corporation, headquartered in Syracuse, New York. He is a former board member of Pinnacle West Capital Corporation and America West Airlines, and helped the latter successfully emerge from bankruptcy. He is active in a variety of environmental and electric industry issues and is the chairman of the Board of Trustees of the National Environmental Education and Training Foundation, Inc., as well as a member of the U.S. Secretary of Energy Advisory Board. Mr. DeMichele supports several community organizations in Arizona and has held leadership roles in numerous philanthropic foundations that support education and the arts. Mr. DeMichele received the prestigious Phoenix of the Year Award in 1992, the 1991 Torch of Liberty Award from the Anti-Defamation League of B'nai B'rith, and the 1995 Humanitarian Award from the National Conference of Christians and Jews. In 1955, he graduated from Syracuse University and in 1997 he received an honorary Doctorate Degree in humane letters from Northern Arizona University.

Ed Fox is Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer for Arizona Public Service (APS). He is responsible for environmental, health and safety compliance as well as the company's sustainability efforts including facility management and maintenance. In addition, Fox oversees the company's Technology Development group that identifies and helps bring to market technologies such as solar energy and fuel cells. An attorney, and the former Director of the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ), Fox has also served as an Assistant Attorney General in West Virginia.

Tammy McLeod is Vice President and Chief Customer Officer for Arizona Public Service Company (APS). McLeod, who joined the company in 1995, previously served as General Manager of Marketing, Customer Service and Southern Arizona Operations. Her responsibilities include management of statewide customer service operations, including customer marketing, research, call center, credit and collections, customer offices, aps.com, remittance processing, billing and metering. In addition, McLeod oversees the company's Corporate Communications and Community Development organizations. Prior to joining APS, McLeod worked in a variety of marketing and management roles within the software industry including Educational Management Group and Jostens Learning Corporation. She began her career as a project manager for Whitbread & Co P.L. C. in London , England . McLeod achieved her Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado in Boulder and her MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania .

Mark Schiavoni joined Arizona Public Service Company (APS) as Senior Vice President, Fossil Operations in April 2009. He is responsible for overseeing all facets of the company's non-nuclear generation operations and maintenance. Prior to joining APS, Schiavoni spent nine years at Exelon Corporation, most recently as senior vice president of Exelon Generation and president of Exelon Power. He worked as a nuclear plant maintenance director for both Florida Power and Centerior Energy Corp. prior to joining Exelon in 2000 as a nuclear plant manager. Subsequently, he earned senior executive positions overseeing Exelon's fossil, hydroelectric and renewable facilities, as well as the construction and integration of new generation assets. Prior to his utility experience, Schiavoni spent 22 years in the U.S. Navy's nuclear program.

Chris Froggatt was elected Controller of Arizona Public Service APS in July 1997 and named Vice President and Controller in July 1999. Froggatt joined the company in December 1986 as Manager of Financial Accounting. He became the chief accountant for APS in September 1990 and the same for Pinnacle West in October 1992.

David Hansen, Vice President, Power Marketing & Trading, Arizona Public Service Company (APS) is responsible for bulk power marketing and commodity trading activities, including risk management and sales to direct access markets, and for APS’ 24-hour power scheduling functions. Hansen began his career at APS in 1980 in the mailroom and progressed through a variety of power plant positions.

Lori Sundberg is Vice President of Human Resources for Arizona Public Service Company (APS). Sundberg, who joined the company in November 2007, previously worked for American Express as Vice President - Employee Relations, Global Compliance, Safety and Workforce Transformation. With more than 12 years of experience in Human Resources leadership roles at American Express, Sundberg drove numerous global HR integration activities related to compensation, organization design, cultural integration, benefits, compliance, HR systems, payroll and employee satisfaction and development. Sundberg holds a BS in business management from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.

"Warren Kotzmann is the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Risk for Arizona Public Service Company (APS). Mr. Kotzmann assumed this position in January, 2006. Other roles within Pinnacle West include Vice-President of Business and Corporate for Pinnacle West Energy Corporation, Director of Corporate Planning and Senior Attorney. Prior to joining Pinnacle West and APS, Warren was an attorney with the law firm of Jennings, Strouss and Salmon in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Kotzmann received his JD degree from Arizona State University College of Law, and a BS in accounting from Arizona State University College of Business. He is a member of the Arizona and California State Bars."

Pamela Lansbery currently holds the position of Manager of Technical Operations at Arizona Public Service Company. Her responsibilities include partnering with local, regional and State emergency management personnel on behalf of APS. She has been a member of AESA for 4 1/2 years, and has served on the conference planning committee during that timeframe. In 2007, she was elected to the AESA Executive Board filling the position of Sergeant at Arms. In 2008, Pamela was asked to serve as AESA Treasurer and currently holds that position as well as continuing to serve on the conference planning committee.

Lori was born and raised in Winslow, Arizona, "no not standing on the Corner" though she does enjoy the Eagles song "Take It Easy". Being from a small town, she benefited from that neighborhood experience where everyone knows your name and whom you are related to. She comes from a big familia and enjoys spending time with them as often as she can. Lori resides in Ahwatukee with her husband John and son Daniel. She graduated from Winslow High School ("Go Bulldogs") and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. For the past 19 years, Lori has worked for Arizona Public Service Company (APS) as a Commodity Lead in the Supply Chain Management organization where she has responsibility for large procurement contracts including strategic procurement.

Marlene is the Metro Division Data Management Analyst at Arizona Public Service Company, where she has been employed for 31 years. Marlene joined EWI in 1997. Marlene is a past President of the Phoenix chapter serving two terms and has also served as Ways & Means Director (twice), Membership Director, Program Director, Sergeant-At-Arms, Vice President, Publications Director for two terms, Director-At-Large and Directory Chair. She has also served as a Membership Advisor on the Corporate Board. When Marlene has any free time, she enjoys spending it with her husband and Family (including three grandchildren) who she never gets enough time with.

Terry M. Ricketts - born in 1955 the same year Disneyland opened its gates. He began clowning in 1969 at carnivals and parades. Luckily, he met Happy Kellems, ICHOF member, who brought years of vaudeville and circus knowledge - and taught Terry about makeup and performance. Terry performed in the Air Force 1975-79 with a Hospital Visitation Program. In 1980, he began working with a nationally recognized food service. Currently, Terry works for the Arizona Public Service (APS), the states largest utility in the Communications/Creative Services Department. He functions as Head of the APS Volunteer Clown Troupe - some 125 volunteer clowns participating in parades and special events statewide.

Valerie is a native, born in the small mining town of Superior, Arizona. Val grew up in South East Phoenix and graduated from Phoenix Union High School. Val is currently pursing her associate degree in Business at Phoenix College with plans on receiving a Bachelors degree from ASU. She is a 2003 graduate of the Hispanic Leadership Institute. Val Ibarra has been employed at Arizona Public Service since 1997 and started her career in Accounting, Financial Reporting. Val worked in Financial Reporting for eight years prior to joining the Community Development Department in 2005. Val has been very involved with various volunteer activities. Climb the Mountain for Cancer, APS Can Food Drive, Committee member, Chaperone for LULAC Washington D.C. Youth Leadership Seminar. Val is most proud of her recent involvement in Mujer and becoming a board member. Val married her high school sweetheart Oscar and has been happily married for twenty- four years. Val has two sons', Oscar Ray and Brandon. Val's son Oscar Ray graduated from ASU in May 2006 who also works at APS, Brandon is attending Mesa Community College and will be at ASU next fall. Val is extremely proud of her family and cherishes every moment with them.

Mike is a two-time graduate of ASU and is currently a partner in the law firm Gallagher & Kennedy. During his career, Mike has served as president of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel and president of the Phoenix Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. He also currently serves as a Trustee of the Peter Kiewit Foundation and as the Presiding Director of Pinnacle West Capital Corporation. In addition, Mike is a member of the Board of Directors for Suncor Development Company, El Dorado Investment Company, Arizona Public Service Co., and the Omaha-World Herald Company. He is a member of AMEC Inc.'s North American Advisory Board.

Doug Parker is chairman and chief executive officer of US Airways Group. US Airways is a $12 billion international airline headquartered in Tempe, Arizona. Parker became chairman and CEO upon the merger of US Airways and America West Airlines in September 2005. Prior to the merger, Parker was chairman, president and chief executive officer of America West Holdings Corporation. Parker joined America West in June 1995 as senior vice president and chief financial officer and was elected chairman, president and chief executive officer in September 2001. Prior to joining America West, Parker spent four years with Northwest Airlines as vice president and assistant treasurer, and vice president of financial planning and analysis. From 1986 to 1991, he held a number of financial management positions with American Airlines. Parker, 47, received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Albion College in 1984 and an MBA from Vanderbilt University in 1986. He and his wife, Gwen, have three children and reside in Paradise Valley, Arizona.
