Charles G. “Chip” McClure is chairman of the Board, CEO and president of ArvinMeritor, Inc. McClure, who has more than 25 years of diverse leadership experience in the motor vehicle industry, most recently served as CEO, president and a member of the Board of Federal-Mogul Corp., a global supplier of automotive components. McClure joined Federal-Mogul in 2001 as president, COO and a member of the Board. He was promoted to CEO in July 2003. As the leader of Federal-Mogul’s $5.5 billion global business, McClure helped drive significant improvements in business results, strengthened customer relationships and developed strategic plans to enhance the company’s competitiveness. He was also instrumental in creating an aggressive plan to resolve challenging issues related to the company’s reorganization and planned emergence from Chapter 11. Prior to joining Federal-Mogul, McClure served as president, CEO and a member of the Board of Detroit Diesel, a major designer and manufacturer of diesel engines and related products. He joined Detroit Diesel in 1997, after 14 years in a variety of management positions with Johnson Controls, a Milwaukee-based global automotive supplier. In his last role with Johnson Controls, McClure served as president of the company’s Americas region, with management responsibility for a $3 billion group of 50 manufacturing plants. Before that, he was vice president and managing director of the Johnson Control’s $1 billion European operations. McClure also served as vice president and general manager of the company’s joint venture activities, as well as its business with Ford Motor Co. and Chrysler Corp. From 1983 to 1985, McClure worked at Hoover Universal, which was acquired by Johnson Controls in 1985. He was operations director of material handling products for the newly formed business. Before that, McClure spent four years at Ford as a heavy-duty truck sales engineer and field service engineer. From 1975 until 1979, he served as a lieutenant (jg) on a U.S. Navy destroyer. McClure holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan, and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Cornell University. He was named 2007 “Legend CEO” by Automation Alley – a business technology consortium in southeastern Michigan, and was ranked as one of Detroit’s Most Powerful People in 2006 by Crain’s Detroit Business, in addition to being listed in the publication’s “Who’s Who” among automotive suppliers. McClure is a member of the Business Roundtable, and is active on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), Detroit Regional Chamber of Commerce, R.L. Polk and Company, Detroit Renaissance, Horizons Upward Bound and the Detroit Investment Fund. In addition, he is a member of the Committee Encouraging Corporate Philanthropy (CECP). McClure also serves on the executive committee of A World in Motion, an SAE Foundation that focuses on science education. James Donlon is executive vice president of ArvinMeritor, Inc. In this position, Donlon provides comprehensive financial direction and guidance to the corporation. He has more than 35 years of financial management experience, the majority within the automotive sector. Donlon joins ArvinMeritor from Kmart Corporation, where he served as senior vice president and CFO during the company’s emergence from Chapter 11. Prior to this role, from 1998 to 2003, he served as senior vice president and controller of the Chrysler Group within DaimlerChrysler Corporation. During his 25 years with DaimlerChrysler, Donlon held financial management and leadership positions of increasing responsibility, including that of director of International Planning and New Venture Development. He began his career in 1969 with Ford Motor Company. Donlon holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University (Fresno) and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.

Perry Lipe is senior vice president and chief information officer of ArvinMeritor, Inc. In this position, he provides the strategic vision to ArvinMeritor’s global technology efforts. Lipe also directs the company’s full range of information technology (IT) services, including computing services, global telecommunications, ERP, eBusiness applications development and business intelligence systems. Under Perry’s leadership, ArvinMeritor has developed and implemented a dynamic eBusiness strategy that has drawn significant industry attention. This strategy enables improved employee and customer productivity and establishes business processes with Web-enabled information and collaboration tools. The strategy focuses on engineering, B2B Supply Chain, Procurement and Quality process improvements. He is also credited with leading efforts to create an IT center that will be a major hub in the company’s network of worldwide IT centers. In addition, Perry directed the consolidation of ArvinMeritor’s Troy, Mich., and Columbus Information Technology Call Centers into the Columbus eSupport Center. Before the July 2000 merger of Arvin Inc. and Meritor Automotive Inc., Lipe was vice president, IT, of Arvin, a global manufacturer of automotive components, including exhaust systems; ride control products; air, oil and fuel filters; and gas-charged lift supports. During his tenure at Arvin, his accomplishments included implementing a global IT strategy to support Arvin’s business objectives, establishing a strategic direction for common global business systems and launching an eBusiness strategy. A native of southern Illinois, Perry holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois in Springfield.

Lin Cummins, senior vice president of Communications, directs the global marketing, media relations and communications efforts of ArvinMeritor, Inc. In this position, she has overall responsibility for the corporation’s communications policy and strategy, executive and employee communications, corporate identity programs, public relations and governmental affairs. Cummins, who was elected a corporate officer in April 2000, also is responsible for advertising, product brand strategy, advanced marketing communications, community relations, contributions and the corporate Trust. Before the July 2000 merger of Arvin Inc. and Meritor Automotive Inc., she was senior vice president of Meritor, a global supplier of components and systems for commercial, specialty and light vehicle OEMs and the aftermarket. Cummins joined Meritor in 1999 as vice president of Communications, after serving as vice president of Advanced Marketing and Worldwide Communications for United Technologies Automotive (UTA). While at UTA, she was responsible for directing advanced marketing and communications, global strategies and messages for the company, and served on the senior leadership team. Cummins was also responsible for developing strategy and implementing an advanced technology program that marketed future technologies and products to OEM customers. In addition, she led cultural change initiatives by developing an extensive employee communications program, and developed and implemented UTA’s first global advertising and promotional campaign. In that position, Cummins also directed state, federal and international governmental affairs; customer relations; community affairs, and media relations. Prior to joining UTA in 1996, Cummins spent 19 years at Ford Motor Co., where she held a number of senior international management positions. A graduate of Detroit’s Wayne State University (WSU), Cummins holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts in speech and communications. In addition to being Accredited in Public Relations (APR) by the Public Relations Society of America, of which she is a member, Cummins is a member of the Economic Club of Detroit and the Arthur W. Page Society, an organization for Fortune 500 senior public relations and corporate communications executives. She serves on the 2005-2006 Advisory Board of Directors for the Detroit Regional Economic Partnership, as well as the Council on Corporate Communications Strategy for The Conference Board, and the Automotive Public Relations Council of the Motor Equipment Manufacturers Association. Cummins is also a member of the Automotive Press Association and a member of the United Way 2-1-1 Fund Development Committee. In addition, she serves on WSU’s School of Business Administration Board of Visitors, is chairman of the business school’s External Affairs committee, and sits on the Hospice of Michigan Board of Trustees. In 2001, Cummins was named one of the 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry by Automotive News magazine. In 2002, she was included in Crain’s Detroit Business’ list of Detroit’s Most Influential Women and earned WSU’s prestigious 21st Century Award, which recognizes outstanding professional achievement and leadership by WSU alumni. In 2003, Cummins was named Communicator of the Year by the International Association of Business Communicators/Detroit Chapter.

Rakesh Sachdev is senior vice president of Strategy and Corporate Development for ArvinMeritor, Inc. In this position, he is responsible for leading efforts to develop and implement ArvinMeritor's global strategies. Further, he is responsible for all corporate development activities including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and will lead internal business strategy initiatives. Sachdev will also assume a leadership role in developing new business opportunities for the company in key emerging markets.

Ostrov most recently served as vice president of Human Resources and Labor Relations for FedEx Ground, a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. He previously served as an attorney-at-law with Arnold & Partners, from 2003-05. Prior to that, Ostrov was senior vice president of Human Resources for True Value; he was named to that role in 1997, and concurrent with the position, served as chairman and CEO of True Value of Canada from 1999-2002. He has also held senior-level positions within Human Resources for companies including General Electric/GE Capital Corp./WIFX Corp. and Wickes Companies, from 1981-97. He was director of Human Resources for Rockwell International, a heritage company of ArvinMeritor, from 1979-81. Ostrov holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y., a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Strategic Planning from Roosevelt University in Chicago, Ill., and a Juris Doctorate from the Chicago Kent College of Law. He is a member of the Illinois Bar.

Aziz Aghili is the vice president of Global Procurement and vice president of Commercial Marketing and Business Development in Asia/Pacific within ArvinMeritor’s Light Vehicle Systems (LVS) business group. In this position, he is responsible for the growth of LVS businesses in the region and also for leading global procurement strategies that maximize LVS sourcing opportunities from Leading Cost-Competitive Countries. With more than 23 years of experience in the automotive industry, his specific focus is on strategic growth opportunities through joint venture activities, strategic alliances and organic growth. Aghili joined the company in 1989 as a manager of Engineering for Rockwell Automotive in Melbourne, Australia. In his 16 years with ArvinMeritor, he has held several roles of increasing responsibility within LVS, including director of Operations and business liaison in Asia/Pacific; general manager of Service Parts; and most recently, vice president of Global Procurement. Prior to this experience, Aghili spent three years serving GE Plastics in Melbourne, Australia, as a manager of Engineering and then Marketing for the Australia region. He also served Nissan Motor Manufacturing in Melbourne, as a product engineer and then a senior product engineer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Teesside Polytechnic in Middlesbrough, U.K., and a post-graduate diploma in business administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management at the University of NSW in Melbourne. He also holds a graduate diploma in international management from the INSEAD Business School of Management in Fontainebleau, France. Aghili is fluent in Turkish, Farsi and Arabic.

Barbara Novak is vice president and corporate secretary of ArvinMeritor. In this position, she advises the company, including the Board of Directors, on issues concerning compliance with applicable corporate governance standards and requirements. Novak, who has been with ArvinMeritor since December 2007, also provides legal counsel on federal securities laws and executive compensation and is the principal legal contact for treasury and finance issues. Prior to joining the company, Novak held corporate legal counsel positions of increasing responsibly at automotive companies, such as TRW Automotive, Delphi and Collins and Aikman. Novak has a law degree from Harvard Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where she has also been an adjunct professor since 2005.

With more than 20 years of legal experience, Wilkinson began her career at ArvinMeritor in 1997 as assistant general counsel. Prior to joining ArvinMeritor, Wilkinson was an assistant director of the Division of Investment Management at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in Washington, D.C. Before joining the SEC, she was a partner at the law firm of Reid & Priest (now Thelen Reid & Priest), in New York. “Bonnie brings a wealth of insight and experience to the position,” said Vernon Baker, senior vice president, general counsel, for ArvinMeritor. “She has excelled at handling general corporate and securities matters, and taking on the role of corporate secretary is a natural progression. We are confident that Bonnie will help us to better serve our shareholders and the board of directors.” Wilkinson holds a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from Vassar College, a master’s degree in library and information science from the University of Michigan, and a juris doctorate from Fordham University Law School.

Kete has held positions of increasing responsibility within the motor vehicle industry, and also in the U.S. Navy. Most recently, Kete served as general manager, Cummins Komatsu Engine Company, Inc. Before joining Cummins, he was a Lieutenant in the Submarine Warfare Division of the U.S. Navy. Kete holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.

Most recently, Henderson served as site manager of the ArvinMeritor LVS facility in Detroit, Mich., where she was responsible for manufacturing and assembly operations for the LVS sunroof system business, as well as for the pre-launch activity of the suspension module business. Under Henderson’s direction, the facility achieved QS9000, ISO14001 and Q1 certification in one year, as well as posted significantly improved financial results. Before joining ArvinMeritor in 2001, Henderson held a number of management positions of increasing responsibility with Allied Signal/Breed Technologies, including plant manager for the Breed Technologies facility in Knoxville, Tenn. Prior to that, she held management positions at Textron Automotive Company, Quality Solutions Seminars, Inc. and General Motors Corporation. Henderson holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Rutgers University in New Jersey. She has also taken graduate executive courses at Washington University in St. Louis, Mo., and at the Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Frutig most recently served as vice president of Global Sales and Engineering at Cooper-Standard Automotive. There he led Engineering, Sales, Program Management and Finance for the company’s Fluid Systems Business. Frutig has more than 20 years of automotive experience, including holding various leadership positions at ZF, Visteon, Ford Motor Company and General Motors. Ten of those years have been specifically focused in the chassis systems arena where he’s been recognized by both industry and customers for his leadership and innovation skills. Frutig holds a masters of business administration degree from the University of Detroit and a bachelors of science in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan.

Garrick Hu is vice president, Advanced Engineering and Product Strategy, for the Commercial Vehicle Systems (CVS) business group of ArvinMeritor Inc. In this position, he leads a consortium of advanced engineers and is responsible for creating a competitive advantage for the company through the mechanical and electronic integration of heavy-duty axles, drivelines, trailer systems, suspensions, brakes and transmissions. Hu is also responsible for strengthening and reinforcing CVS’ long-term growth objectives and ensuring they are consistent with customer-driven products. With more than 30 years of experience in research, new product development and advanced engineering with heavy truck OEMs, Hu joined ArvinMeritor in 2002. Prior to that, he was vice president, advanced engineering, for the Volvo Global Trucks Group in Gothenburg, Sweden, where he was responsible for defining and implementing the group’s global engineering and technology strategy. Before that, Hu served as vice president, PDM/CIE Technology, for Renault VI/Mack group and helped shape the integration strategy for the formation of the Volvo Global Truck Group when Volvo AB acquired Renault IV and Mack Trucks in 2000. Before joining Mack Trucks in 1996, Hu held senior engineering positions with Navistar Transportation International, Kenworth Truck Company and PACCAR. A graduate of the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science, as well as a master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Hu also holds an MBA from Chapman College in Orange, Calif. He has served as chairman of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) Total Vehicle Systems Committee and vice chairman of the Truck Manufacturers’ Association board of directors. Harry Howard is vice president, general manager of the Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket (CVA) business group of ArvinMeritor, Inc. In this position, he leads strategic management of the company’s heavy- and medium-duty commercial aftermarket component sales and service. Howard reports directly to Tom Gosnell, senior vice president and president, Commercial Vehicle Systems, and is located at CVA headquarters in Florence, Ky. Before joining ArvinMeritor in 2002, Howard was director of marketing for Pioneer-Standard Electronics, where he led worldwide marketing and e-commerce efforts. From 1997 until 2000, Howard served as executive director of aftermarket marketing and sales for Volvo Trucks North America. Before that, he served in a similar capacity for Mack Trucks Inc. From 1992 until 1996, Howard was aftermarket distributor marketing manager and OEM marketing manager for Honeywell Bendix. He began his career as a parts manager for two Mack Truck dealerships, followed by a position as group purchasing manager for Palm Beach Brake and Wheel. Howard holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Columbus University in New Orleans, La., and is the author of What Color Is Your Mack Truck?

Prior to this appointment, Terry held positions of increasing responsibility within ArvinMeritor’s Finance group and has been integral to the overall growth of the CVA business during his time with the company. Most recently, Terry served as worldwide director, Finance, CVA, located in Florence, Ky. Before joining ArvinMeritor, Terry spent more than 10 years with companies including Schneider Electric as controller and Arthur Andersen as a senior accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership Studies from Kentucky State University in Frankfort, Ky., and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Ky.

John “Jack” Grace is vice president, Engineering and Technology, of ArvinMeritor’s Light Vehicle Systems (LVS) business group. In this position, he has oversight for the group’s product engineering and technology processes. In addition, Grace has leadership responsibilities for the LVS Engineering Council. He also is the key company liaison for the development of university and institute technical programs. Before the July 2000 merger of Arvin Inc. and Meritor Automotive Inc., Grace was vice president of Systems and Technology for Arvin Industries. In this position, he focused on enhancing the company’s technical capabilities in engineering and science, as well as developing advanced engineering personnel and strategies for the company. Prior to joining Arvin in 1995, Grace was with Calspan Corp./Cornell Aeronautical Laboratory (CAL), where he began his career in 1963. Before being named vice president for Product Development in 1990, he held a number of technical assignments, ranging in fields from hydrodynamics and fluid dynamics to ballistic missile re-entry discrimination research. Grace’s last operations assignment at Calspan was as head of the Physical Sciences department. This department, with more than 100 engineers and scientists, was focused on research and development in the areas of analytical and experimental hypersonic aerodynamics, rocket plume research, gas turbine testing and analysis, and motor vehicle transportation research. Transportation research included a large crash-testing program for NHTSA and the development of crash-worthiness tests for automotive vehicles, as well as the development of dynamic tire testing for light- and medium-duty vehicles. Grace holds a bachelor of science degree and a master of science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He also holds a master of science degree in applied mathematics from Cornell University and a master of business administration degree from the University of Dayton.

Barth joined the company in 1999 and previously served as senior director, eBusiness Development and Customer Value Systems. Prior to joining ArvinMeritor, he worked as manager, Internet Applications, for Fisher Controls. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Iowa and currently resides in Columbus, Ind.

Nicholas Exton has been appointed vice president of Corporate Development. He will be responsible for leading and coordinating merger, acquisition, joint venture and divestiture initiatives. Exton previously served as director of Corporate Development. Before joining ArvinMeritor, he was vice president, Business Development, at Lucas Varity Heavy Vehicle Systems in Dayton, Ohio. Exton holds a bachelor’s degree in business studies from Coventry University in the U.K. He also holds a diploma in marketing from Birmingham University in the U.K. and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Originally from Coventry, England, Exton and his family currently reside in Troy, Mich.

Pedro Ferro is vice president and general manager, Commercial Vehicle Emissions and Specialty Products, for ArvinMeritor’s Commercial Vehicle Systems (CVS) group. In this position, he is responsible for the overall strategic management and direction of the company’s commercial vehicle emissions, bus and coach, specialty vehicle, and government product lines. Ferro joined ArvinMeritor in 2001, from a position as executive vice president of sales, marketing and distribution, with Motor Coach Industries. Prior to that, he was director of federal marketing for Dell Computer. From 1985 until 1995, Ferro held leadership positions of increasing responsibility with Cummins, Inc., including vice president of corporate information products business; director of sales and marketing, for Cummins, Mexico; and area director for Cummins, Latin America. With an advanced degree in distribution and logistics from Instituto de Engenharia in Maua, Brazil, Ferro also holds a degree in industrial administration from FCAV-University of Sao Paulo. He earned a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial (FEI) and is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Prior to joining ArvinMeritor, Craig spent 27 years with Daimler Trucks North America. Most recently, he was director of Parts Distribution Operations where he managed ten parts distribution centers for Freightliner, Detroit Diesel and Mitsubishi FUSO. Under his direction, the organization received awards for dealer satisfaction involving supply chain, as well as corporate recognition of quality systems. Craig also served as vice president of Customer Support and Service, as well as the director of Worldwide Parts Distribution for Detroit Diesel Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations and Marketing Management from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.

Prior to joining ArvinMeritor, Wolma held executive positions for 14 years at Detroit-based Axle Alliance Corp. (AAC) and Detroit Diesel Remanufacturing Corp. He holds a Master of Science in Administration degree from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Michigan Technological University. Currently, the company’s remanufacturing takes place at the company’s 275,000 sq. ft.-Plainfield, Ind., facility which opened in 1999 and employs 220 individuals from the Plainfield-Indianapolis community. In late 2006, the business reached two major remanufacturing milestones with the 10 millionth brake shoe and 50,000th axle differential carrier. The first product to be remanufactured was differential carriers in 1999, while brake shoes were initiated in 2000. Remanufactured brake shoe applications include over-the-road (linehaul) tractors and trailers, as well as vocational vehicles such as buses and refuse vehicles. Remanufactured axle differential carriers can be found on a wide range of vehicles from over-the-road trucks to emergency vehicles.

Bill Taylor is director of Product Engineering, North America, for the Commercial Vehicle Exhaust group within the Commercial Vehicle Systems business group of ArvinMeritor, Inc. In this position, he directs the technical development of emission control systems for heavy vehicles. This activity includes product requirement definition; resource planning and purchasing; test operations management; technical design and development; and supplier development. Taylor also plays a key role in project strategy and system scope definition. Prior to his current role, Taylor was engineering manager of the Plasma Products Group at ArvinMeritor, where he managed a technical team on the development of advanced plasma-initiated on-board hydrogen generators. This team developed several key advancements in the technology, including the first installation of the plasma system on-board a vehicle, and the first compact, on-board plasma power supply. In 2001, Taylor was a fellow in ArvinMeritor’s System Design and Management program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Before entering the MIT program, Taylor was a project engineer in the company’s Advanced Technologies Group. In this role, his primary focus was in computational prediction of heat transfer, fluid flow, chemical reaction and thermal fatigue. Taylor holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from North Carolina State University, a master of science degree in mechanical engineering from Clemson University and a master of science degree in engineering management from MIT. He has earned multiple awards from the Society of Automotive Engineers for technical paper publications and has received ArvinMeritor’s Engineering Innovation Award for work done on Finite Element methods development.

James Murphy is the Manager, Internal Audit with ArvinMeritor Inc., an Ontario based auto parts manufacturer. Prior to joining ArvinMeritor, he has held the positions of Manager, Internal Audit and Senior Financial Analyst with Siemens VDO Automotive both in Michigan and Ontario. Mr. Murphy is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Internal Auditors. He currently serves on the Board of Directors the Windsor YMCA Residence Inc.

Dan Daniel is senior vice president and president, Light Vehicle Aftermarket of ArvinMeritor Inc. In this position, he is responsible for all aspects of ArvinMeritor's light vehicle aftermarket activities worldwide. Before the July 2000 merger of Arvin Inc. and Meritor Automotive Inc., Daniel was president of Arvin Replacement Products, a leading global manufacturer of automotive components, including exhaust systems; ride control products; air, oil and fuel filters; and gas-charged lift supports. In 1987, he joined Arvin in Product Marketing for the Gabriel Ride Control Division of Maremont Corp. In 1998, after a number of executive positions with Gabriel and Maremont Exhaust, Daniel was named managing director for Arvin Replacement Parts in Europe. A graduate of DePauw University in Greencastle, Ind., Daniel holds a bachelor's degree in economics. He also earned a master's of business administration from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.

Kevin Frailey is senior director, business strategy, for the Air and Emissions Technologies group within the Light Vehicle Systems business group of ArvinMeritor, Inc. In this position, he directs the business strategy process for the group, including determining a five-year operating plan, setting strategic goals and directing technology roadmaps that examine the future direction of the business. Frailey also led integration efforts after ArvinMeritor’s 2003 acquisition of German exhaust leader Zeuna Stärker. Frailey began his career in 1988 with Arvin Industries, and held a number of positions of increasing responsibility, including account manager for the Arvin Exhaust business with Ford passenger cars from 1995 until 1997, director of worldwide supplier development for continuous improvement from 1997 until 1998, and director of the Ford Group, Europe, from 1998 until 1999. The next year, he managed a team of 30 engineers as commercial engineering director of the Ford Group, North America. Before assuming his current position in 2002, Frailey was vice president of the Ford Business Group, where he served as general manager for global Ford, Mazda, Jaguar, Land Rover and Volvo accounts. Frailey holds a bachelor of arts degree in economics and management from DePauw University in Greencastle, Ind., and a masters of business administration from the Harvard Business School.

Mary Lehmann is senior vice president of Strategic Initiatives, and Treasurer for ArvinMeritor, Inc. In this position, she is responsible for ArvinMeritor’s global capital market and treasury activities. She is also responsible for leading the Corporate Business Strategy group. In this capacity, she will guide the overall strategic planning process for the corporation. Lehmann joined ArvinMeritor in 2004 as assistant treasurer, after serving in several roles of increasing responsibility at Ford Motor Co., including director of Affiliate Financing and director of Global Banking and Short-Term Funding. She was with Ford Motor Co. for 19 years, 12 years of which she served in the treasury function. Lehmann holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics and a Master of Business Administration, both from the University of Michigan. Additionally, she is a member of the Board of Directors of Inforum (formerly Women's Economic Club of Detroit), for which she is Treasurer-Elect.. In addition, she serves on the Board of Directors for Vista Maria.

Mr. Evans is an operating partner of Thayer Hidden Creek, a private equity firm. He previously served as Vice Chairman of Union Pacific Corporation and its principal operating company, Union Pacific Railroad Company, a rail carrier and transportation company, until February 2005. He is also a director of ArvinMeritor, Inc., Spirit Aerosystems Holdings, Inc., and Textron Inc.

Brooks, a director since July 2000 and a director of Meritor from July 1999 until the merger, is the chair of the Environmental and Social Responsibility Committee. She is currently the president of R. Brooks Advisors, Inc., a consultant for start-up firms and advisor for a private equity company. She served Owens Corning as president of the Exterior Systems business from June 2000 to July 2002; as president of the Roofing Systems business from December 1997 to June 2000; as vice president, Investor Relations from January to December 1997; and as vice president of Marketing for the Composites Division from 1995 to 1996. She served as senior vice president and general manager of PlyGem Industries, Inc. from 1994 to 1995, and as vice president of Oral Care and New Product Strategies, and vice president of Marketing and Sales for Warner Lambert Co. from 1990 to 1994. She was with General Electric Co. from 1976 to 1990. She is a director of Starfire Systems, Inc. and Menasha Corporation.

Mr. Rothmeier is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and received a master's degree in business administration from the University of Chicago. Mr. Rothmeier founded Great Northern Capital, a private investment and merchant banking firm in March 1993, after serving as president of a Twin Cities venture capital and merchant banking firm. Previously, he was chairman of the board and chief executive officer of NWA Inc. and Northwest Airlines Inc. Mr. Rothmeier is a director of ArvinMeritor Inc., GenCorp Inc., Precision Castparts Corp., and Waste Management Inc. Mr. Rothmeier is a trustee of the University of Chicago, a member of the Council on the Graduate School of Business, University of Chicago, chairman of the St. Agnes Foundation and The Lumen Christi Institute, director of the American Council on Germany, a trustee for the German Marshall Fund of the United States, an advisor to the Metropolitan Economic Development Association of the Twin Cities, a minority business advisory group, and former vice chairman of the U.S. - China Business Council.

Jackson, a director since July 2000 and a director of Meritor from July 1999 until the merger, is a member of the Audit Committee. She currently serves as president of Victoria Belle, Inc., a designer, manufacturer and marketer of specialty retail products. She was president and CEO of DSS/Prodiesel, Inc. from 1979 until 1998, when the company was sold to TransCom USA. She served as a consultant to TransCom USA from 1998 to February 2000. Jackson is a member of various business, educational and civic organizations.

Newlin, a director since July 2003, is a member of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee, and the Compensation and Management Development Committee. He has served as executive vice president and chief administrative officer of Dick's Sporting Goods, Inc. since October 2003. Newlin served as chairman and CEO of Buchanan Ingersoll Professional Corp. from 1980 to October 2003. He is the lead director of Kennametal Inc. and a director of Calgon Carbon Corp.
