Warren East joined ARM in 1994 to set up ARM’s consulting business. He was Vice President, Business Operations from February 1998. In October 2000 he was appointed to the board as Chief Operating Officer and in October 2001 was appointed Chief Executive Officer. Before joining ARM he was with Texas Instruments. He is a chartered engineer, Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering and a Companion of the Chartered Management Institute. He is a non-executive director of Reciva Limited and non-executive director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of De La Rue plc.

Mike Muller was one of the founders of ARM. Before joining the Company, he was responsible for hardware strategy and the development of portable products at Acorn Computers. He was previously at Orbis Computers. At ARM he was VP, Marketing from 1992 to 1996 and EVP, Business Development until October 2000 when he was appointed Chief Technology Officer. In October 2001, he was appointed to the board.

Tim Score joined ARM as Chief Financial Officer and director in March 2002. Before joining ARM, he was Finance Director of Rebus Group Limited. He was previously Group Finance Director of William Baird plc, Group Controller at LucasVarity plc and Group Financial Controller at BTR plc. He is a non-executive director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of National Express Group plc.

Ian Drew was appointed as VP - Marketing in July 2008. He joined ARM in July 2005 as VP Segment Marketing. Prior to this, he worked at Intel Corporation for 14 years in various senior management roles around the world including Asia, Europe and the US, latterly as GM of the Russia/CIS office based in Moscow.

John Scarisbrick joined the board in August 2001. He was CEO of CSR plc from June 2004 until October 2007 and previously worked for 25 years at Texas Instruments (TI) in a variety of roles including as Senior Vice President responsible for TI’s $5 billion ASP chip business, President of TI Europe and leader of the team that created TI’s DSP business in Houston, Texas. Before joining TI, he worked in electronics systems design roles at Rank Radio International and Marconi Space and Defence Systems in the UK. He is a non-executive director of Intrinsity, Inc and non-executive Chairman of Netronome Systems Inc.

Jeremy worked for ICI, Zeneca, AstraZeneca and Avecia for 35 years in a number of senior positions, latterly as chairman and chief executive of the Avecia Group and previously as chief executive of Zeneca Specialities, managing director of Zeneca Seeds and business director of Zeneca Agrochemicals. He has held various general manager and international roles including that of Zeneca Group regional executive for Eastern Europe and general manager in Brazil. Jeremy was educated at Nottingham University and INSEAD, France. Currently Jeremy is non executive chairman of SkyePharma Plc, senior independent director of ARM Holdings Plc and a non executive director of Plant Health Care Limited and Oxford Catalysts Group Plc.

Patricia Alsop joined ARM in 2003 as Company Secretary. Prior to this, she was Company Secretary and General Counsel at William Baird plc and General Counsel at Debenhams plc. She previously worked as a solicitor in private practice. She is responsible for Corporate Governance and Compliance and is closely involved in ARM’s M&A activity.

Kathleen O'Donovan joined the Board as a non-executive director on 11th May 2007 following the Group's Annual General Meeting. She is Chairman of the Audit Committee. Kathleen, 49, is the senior independent director and deputy chairman of Great Portland Estates plc and is a non-executive director at Prudential plc and Arm Holdings plc. Previously she was on the Court of the Bank of England and held non-executive directorships at O2 plc and EMI plc.

Philip Rowley joined the board in January 2005. He is Chairman of AOL Europe, the interactive services, web brands, internet technologies and e-commerce provider. He is a qualified chartered accountant and was Group Finance Director of Kingfisher plc from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that his roles included Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of EMI Music Worldwide.
