Abe Schear is a partner in Arnall Golden Gregory, an Atlanta law firm. He is the chairman of the firm's leasing practice group and negotiates leases on behalf of regional and national clients, both landlords and tenants. A frequent speaker at ICSC and NAIOP functions, Abe is a graduate of Emory University and the Emory University School of Law. He has extensive experience in lease drafting and negotiations both from the landlord and tenant perspective. He has represented numerous large developers in their lease negotiations, including anchor and in-line retail space as well as leases for office and industrial properties. He represents a number of national retail tenants and landlords, negotiating leases in enclosed malls, family centers and smaller specialized projects.
Mr. Skorecki is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group of the Firm and serves as the Vice-Chairman of that practice group. He is involved in corporate and real estate transactions, and has had extensive experience in all types of financing, including bond financing. Mr. Skorecki has primary responsibility for bond-related work in the Firm, which involves both privately placed and publicly offered issues. He also has extensive experience with corporate acquisitions, mergers and other combinations, as well as asset based, real estate and other conventional forms of financing. He has had extensive experience in the acquisition, sale and financing of nursing homes and other related types of healthcare facilities, as well as financing for such facilities with specialized lending institutions. He is a member of the Firm's Healthcare, Mergers and Acquisitions/Strategic Alliances, and Corporate Finance Practice Teams.

Ms. Drummond is a partner of the firm and Co-Chairperson of the Housing Finance & Community Development Practice Team. She structures and closes housing transactions which are financed with federal and state low income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, New Market credits, various types of tax-exempt bonds, FHA-insured loans, and numerous other forms and types of subsidized and conventional financing. Ms. Drummond works extensively with both for-profit and nonprofit developers and with tax credit equity syndicators. She frequently speaks on tax and development issues associated with housing, historic and New Markets tax credits and tax-exempt bonds. In 2005, Ms. Drummond was named a "Georgia Super Lawyer" by Atlanta Magazine for her work in Real Estate.
Mr. Hirsch has been a partner in the Litigation Practice Group of the Firm since 1975 and has been a member of the Firm's Executive Committee since 1986. He was chair of the Executive Committee from 1989-1995 and chair of the Litigation Practice Group from 1982-1987. In addition to his extensive trial experience before state and federal courts throughout the country, he has successfully represented a client of the Firm in a landmark antitrust case before the Supreme Court of the United States. He is also a member of the Employment Law and Business Litigation Practice Teams. In 1970, Mr. Hirsch was named one of the ten outstanding Assistant United States Attorneys in the Country out of more than 900 assistants. Mr. Hirsch was named a "Georgia Super Lawyer" by Atlanta Magazine from 2004 through 2006 for his work in Business Litigation.

Mr. Gregory is a partner in the firm's Litigation Practice Group and a member of the Healthcare Practice Team. He has extensive trial experience before The State Health Planning Review Board and the state and federal courts. He has handled numerous certificate of need healthcare appeals and regularly counsels clients on such issues. Mr. Gregory also has extensive experience in employment litigation matters, including employment contracts, restrictive covenants, trade secrets and discrimination issues. His casework also includes securities arbitration matters. Mr. Gregory has lectured on healthcare topics, employment law, restrictive covenants, and false advertising.
Mr. Huddleston is a partner in the firm's Litigation Practice Group and the Co-Chair of the Employment Law Practice Team. As Chairman of the firm's Employment Law Practice Team, he leads the Employment Law Compliance Review team, litigates employment and labor law issues, and conducts training for major clients on preventing discrimination and harassment, and managing diversity. He also served as Legal Counsel to Atlanta Mayor Shirley Franklin's Transition Team and her Inauguration Committee. In 2004, 2005 and 2006, he was named a "Georgia Super Lawyer" by Atlanta Magazine for his work in Employment Litigation.
Mr. Lotz is a partner of the firm whose practice primarily focuses on real estate and affordable housing development, general corporate/business structures and advice and transactions involving complex finance, equity and debt matters. His experience has involved transactional matters, including complex, large-scale corporate and merger/acquisition transactions, real estate development and finance transactions and venture capital investment/financing.
Frank N. White has been practicing law since 1989, and is a partner in the firm's Bankruptcy, Creditors' Rights and Workout Practice Group and Litigation Practice Group. Mr. White's practice encompasses a broad range of bankruptcy, litigation and intellectual property matters. In the bankruptcy area, Mr. White concentrates on creditors' rights under the Bankruptcy Code, with an emphasis on issues relating to public utilities. Issues frequently arising in his bankruptcy work include the securing of deposits, pre-payments and other adequate assurance of future performance from extremely high-volume utility service customers, the curing of contract defaults when a debtor assumes and/or assigns its assets to a purchaser, responding to claim objections filed by debtors, and the handling of myriad types of adversary proceedings arising out of bankruptcy cases. Mr. White's recent bankruptcy representations include serving as counsel to one of the largest trade creditors in the bankruptcy case of Network Plus Corp., pending in Wilmington, Delaware; serving as counsel to one of the largest trade creditors in the bankruptcy case of Rhythms NetConnections, Inc., pending in New York, New York; serving as counsel to one of the largest trade creditors in the bankruptcy case of Arch Wireless, Inc., pending in Worcester, Massachusetts; and serving as counsel to one of the largest trade creditors in the bankruptcy case of CoServ, Inc., pending in Fort Worth, Texas, and litigating to a successful conclusion complex jurisdictional and procedural issues in a related adversary proceeding. Mr. White's experience also covers the entire spectrum of general, commercial litigation, with an emphasis on copyright, trade secret and other intellectual property issues. For example, Mr. White has successfully prosecuted and defended copyright infringement actions involving computer software, photographs and musical compositions. Mr. White has also handled litigation matters involving breach of contract issues, business torts, non-compete covenants, fraud, libel, constitutional claims and defenses, and a host of other business-related issues. Mr. White also does both litigation and transactional work in the area of entertainment law, with an emphasis on issues relating to the music business and the use of music in film and television. Mr. White's entertainment clients include recording artists signed to major and independent record labels, unsigned artists, songwriters and composers, filmmakers, producers and recording studios, two independent record labels, an independent music retailer and a national association of independant media stores.
Glenn Hendrix is a partner in the firm's Litigation Department. His practice is focused on commercial and administrative dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration, and administrative appeals. Much of Mr. Hendrix's work is on behalf of companies in the healthcare industry. He has an excellent track record of defending providers against federal and state allegations of fraud and abuse, including actions under the federal False Claims Act, and extensive experience in complex Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement disputes, including, for example, obtaining a $60 million recovery in a series of appeals on behalf of one client, securing injunctions that invalidated federal reimbursement rules in another series of cases, obtaining a precedent-setting ruling that low Medicaid reimbursement rates may constitute an unconstitutional taking of property, representing three national trade associations to obtain the withdrawal of a policy manual provision proposed by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and winning a state-wide increase in hospice reimbursement rates. Mr. Hendrix also has an extensive commercial practice, with experience in such matters as defending a UK-based global logistics company in connection with the termination of its US agency network, using the New York Convention to enforce a Russian arbitration award in a Seattle court, holding a Ugandan bank liable as a principal on an obligation of one of its affiliates, arbitrating an insurance coverage claim arising from the sale of an oil refinery to China, obtaining the dismissal of a lawsuit filed in the US in favor of a parallel proceeding in Germany, and serving as an expert witness on the operation of the Hague Service Convention in a $1.1 billion class action. Mr. Hendrix has served as a private sector advisor to the US State Department on matters relating to international litigation, including service on US diplomatic delegations to the Hague (2003 Special Commission on the Practical Operation of the Hague Evidence and Service Conventions) and Moscow (bilateral discussions in 2004 concerning Russia's implementation of the Hague Evidence and Service Conventions). He helped edit the Practical Handbook on the Operation of Hague Service Convention published by the Hague Conference on Private International Law. Mr. Hendrix has been selected by his peers in the Georgia Bar as a "Georgia Super Lawyer" (Atlanta Magazine, 2004, 2005, 2006 & 2007). Mr. Hendrix is active in the American Bar Association and, among other positions, serves on the Executive Committee and Leadership Council of the International Section of the ABA and formerly co-chaired that Section's International Litigation Committee.

Mr. Jackson is a partner and member of the Corporate Practice Group whose practice is concentrated in representing middle market growth companies and private equities. He has broad experience in advising clients in corporate finance, contract law, creditor claims and other transactions; in representing clients in mergers and acquisitions including international transactions; in representing corporations and principals in corporate formations and structure; in advising clients on federal and state taxation including tax controversies; and in advising clients in commercial real estate financing and corporate finance transactions. At Arnall Golden Gregory, Mr. Jackson's practice is concentrated on corporate, tax and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions.
Ms. Rubinger is a partner in the firm whose practice primarily focuses on healthcare. She represents all types of health care providers including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and physicians in matters related to operations, regulatory compliance, certificate of need, managed care, reimbursement, change of ownership and employment issues. Ms. Rubinger was appointed by the Department of Community Health, Division of Health Planning to serve on a technical advisory committee charged with recommending changes to the inpatient healthcare delivery system. She lectures frequently on various issues relating to healthcare providers. Mr. Chalmers is Co-Chairman of the firm's Business Litigation Team, Chairman of the firm's Sustainable Business Practice Team, and a partner in the firm's Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Chalmers has extensive experience in a wide variety of complex business litigation disputes and has successfully represented the firm's clients in trial, arbitration and mediation.
Mr. Wilmer is a partner in the Commercial Real Estate Practice Group. His practice includes the purchase, development, financing, operation and sale of regional shopping centers, neighborhood strip centers, apartment buildings, large and small office buildings, historic rehabilitation projects, mixed use projects, hotels and parking lots. He has extensive experience in the structuring of joint ventures and limited liability companies and the negotiation, drafting and review of partnership, limited liability company, acquisition, management reciprocal easement and development documentation for developers, investors, purchasers, and sellers.
Mr. Holland is a partner of the firm in the Corporate Practice Group. He served as a Tax Law Specialist in the National Office of the Internal Revenue Service in Washington, D.C. from 1970-1973. In recent years, Mr. Holland's practice has focused in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, bank financing, corporate workouts and restructuring. Mr. Holland has lectured at the Emory Graduate Business School and has served on panels for various business and law programs. For over 35 years, Mr. Holland has advised numerous corporations and individual clients in the acquisition and purchase of companies. He has also been involved in numerous corporate restructures and has served as a corporate/business advisor to several clients. Mr. Gober is a member of the firm's Business Litigation Group and the leader of the firm's Real Estate Litigation Team. The Real Estate Litigation Team represents owners, developers, sellers, purchasers, landlords, tenants, brokers and others concerned with legal issues related to real estate. With the benefit of his Master's Degree in Business Administration, he has extensive experience in handling general business litigation in a broad range of areas besides real estate. Mr. Gober has focused his practice on the state and federal trial and appellate courts within the State of Georgia.
Mr. Dorsey has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities registration and regulation (including going private, mergers, tender offers, rescission offers) and representation of borrowers in loan transactions. He is a general partner of Alterman Properties, Ltd., (a publicly owned real estate limited partnership), a director of Enterprise Banking Company, American Southern Bancorp, and other closely held corporations. In both 2004 and 2005, Mr. Dorsey was named a "Georgia Super Lawyer" by Atlanta Magazine for his work in Mergers & Acquisitions.
Jim Rauschenberger is a partner in the Housing Finance and Community Development Practice Group, representing clients in structuring and closing multi-family residential projects financed with Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, tax-exempt bonds, FHA-insured loans, tax increment financed structures (TIF or TAD) and other forms of federal, state and local-subsidies, as well as conventional loans. He also has extensive experience in structuring and closing housing, commercial and retail projects eligible for Historic Tax Credits and New Markets Tax Credits, as well as all state housing and other tax credits. Jim is also a member of the Tax Practice Group, focusing on analysis and solutions to tax issues associated with all types of real estate transactions involving all types of properties - regional, strip and other shopping centers, hotels, mixed-use projects and office buildings. He is a frequent speaker at seminars on topics such as partnership tax issues, Low-Income Housing (federal and state), Historic and New Markets Tax Credits and Section 1031 like kind exchanges.
Mr. Bring is a partner in the firm's Healthcare/Life Sciences Practice. His practice focuses on certificate of need litigation, False Claims Act (qui tam) defense, fraud and abuse investigation management and defense, civil monetary penalty (CMP) defense, and medical malpractice defense for hospitals, nursing homes, and physicians. As part of his litigation and regulatory health care practice, Mr. Bring also has extensive experience pursuing administrative appeals on behalf of providers to recover and maximize reimbursement under the Medicare and Medicaid programs.
The primary focus of Mr. Berg's practice has been the representation of commercial real estate clients. His representation entails substantial work in the acquisition, development, financing, purchase, and sale of commercial real estate projects including office buildings, multi-family communities, hotels, shopping centers (including the acquisition or ground leasing and development of sites for major retailers), and other commercial properties. He was named a "Georgia Super Lawyer" by Atlanta Magazine for his work in Real Estate.
Mr. Spinrad is a partner in the Firm's Litigation Practice Group and in its Environmental Practice Team. In addition to civil litigation experience in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies, he has practiced extensively and lectured in the area of environmental law. Mr. Spinrad advises clients with regard to environmental due diligence issues and structuring corporate and real estate transactions to minimize or apportion environmental liabilities. He also counsels clients regarding environmental permitting and enforcement issues. Mr. Spinrad has been named a "Georgia Super Lawyer" by Atlanta Magazine for his work in Environmental Law.
Mr. Eady is a partner with the firm where he practices as a transactional attorney in the Real Estate and Corporate practice areas. He is also Co-Chairman of the Real Estate Practice Group. He has experience in a variety of real estate and corporate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, mergers, leasing, financing and commercial lending. Mr. Eady represents clients in all aspects of the real estate development process with an emphasis on mixed-use, urban redevelopment transactions. He assists clients with structuring and negotiating various operating and investment entities and has significant experience drafting and negotiating comples joint venture agreements. Mr. Eady has represented private real estate developers in transactions involving the use of public/private partnerships, low income housing tax credits and many other affordable housing financing structures. In addition, he represents public housing authorities with respect to mixed-finance public housing revitalization projects. Mr. Eady represents clients in planning, structuring, negotiating and consummating a wide range of acquisition, development and financing transactions. Mr. Alley is a partner of the firm in the Corporate Practice Group whose practice concentrates primarily on securities law. He has extensive experience representing issuers and underwriters in public offerings, and in representing companies in private placements.
Ms. Bragman chairs Arnall Golden Gregory's Litigation Practice Group and is a member of the Firm's Complex Insurance Services team. Representing insurance carriers in coverage disputes, including actions alleging bad faith, is a central focus of Ms. Bragman's practice. She has had significant experience rendering coverage opinions and monitoring complex cases for a number of insurance carriers relating to many professional liability lines and in the director and officer area. Another focus of her practice is defending professionals in malpractice, securities and related cases. She has also had wide-ranging experience before state and federal courts throughout the United States and frequently lectures on issues relating to ethics and insurance coverage. Ms. Bragman was named a "Georgia Super Lawyer" by Atlanta magazine in 2004, 2005 and 2006 for her work in Business Litigation.
Mr. Getzendanner is a partner and former Chairman of the firm's Litigation Practice Group. He has successfully handled a number of complex litigation matters in state and federal courts involving a broad range of substantive legal issues, including antitrust, business torts, trademark, trade secrets, unfair competition, securities fraud, corporate governance, real estate and partnership law. He has successfully defended corporations in class action lawsuits in state and federal courts. He has particular experience litigating emergency matters, having successfully obtained or opposed temporary and preliminary injunctions. Mr. Getzendanner is experienced in the use of alternative dispute mechanisms including mediation, arbitration and mini-trials.
As a partner in the firm's Corporate Practice Group, Mr. Peterzell is responsible for the firm's representation of clients in several types of businesses. He is a member of the firm's Healthcare Practice Team which represents the interests of healthcare providers ranging from hospitals and nursing homes to clinics, physicians groups and other providers of healthcare services. His practice focuses on the acquisition, financing and operation of healthcare facilities and services throughout the southeast. Mr. Peterzell is also active in representing trade associations in the healthcare and food industries. He has taught business law in the MBA program of the Georgia State University Business School, and has written and lectured extensively to trade association members, corporate counsel staffs, legal groups and to healthcare, food processing, and other industry groups on various subjects affecting their interests.
Mr. Gould is a partner in the Housing Finance and Community Development Practice Group and the Commercial Real Estate Practice Group. His practice includes the representation of clients developing multi-family housing complexes, mixed-use and urban redevelopment projects and other transactions involving public/private partnerships or financed with low income housing tax credits, tax-exempt bonds and other types of conventional or subsidized financing. Mr. Gould also has substantial experience in the development and leasing of office buildings and shopping centers and has represented European institutional clients in connection with investments in office, retail and resort properties throughout the United States and Australia.
Mr. Golden is a partner on both the Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate Practice Teams. Mr. Golden's practice focuses on assisting clients, both publicly held and privately owned companies, in growing their businesses through a variety of methods including (i) raising capital (both debt and equity), (ii) mergers and acquisitions, and (iii) strategic partnerships. Mr. Golden has also represented companies in their employee matters including negotiating executive employment agreements and non competition agreements. Mr. Golden also represents several real estate companies in their acquisitions and dispositions, as well as in their general corporate work. Prior to joining AGG, Mr. Golden was a law clerk for Judge Ernest Tidwell, United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Ms. King is a partner of the firm in the Corporate Practice Group. She has extensive experience in the representation of computer software, hardware, and technology companies including experience with issues such as licensing, distribution, and protection and maintenance of intellectual property. Ms. King also has experience in the types of financing issues often faced by these fast growth companies such as mergers and acquisitions, private and public offerings, and venture capital investments. She is a member of the firm's Mergers & Acquisition/Strategic Alliances Practice Team and Growth Companies Practice Team. Ms. King serves as the Hiring Partner for the firm. She was named a "Georgia Super Lawyer" by Atlanta Magazine in both 2004 and 2005 for her work in Mergers and Acquisitions.
Neil C. Gordon has been practicing law exclusively in the area of Bankruptcy, Creditors' Rights and Workout since 1984. Mr. Gordon's practice has encompassed representing secured and unsecured creditors, creditors' committees, trustees, receivers, debtors-in-possession, and serving as the Bankruptcy Trustee in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases. Mr. Gordon is well-known nationally as an expert in the field and frequently lectures to bankruptcy lawyers and trustees at seminars all over the country.
Mr. Skinner is a partner of the Firm, a member of the Commercial Real Estate Practice Team and heads up the firm's Leasing Practice jointly with Abe J. Schear. Mr. Skinner represents owners, landlords and tenants in the acquisition, development, financing and leasing of all types of commercial real estate, with a particular focus on the development and leasing of mixed use projects. He was named a "Georgia Super Lawyer" by Atlanta Magazine from 2004 through 2006 for his work in Real Estate.
Mr. Mitchell is a partner of Arnall Golden Gregory LLP and is a member of the firm's Litigation Practice Group and Employment Practice Group. He specializes in general commercial litigation, dispute resolution, bankruptcy, restrictive covenants, and issues relating to electronic discovery. He coordinated the nationwide defense of a major medical device manufacturer in a series of products liability lawsuits. Mr. Mitchell has substantial first chair jury trial experience and has successfully tried cases in both state and federal courts. Prior to entering private practice, he served as Law Clerk to The Honorable Arthur B. Vieregg, Jr. of the Circuit Court of Fairfax County, Virginia.

Mr. Dow is a partner of the firm, whose practice is primarily focused on securities and transactional matters including mergers, acquisitions, initial and other public offerings, and venture capital financing. Mr. Dow also advises public and private companies on corporate governance issues and SEC compliance issues. Mr. Dow is a CPA with experience as a financial analyst, corporate controller and "Big 4" auditor.
Bob Rothman is a partner in the Atlanta law firm of Arnall Golden & Gregory LLP and is the chair of the firm's business litigation practice group. His practice includes various facets of commercial litigation. As a former journalist, Rothman has a particular interest in media law. He has served on the planning committee of the ABA Media Law Round Table and has been the chair and member of the Georgia Bar Media Conference Committee. Rothman received a bachelor of science degree in Journalism with high honors from the University of Florida in 1974, and a J. D. with highest honors from the Florida State University College of Law in 1982. He served as editor-in-chief of the FSU Law Review, was elected to Order of the Coif, and was twice the recipient of a University Fellowship. Before attending law school, he was a newspaper reporter for several Florida newspapers, including a stint in the state capitol bureau of The Tampa Tribune. Rothman serves as counsel to the Atlanta Press Club on legal affairs and First Amendment issues.
Mr. Chalmers is a partner of the firm and a member of the firm's Litigation Practice Group. He represents businesses and individuals in commercial disputes in trials and appeals in federal courts and in state courts nationwide. He is experienced in arbitration, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Chalmers provides pre-publication and pre-broadcast counseling to print and broadcast media clients and advises media clients on newsgathering, access to court and other public records and proceedings, reporters privilege, and other matters affecting the media, and he has substantial experience defending media clients in newsgathering torts, defamation, and privacy litigation. Mr. Chalmers was named a "Georgia Super Lawyer Rising Star" by Atlanta Magazine in 2005 for his work in Business Litigation.
Mr. Weiner is a partner in Arnall Golden Gregory LLP's Commercial Lending Practice Team. His practice focuses on representing lenders and borrowers in debt financings, including syndicated and single lender senior credit facilities, real estate loans, asset-based loans, structured finance transactions and mezzanine loans. Mr. Weiner has particular expertise in the area of structuring and closing third-party sponsored leveraged acquisition loans (both for the senior and mezzanine lenders). He also has extensive experience advising financial institutions with respect bad loan workouts, restructurings and insolvencies. Since 2000, Mr. Weiner has structured, negotiated and closed over $3 billion in financing transactions. Mr. Weiner was named one of Georgia's Top Lawyers by Georgia Trend Magazine for 2006 in the December, 2006 issue.
Mr. Arouh is a partner in the firm's Commercial Real Estate/Leasing Practice Team. Mr. Arouh focuses his practice in the areas of commercial real estate and leasing, representing developers and retailers in the acquisition, financing, development, leasing and disposition of property. Before joining the firm, Mr. Arouh served as counsel to a large retail property management company.
Mr. Fisher is a partner of the firm and former Chairman of the Real Estate Practice Group. He primarily represents developers, owners and investors in the structuring and closing of commercial real estate transactions. These transactions have included the acquisition, development, financing, and leasing of raw land, mixed use projects, office buildings, residential subdivisions, apartment complexes, hotels, and regional malls. As a result of this representation, Mr. Fisher has extensive experience in the structuring of joint ventures between developers and REIT sources and in the negotiation, preparation and review of partnership, acquisition, loan, easement, mixed use, syndication and leasing documentation for developers, owners, investors, purchasers and sellers.

Moreover, Mr. Bertschi has rendered hundreds of coverage opinions on a wide variety of topics in over 35 different states. Mr. Bertschi has also authored numerous articles and publications and has lectured at many seminars on insurance-related topics.
Mr. Cohen is Co-Chairman of the firm's Growth Companies/Private Equities Practice Team and a partner in the firm's Corporate Practice Group. He concentrates on transactional matters including public and private company mergers and acquisitions, going private transactions, and equity and debt financings. Mr. Cohen has lectured on venture capital financing and employment and trade secret issues. Mr. Duvall has represented and assisted clients with mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions and financing arrangements, and has worked extensively with hospitals, healthcare systems and other healthcare providers with strategic and operational issues. Mr. Kingsley, a partner of the firm, heads the firm's Employee Benefits Practice Team and devotes most of his time to the design and administration of qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, including ESOPs, 401(k) plans, profit sharing plans and defined benefit pension plans. Generally, Mr. Kingsley represents corporate and other sponsors of such plans, but also represents individuals in employee benefits-related matters, including the taxation of contributions to and distributions from such plans. He represents the firm's employee benefits clients in compliance-related matters before the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Labor, and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation. Mr. Kingsley also works closely with the firm's clients on the design and operation of their welfare benefit plans, including their group health, life and disability programs, as well as self-funded medical arrangements. His practice regularly involves providing advice to clients on the employee benefits issues associated with mergers and acquisitions of business entities. Althea Broughton is a member of the Housing Finance and Community Development Team in the Real Estate Practice Group. She previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff of the Atlanta Housing Authority. Ms. Broughton first joined the Atlanta Housing Authority in 1996 and worked in both the legal and real estate development departments until 1999. During this time, Ms. Broughton was director of the Authority's Olympic Legacy Program, a redevelopment program implemented to reposition distressed and obsolete public housing communities. Ms. Broughton also spent several years at Fannie Mae as a Senior Business Manager, where she was responsible for underwriting and facilitating affordable housing and community development transactions in the Southeast. Prior to Atrix Laboratories, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of IVAX Corporation, a pharmaceutical company. Before joining IVAX, Mr. Bethune began a start-up pharmaceutical company venture formed by Mayo Medical Ventures, a business unit of Mayo Clinics of Rochester. Mr. Bethune previously served as group vice president of American Cyanamid Company and a member of the Executive Committee where he had executive authority for human biologicals, consumer health products, pharmaceuticals and ophthalmics as well as global medical research. He was also President of the Lederle Laboratories Division of American Cyanamid Company.
