Mr. Conway has served as Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the board of directors since November 1999. Prior to joining Array, Mr. Conway was the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Hill Top Research, from 1996 to 1999. From 1979 until 1996, Mr. Conway held various executive positions for Corning, Inc. including Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Corning Hazleton, a preclinical contract research organization. Mr. Conway currently serves on the board of directors of Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO), DEMCO, Inc. and PRA International (PRAI) and is a member of the Strategic Advising Committee of Genstar Capital. Mr. Conway received a B.S. in accounting from Marquette University and an M.B.A from the University of Cincinnati.

Douglas E. Williams, Ph.D., age 51, has served as one of our directors and Chief Executive Officer since January 2009. Previously, Dr. Williams served as our President and Chief Scientific Officer from July 2007 to January 2009 and as our Executive Vice President, Research and Development and Chief Scientific Officer from November 2004 to July 2007. From September 2003 to August 2004, Dr. Williams served as Chief Scientific Officer and Executive Vice President, Research and Development of Seattle Genetics, Inc., a biotechnology company. From November 2002 to August 2003, he was Head of Health and Strategic Development of Genesis Research & Development Corporation, LTD, a New Zealand biotechnology company. From July 2002 to October 2002, Dr. Williams served as Senior Vice President and Washington Site Leader of Amgen, Inc., a biotechnology company. From October 1999 to July 2002, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Immunex Corporation, a biotechnology company that was acquired by Amgen in 2002, and served as Senior Vice President of Discovery Research at Immunex from October 1994 to October 1999. Dr. Williams serves as a director of Anadys Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Array BioPharma Inc. and Aerovance, Inc. Dr. Williams also serves on the scientific advisory board of Symphony Capital. Dr. Williams received a B.S. (magna cum laude) in Biological Sciences from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell and a Ph.D. in Physiology from the State University of New York at Buffalo, Roswell Park Cancer Institute Division.

Dr. Koch is a Co-Founder of Array and has served as President, Chief Scientific Officer and a member of the board of directors since May 1998. Prior to forming Array, Dr. Koch was an Associate Director of Medicinal Chemistry and Project Leader for the Protease Inhibitor and New Leads Project Teams for Amgen, Inc. from 1995 to 1998. From 1988 until 1995, Dr. Koch held various positions with Pfizer Central Research, including Senior Research Investigator, Project Coordinator for the Cellular Migration and Immunology Project Teams. From 1998 until 2003, Dr. Koch was an elected board member of the Inflammation Research Association. Dr. Koch received a B.S. in chemistry and biochemistry from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, and a Ph.D. in synthetic organic chemistry from the University of Rochester.

Dr. Snitman is a Co-Founder of Array and has served as Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Business Development, and a member of the Board of Directors since May 1998. Prior to forming Array, Dr. Snitman held various positions with Amgen Inc. since 1981, including Associate Director, New Products and Technology and Manager of Amgen's Boulder research facility. Dr. Snitman received a B.S. in chemistry from Northeastern University and obtained a Ph.D. in the synthesis of natural products from the University of Colorado. He was an NIH Postdoctoral Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mr. Carruthers has served as Chief Financial Officer since December 1998, and served as Secretary from December 1998 until October 2002. Prior to joining Array, Mr. Carruthers was Chief Financial Officer from 1993 until 1998 of Sievers Instruments, Inc. From 1989 until 1993, Mr. Carruthers was the treasurer and controller for the Waukesha division of Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV). Mr. Carruthers was previously employed as an accountant with Coopers & Lybrand, LLP. Mr. Carruthers received a B.S. in accounting from the University of Colorado and an M.B.A from the University of Chicago.

Prior to joining Array, Dr. Clark most recently served six years at OSI Pharmaceuticals as Vice President of Biostatistics and Data Management, where he successfully supported the approval of Tarceva for the treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer and for patients with advanced pancreatic cancer. Prior to OSI, Dr. Clark served three years at Baylor College of Medicine as Associate Director of the Breast Center and Professor of Medicine. Dr. Clark's previous positions included Professor of Medicine, Department of Medicine/Oncology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Director of the Biostatistics, Data Processing and Data Management Shared Resource of the San Antonio Cancer Institute, and Associate Professor, Department of Biometry, University of Kansas Medical Center. Dr. Clark studied at the University of Washington where he received his Master's degree and Doctorate in Biomathematics. Dr. Clark is a world recognized oncology researcher, and has significantly contributed to the field of prognostic factors in breast cancer. He has received many prestigious awards throughout his career and serves on several peer-reviewing committees.

Dr. Winkler has served as Vice President of Discovery and Translational Biology since 2007. Prior to that, Dr. Winkler served as Director and then Senior Director of Discovery Biology. Before joining Array, Dr. Winkler spent 15 years with GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), most recently serving as Associate Director in the department of Oncology Research. Dr. Winkler focused on tumor cell biology in vivo models within specific areas including angiogenisis, cell cycle regulation, apoptosis, antibody-directed therapy and novel target discovery. From 2000 to 2002, Dr. Winkler helped build GSK's Oncology Research team to more than twice its original size, with a robust development pipeline and a diverse discovery portfolio. Prior to his oncology position, Dr. Winkler held various positions at GSK, including assistant director of Immunopharmacology. He is the author or co-author of 75 scientific articles and inventor on several patents. Dr. Winkler received a B.A. in biochemistry from Princeton University and a Ph.D. in pharmacology from the Medical College of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Josey has served as Vice President of Discovery Chemistry since September 2004. From May 1998 to August 2004, Dr. Josey was the Senior Director of Lead Generation. Prior to joining Array, Dr. Josey had been employed by Amgen Inc. since 1995 in the New Leads/Combinatorial Chemistry Group of Amgen’s small molecule drug discovery program. From 1991 until 1995, Dr. Josey was a Research Investigator in the Medicinal Chemistry Department at the Glaxo Research Institute. Dr. Josey received a B.S. degree in chemistry from Colorado State University, an M.B.A. degree from the University of Colorado, a Ph.D. degree in organic chemistry from The University of Texas at Austin, and was a Damon Runyon-Walter Winchell Postdoctoral Fellow at the California Institute of Technology.

John is the Chairman and CEO of the Marwood Group, a healthcare investment and financial services firm. John is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. John is married and lives with his wife Tanya, their daughter, Alexandra and son John Jr. in New York.

Dr. Rizzi has served as Director of Computational Technology since February 2001. Prior to joining Array, Dr. Rizzi served as Senior Director of Business Development for Tripos Inc. from 1999 to 2001. Dr. Rizzi was Head of Chemistry and Structural Biology for Source Pharmaceuticals from 1998 to 1999 and was a Lab Head at Amgen, Boulder in charge of computational chemistry from 1995 to 1998. From 1981 to 1995 Dr. Rizzi was at Pfizer Central Research where his early career focused on medicinal chemistry in the fields of diabetes and immunology. In 1989, he joined the computational chemistry group at Pfizer. His responsibilities included support of the CNS, inflammation, immunology, and infectious disease areas. Dr. Rizzi received his B.S. degree in chemistry from Hofstra University and a Ph.D. in synthetic chemistry from the University of Rochester.

Dr. Boyd has served as Director of Medicinal Chemistry since October 2000. Prior to joining Array, Dr. Boyd was Senior Group Leader in the Pharmaceutical Products Division of Abbott Laboratories, where his research areas included drug discovery in cardiovascular, inflammatory, immunological, and metabolic diseases. Dr. Boyd received a B.A. in chemistry from the University of Oregon Honors College, and a Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles. He was a National Cancer Institute post-doctoral fellow at the University of Wisconsin.

Dr. Johnson, with over 30 years of experience in government and industry, has worked in all aspects of cancer drug discovery/development. This experience ranges from target validation, through screening technologies, basic research on mechanisms of drug action, assessment of efficacy in preclinical tumor models, to clinical development plans and regulatory strategies. He has put many drugs into clinical development and is credited with bringing topotecan to market. After receiving a degree in Pharmacology, Dr. Johnson worked at the National Cancer Institute, at Arthur D Little, and for 20 years at GlaxoSmithKline / SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals. He now consults for many pharmaceutical companies, both large and small, provides venture capital groups with assessment of investment opportunities and serves on the Scientific Advisory Boards of five other biotechnology companies.

Dr. Eckhardt is Professor of Medicine at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, Colorado, where she also serves as Director of the Developmental Therapeutics and GI Malignancies Programs. Prior to joining the University of Colorado, Dr. Eckhardt served as Associate Director of Clinical Research, and as Director of the Drug Development Fellowship Training Program at the Institute for Drug Development, Cancer Therapy and Research Center, in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Eckhardt is the Principal Investigator on two NIH grants involving early clinical trials research and has conducted numerous phase I and II clinical trials. She has published over 50 manuscripts and serves on numerous advisory boards. Dr. Eckhardt also serves on Board of Directors for the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) as well as committees and study sections, including the GI Steering Committee of the Southwest Oncology Group, the ASCO Molecular Oncology Task Force and the EORTC Early Clinical Trials Review Panel. She was also Chair of the ASCO Program Committee in 2003 and serves as an external reviewer for the Drug Development Group, National Cancer Institute. In addition, Dr. Eckhardt is an Associate Editor of the Journal of Clinical Oncology, Clinical Cancer Research, and Investigational New Drugs, and was recently named to the scientific advisory board of 5AM Ventures. Dr. Eckhardt received her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. She completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville. Her postgraduate training also includes a research fellowship at the Division of Experimental and Molecular Medicine, Scripps Clinic and Research Foundation, La Jolla, California; a medical oncology fellowship at the Division of Hematology/Oncology, University of California, San Diego Hospitals, and a research fellowship, Departments of Medicine and Biology, University of California, San Diego, School of Medicine, La Jolla.

Dr. Francis Bullock is a Senior Advisor to PureTech Ventures. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President, Research Operations at Schering Plough Research Institute, from 1981-1993, where he took over 30 new chemical entities into clinical development in many therapeutic areas including antibacterials, antifungals, antivirals, cardiovasculars, pain, inflammation, allergy, and cancer. His track record includes five successful registrations including Claritin and Intron (Interferon Alpha 2b) that generated cumulative peak sales of around $3.5B annually. Dr. Bullock serves on the board of directors for TSI Corporation, Genzyme Transgenics Corporation, Array Biopharma, and ARCA Discovery.

Gil J. Van Lunsen was appointed to the audit committee on March 8, 2005. Van Lunsen was a managing partner of KPMG LLP and led the firm's Tulsa, Oklahoma, office before retiring in June 2000. During his career, Van Lunsen served clients in several industries including energy. He is currently a director and audit committee chairman of Array Biopharma and Sirenza Microdevices. Additionally, Van Lunsen was a member of the ethics compliance committee of Tyson Foods, Inc. and the audit committee chairman and member of the board of directors for Hillcrest Healthcare System.

Dr. Lyssikatos has served as Director of Lead Optimization since May 2003. Before joining Array, Dr. Lyssikatos had been employed by Thios Pharmaceuticals to build and lead their medicinal chemistry and in-vitro pharmacology groups. From 2001 until 2002, Dr. Lyssikatos was employed by Array, most recently serving as Senior Group Leader for the Company's proprietary oncology and inflammation research programs. Prior to joining Array, Dr. Lyssikatos was employed for nine years by Pfizer Inc. focusing on various research areas, including PDGFR inhibitors, Ftase inhibitors, immune stimulants and antibacterials. Dr. Lyssikatos received a B.S. in chemistry from The College of William and Mary and a Ph.D. from The University of California at Berkeley.
