Bryant K. Isaacs is President of ARRIS’ Media and Communications Systems division, responsible for the OSS, Digital Video, and Fixed Mobile Convergence business units. These businesses are key to ARRIS’ growth strategy in the Telecommunications sector.
Mr. Isaacs held previous positions at ARRIS including President New Business Ventures and President ARRIS Network Technologies.
Prior to joining ARRIS (then known as ANTEC), Mr. Isaacs was Founder and General Manager of Lucent Technologies Wireless Communications Networking Division in Atlanta, Georgia where he was responsible for the definition, development and market introduction of wireless internet access products. During his time with Lucent, he was also engaged in the definition and development of next generation network interface units for fixed wireless access and also in the establishment of Lucent's Product Realization Centers. While with Bell Laboratories in New Jersey, he led the planning and development of equipment for hybrid fiber-coax (HFC) and switched digital video access systems.
Mr. Isaacs also held the position at General Instrument of Vice President of Digital Network Systems where he was responsible for developing international business strategies and products for digital video broadcasting systems.
Mr. Isaacs holds a Bachelors degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a Masters degree from Cornell University both in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Emory University.

Mr. Lakin is President, Advanced Technology and Central Services Group, an organization providing strategic technology planning, system architecture support, supply chain coordination, and centralized technical services to all of ARRIS’ business groups. In 2007, he also served as the Chief Integration Officer coordinating and facilitating the integration of ARRIS’ merger with C-COR.
From 2001 though 2007, Mr. Lakin was President and Chief Operating Officer of the ARRIS Broadband Group which develops and markets the Touchstone™ customer premises voice over IP (VoIP) products, the CADANT® C3 and C4™ cable modem termination systems, and the D5 Universal Edge QAM modulators which enable cable operators to provide telephone, high speed data, and digital video services. These systems are in use world-wide with over 70 million subscribers.
From 1991 until joining Arris Interactive in 1996, Mr. Lakin was Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Compressions Labs' Broadcast Products Group which was acquired in 1995 by General Instrument Corporation. While at Compression Labs and General Instrument, he was instrumental in the development and marketing of the Digital Satellite System (DSS) and MPEG-2/DVB digital video systems now in use by DirecTV. In 1993, Lakin's firm deployed the first commercially viable all-digital set top units for Bell Atlantic's ADSL and Fiber to the Home trials.
From 1989 until 1991, Mr. Lakin was President and CEO of VSI, a video systems integration company. Prior to that, he was the founder and President of Contel Business Networks, Inc., the highly successful network integration subsidiary of Continental Telephone Company from 1985 until its acquisition by GTE in 1989.
Mr. Lakin is a registered professional engineer and a member of the IEEE and the SCTE. He has been recognized by the National Alliance of Businessmen for his contributions to hiring and training of the disadvantaged and by the U.S. Department of Commerce for Excellence in Exporting. He has published papers on digital television and telephone technology and regularly serves on industry panels for the satellite, cable and television industries.

As President of ARRIS Worldwide Sales, Mr. Coppock manages all of the domestic and international sales, technical support, system design and manufacturing relationships. Coppock brings more than 20 years of cable TV industry experience to ARRIS.
Prior to joining ARRIS, Mr. Coppock held various sales and marketing positions such as Senior Vice President International, TSX Texscan; Director of Marketing for Westcott Communications - EDS Private Television Networks; Western Regional Manager, Scientific Atlanta Network Systems and Satellite Communications Group; Director National Accounts at Qube; as well as positions at Pioneer Communications and Oak Communications.
Mr. Coppock is an active member of the American Marketing Association and serves on the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Board.

Mr. Margolis was named Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning, Administration and Chief Counsel in March 2004. Mr. Margolis also serves as Secretary of the company. Mr. Margolis was previously Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of ARRIS since 1992. From 1984 through 1992, Mr. Margolis held executive positions with Anixter, Inc., a global communications products distribution company, including Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary. Prior to 1984, he was a partner at the law firm of Schiff Hardin & Waite. Mr. Margolis has played a key role in the creation and operation of ARRIS’ acquisitions and past joint ventures. Rommes joins ARRIS from Pacific Broadband/Juniper Networks where he served as Major Accounts Manager.
