Prior to joining EPIC in June 2008, Mr. Mathur was Chief Supply Chain Officer and Senior Vice President of Supplier Marketing and Asset Management for Global Components at Arrow Electronics. Prior to Arrow Mr. Mathur served as EVP of Global Supply Chain for Sanmina SCI and spent over twenty years at IBM in various P&L, Supply Chain and Program Management roles. Mr. Mathur received an MBA from the University of Arizona and a BSChE from the University of Florida.

"Wayne Brody is Vice President, Legal Affairs, and Chief Compliance Officer, Arrow Electronics, Inc. As Vice President, Legal Affairs, Brody provides counsel to Arrow's senior management and is responsible for, among other things, litigation, contractual relations with customers, suppliers and employees, and government relations. As Chief Compliance Officer, he overseas Arrow's various compliance programs and initiatives, and develops training in these areas for the organization. During his past 20 years at Arrow, Brody has held a number of positions, including Corporate Counsel, Assistant General Counsel and General Counsel, North American Operations . Prior to joining Arrow, Brody spent six years as a litigation and corporate associate at Hyman, Miner & Robbin in New York City. Brody holds a bachelor's degree in Asian and classical history from Syracuse University, a certificate of advanced Mandarin instruction from the Taipei Language Institute, and a J.D. from Columbia Law School. He is a member of the Board of Governors of Touro Law School as well as the Advisory Board of its Institute of Business, Law and Technology. He is also a member of the Commercial Law and e-Commerce committees of the Association of Corporate Counsel."

"Jan Salsgiver is Executive Vice President, Arrow Europe, Middle East, Africa and South America (EMEASA), and Corporate Vice President, Supplier Marketing. During her more than 20 years with Arrow, Salsgiver has held a number of significant leadership positions including President, Arrow/Zeus; President, Arrow/Schweber; and President, North American Components (NAC), a leading provider of semiconductor, passive, electro-mechanical, and connector products and services to original equipment manufacturers and contract manufacturers. As NAC President, Salsgiver integrated several newly acquired businesses, built state-of-the-art supply chain capabilities, consolidated staffing and strengthened the senior management team. Most recently she was Corporate Vice President, Global Strategy and Operations, where she was responsible for Arrow’s strategy and business development, supply chain and logistics capabilities, global supplier marketing and corporate communications. Salsgiver began her career in sales with IBM after receiving a bachelor's degree in economics from Cornell University and a master’s degree in business administration from the Harvard Business School. She is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and a member of the Center for Corporate Innovation, a national educational forum of corporate CEOs."

John P. McMahon is Senior Vice President, Corporate Human Resources, Arrow Electronics, Inc. He has responsibility for Arrow's global human resources function, including compensation, benefits, talent management, professional development and human resources policy for the company's nearly 12,000 employees worldwide. Prior to joining Arrow in March 2007, McMahon served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer at UMass Memorial Health Care System, the largest health care system in Central and Western Massachusetts. He held the position of Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources, at Fisher Scientific, a division of Thermo Fisher Scientific that provides laboratory equipment, chemicals, supplies and services, and at Terra Lycos, S.A., a provider of telecommunications and Internet services worldwide. Earlier in his career, McMahon held leadership roles in human resources at companies that included ITT Corporation, a world leader in engineering and manufacturing, and Raytheon Corporation, an industry leader in defense and aerospace systems. McMahon holds a Master of Science degree in human resource management from Upsala College and a Bachelor of Science degree from Mercy College.

"Peter Brown is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, Arrow Electronics, Inc. Brown heads the Arrow Law Department, which encompasses Europe, Asia and North America, and acts as a legal advisor to the Arrow Board of Directors on corporate governance matters. Prior to joining Arrow in 2001, Brown served for 15 years as the head partner in the London office of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and securities transactions. While in London, Brown represented Arrow in connection with the numerous acquisitions that the company made in Europe. "Ernie Keith is vice president, Worldwide Operational Excellence, Arrow Global Components, with responsibility for logistics, Continuous Process Improvement, Business Process Outsourcing and Voice of the Supplier and Voice of the Customer initiatives. Prior to joining Arrow in 2006, Keith held a successful career at Hewlett-Packard Company for 18 years. During his time at HP, Keith held a variety of engineering and management roles in research & development, marketing, manufacturing and customer service including: vice president, Corporate Quality and Process Excellence; vice president and general manager, HP’s Imaging and Printing Services business; general manager, Client and Printer Support Services; manager, Service Development; and manager, Technical Marketing, LaserJet Group. Keith began his career at Chevron Corporation as a design and construction engineer. Keith holds a bachelor of science degree in both mechanical engineering and electrical engineering from the University of Idaho."

"Kurt Colehower is President, Arrow North American Components, responsible for managing Arrow's semiconductor, passive, electromechanical, and connector (PEMCO) products and services business in North America. Before joining Arrow in 2006, Colehower was co-founder and CEO of Colehower & Company, a senior management recruiting and search-consulting firm. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President and President of Europe for Solectron Corporation, based in Geneva, Switzerland. Kurt is a proven business leader with extensive domestic and international experience in driving revenue and profit growth, asset management and overall business performance. Colehower holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Stanford University, a master's degree in sociology from Stanford University, and a master's degree in business administration from the International Institute for Management Development."

Katie is a graduate of Katherine Gibbs (a business school in New York, NY), and she has been in the electronics distribution in San Diego for about 30 years, currently in her 10th year as a Product Manager for Arrow Electronics. She enjoys church activities, spending time with family and friends, craft fairs, reading, walking, and life in general.

Katherine Stack is the Director of Human Resources and Recruiting and has 18 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. She possesses a solid Human Resources generalist background with in-depth experience in talent acquisition, retention, performance management, career development and employee relations. Her industry experience includes working for Fortune 500 companies such as Rockwell Automation, Arrow Electronics and American Greetings as well other medium size growing businesses. Katie earned her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Business Psychology from Miami University, Oxford Ohio and her Master's Degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Cleveland State University. She is SPHR Certified, a member of the Society of Human Resources Management since 1991, a member of the Cleveland Coaching Federation, North Coast Entrepreneur Group and a recent Redroom Revolution participant.

Matt Henry is the founder of MongoNet and the holder of three U.S. Patents 6,424,426; 7,079,275 B2; 7,164,488 B2 and other patents pending. Matt brings 15 years of digital imaging, printing, semiconductor, and software experience from Pacific Lithograph, ColorGraphics, Marshall Industries and Arrow Electronics. Matt holds a B.S. in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing from the University of Colorado.

Paul McWilliams is the founder and editor of Next Inning Technology Research. McWilliams has over twenty-five years of experience in the semiconductor and high-tech industries, working with companies such as Linear Technology, Altera, Cypress Semiconductor, American Technical Ceramics, Arrow Electronics, Avnet, Micrel, Power-One, Siliconix, Xicor, and many others. William E. Mitchell, 65, is Chairman, a Director, Chief Executive Officer and the former President of Arrow Electronics, Inc., and Director with Brown-Forman Corporation. Mr. Mitchell previously served on the Rogers Board of Directors from 1994 to the April 26, 2007 Annual Meeting of Shareholders when he chose not to stand for re-election becuase of other business commitments. However, Mr. Mitchell was asked to rejoin the Rogers Board in 2008 and was elected at the May 9, 2008 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.

Barry Perry was appointed to the Cookson Board in January 2002. Barry was formerly Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Engelhard Corporation. He is also a non-executive Director of Arrow Electronics, Inc and Ashland Inc.

John C. Waddell retired as the Chairman of the Board of Arrow in May 1994 and since that time has served as the Vice Chairman. He, together with B. Duke Glenn, Jr. and Roger E. Green, acquired a controlling interest in Arrow Electronics in 1969. He served as Director and Executive Vice President of the company throughout the 1970s and, in 1980, succeeded B. Duke Glenn, Jr. as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. He served as CEO until 1986 and as Chairman until 1994.

Richard S. Hill has been Novellus' chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors since 1993. He was appointed chairman of the board in May 1996. Before joining Novellus, Mr. Hill spent 12 years at Tektronix, Inc., where he held a variety of positions, including president of Tektronix Development Company, vice president of the Test and Measurement Group and president of Tektronix Components Corporation. Prior to joining Tektronix, he held engineering management positions at General Electric, Motorola and Hughes Aircraft Company. Mr. Hill holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Illinois and a master's degree in business administration from Syracuse University. He is a board member of the University of Illinois Foundation and serves on the boards of LSI and Arrow Electronics.

Roger King is retired from business. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Sa Sa International Holdings Limited, a retailer of cosmetics, from 1999 until 2002. He is currently an Adjunct Professor in Finance at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He also serves as a director of Orient Overseas (International) Limited, Sincere Watch (Hong Kong) Limited and TNT N.V, companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Euronext Amsterdam, respectively.

Stephen C. Patrick* - Chief Financial Officer Joined Colgate in 1982 after having been a Manager at Price Waterhouse. Before being named CFO in 1996, Mr. Patrick held a series of key financial positions, including Vice President and Corporate Controller and Vice President-Finance for Colgate-Latin America.
