"Wayne Brody is Vice President, Legal Affairs, and Chief Compliance Officer, Arrow Electronics, Inc.
As Vice President, Legal Affairs, Brody provides counsel to Arrow's senior management and is responsible for, among other things, litigation, contractual relations with customers, suppliers and employees, and government relations. "Jan Salsgiver is Executive Vice President, Arrow Europe, Middle East, Africa and South America (EMEASA), and Corporate Vice President, Supplier Marketing.

John C. Waddell retired as the Chairman of the Board of Arrow in May 1994 and since that time has served as the Vice Chairman. He, together with B. Duke Glenn, Jr. and Roger E. Green, acquired a controlling interest in Arrow Electronics in 1969. He served as Director and Executive Vice President of the company throughout the 1970s and, in 1980, succeeded B. Duke Glenn, Jr. as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. He served as CEO until 1986 and as Chairman until 1994.
