Mary Hickie has worked on a range of complex retail projects in the US and Puerto Rico. Her strengths lie in the management, production and technical aspects of running a project. During her many years of retail experience, she has worked with a number of commercial property owners on the development of leasing and tenant standards. She believes that a careful match of design team with client is a key factor in the success of a project. She is also the Director of Human Resources at Arrowstreet. Ms. Hickie holds a Certificate of Architectural Technology from the College of Technology in Dublin, Ireland.

Alahe Aldo has worked at Arrowstreet for 24 years managing projects across a range of sizes and building types. The focus of her recent work has been architecture for higher education, and she is currently leading Arrowstreet's work in the Middle East. Alahe holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Kansas.

Fred Warren contributes his strong background and skills in the areas of project management, technical detailing, document coordination, and construction administration to many of Arrowstreet's most challenging projects. His work includes hotels, housing, schools, offices, hospitals, retail developments, renovations, and interiors. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Boston Architectural Center. Fred has focused on the development of document quality control and technical standards for the office and has applied them directly to many Arrowstreet projects.

Dennis Carlberg is a principal with Arrowstreet. His commitment to sustainable design began early in his career at the Solar Energy Research Institute, Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory and at the Laboratory of Architecture and Planning at MIT where he conducted daylighting research.

Jim Flajnik is the Principal-in-Charge for many of Arrowstreet's larger and more complex projects. He has extensive experience in a wide range of building types, including high rise commercial, office, medical office, retail developments, hotels, parking structures, industrial projects and interior architecture. His work often involves mixed-use projects with fast-track or phased construction, scheduled to deliver income-producing space at the earliest possible date. He is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.

Larry Spang has been with Arrowstreet since 1994 working on a variety of large and small projects, including projects in South Boston and two public charter schools. He is active with planning and design issues in the Massachusetts town of Salem and is a member of the Salem Historic District Commission. Larry holds a Master of Architecture degree from Tulane University.

Michael Wang first came to Arrowstreet in 1993. He has been instrumental in the master planning and design of many large, urban mixed-use projects. An advocate for the tenets of "smart growth" to guide a unique approach to place-making, Michael has worked across many building contexts. He earned a Master of Architecture from Syracuse University.

Kevin Nice has been with Arrowstreet since 1999. He has worked extensively with international clients for the past five years and has been a lead designer for the firm's retail and mixed-use work. Kevin has been a proponent of mixed-use development at Arrowstreet and within the development community at large. Kevin has a Bachelor of Urban Design degree from the University of Cincinnati.

Bob Lowe created Arrowstreet Graphic Design (AGD) to bring Arrowstreet's award winning in-house graphic design to a larger commercial, academic and institutional market, As AGD's director, he seeks challenging projects in print, web and environmental graphics. Bob's particular expertise lies in the conceptual and graphic design aspects of large and small scale mixed-use retail and other commercial projects. His projects include top to bottom graphic and interior design for major food stores, retail centers, entertainment complexes, and cruise ships in the US and abroad. He holds a B.A. from the Massachusetts College of Art.
