As ATG's Chief Financial Officer, Julie is responsible for financial and administrative operations, as well as investor relations activities. Julie has over 15 years of experience and a track record of success with leading-edge strategic financing and accounting initiatives. Before joining ATG, Julie was Vice President of Finance at Akamai Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: AKAM), where as a member of the senior management team she was responsible for directing all financial activities including strategic finance, accounting, tax, treasury, budgeting, contracts management, financial systems, SEC and management reporting, purchasing, travel, and internal audit. Julie's background also includes a management role at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where she managed tax-related projects and served as lead client service manager on Ogden Corporation, Rockwell International, Bayer AG and Wexford Investments. Julie holds a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Wheaton College and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Barry Clark Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales Barry oversees all revenue generation worldwide and is directly responsible for worldwide sales, channels, and consulting groups. Barry has 25 years in sales and general management, including experience in managing corporate accounts, vertical sales teams, channels, and large geography sales organizations. Prior to ATG he served as President of Schoolkidz, Inc., a service and distribution business for the educational marketplace. Barry's background also includes general manager and sales vice president positions for large divisions at Domino Amjet and AM Multigraphics. Additionally, he held a variety of senior sales positions at Digital Equipment Corporation and Burroughs Corporation. Barry holds a BS degree in Marketing from Ball State University.

Ken Volpe Senior Vice President of Products and Technology Ken leads ATG's efforts in extending its software solutions for online marketing, sales, and service, as well as developing and delivering ATG's strategic product direction. As part of his duties, Ken works both internally with ATG's product and development teams and externally with the company's partners and customers. Additionally, he works with executives and customers to align ATG's product strategy with future market needs. Ken brings over 20 years of high tech product management and product marketing experience to his role. After joining ATG in 1998, Ken became Vice President of Product Management in 1999, and Vice President and General Manager of Platform Products in 2003. During his time at ATG, Ken has led product management, product development, product strategy, product marketing, technical marketing, and technology partnership organizations. Before joining ATG, Ken served in senior positions at Radnet, Banyan Systems, Cambridge Technology Partners, and AT&T Bell Laboratories. Ken holds a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from Brown University and a master's of engineering from Cornell University.

Lou oversees ATG's professional services, support, education, and hosting operations, integrating these critical customer-facing functions. He comes to ATG with more than 20 years of experience managing worldwide services organizations, business consulting groups, and managed services offerings. Lou joined ATG from Unisys Corporation, where he oversaw the integration of the security and identity access management division of ePresence, Inc. (formerly Banyan Systems) following its acquisition by Unisys in 2004. From 1994 to 2004, Lou served in a variety of positions at ePresence, including Vice President, Consulting -- North America; Vice President, Managed Services; and Director, Worldwide Support Services. Lou graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1985, with a Mathematics major and Computer Science minor.

David has been ATG's General Counsel since September, 2005. Before joining ATG, he was a partner and Group General Counsel of Gores Technology Group, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm. At Gores, David served as a member of the M&A group and as general counsel of the Gores' technology-oriented portfolio companies. Before that, he was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of VeriFone Inc., a San Jose, CA developer of point of sale hardware and software. From 1999 to 2000, David served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Mattel Interactive in Los Angeles, CA. David has also practiced law at The Learning Company, an educational software company in Cambridge, MA; and at the law firms Powers & Hall and Hutchins & Wheeler. David holds a juris doctor degree from Boston University; a masters degree in economics from Ohio University; and a bachelor of arts in political science from Vassar College.

Andy Hong brings to the firm a deep understanding of the user's experience of an architectural work. To him, the concept of 'use' is multifaceted. First, a building plan is not merely seen as a passive artifact, but as an active agent in solving a client's particular user-needs. Secondly, the actual involvement of the client in planning a project is seen as a crucial user experience: by emphasizing collaboration, Andy organizes strategies through which SsD can most effectively implement a client's objectives. Having received a Master of Science at the MIT Media Lab, Andy is also co-founder of the Amsterdam based software firm Fredhopper and co-founder of the independent music label Kimchee Records. He is also the Founding Engineer for Art Technology Group (ATG), and the founder of the User Experience Team at Reed Elsevier Technology Group.

Mr. Shorthose has been a director since October 2001 and Chairman of the Board of Directors since July 2002. Since January 2004, Mr. Shorthose has been President of ProActive Community, a company that assists non-profit organizations. Mr. Shorthose served as our Chief Executive Officer from October 2001 to December 2002, as our President from February 2000 through December 2002 and as our Chief Operating Officer from June 1999 to October 2001. Mr. Shorthose is 47 years old.

Mary Makela has been a member of the board of directors since July 2002. Makela has had a long career in the fields of sales, marketing, and alliances. Following a 17-year tenure at IBM, she became president of Cognos Corporation, where she was responsible for the company's $40 million U.S. operation. From Cognos, Makela went on to head North American sales at Computer Corporation of America. She then took over as CEO and president of IMC Systems Group Inc., an integrated software and services vendor, where she was brought in to strategically reposition the company and its products. Makela currently serves as president of MEM Associates, a consultancy that provides strategic support to high-level executives on a range of business, marketing, and sales issues.

Having broken barriers in her own career, Ms. Lang is broadly recognized as a pioneering female high-tech/Internet executive. She has advised CEOs and entrepreneurs as a board member, coach, and investor in women-led technology companies. As a successful businesswoman, Ms. Lang has brought high energy and corporate savvy to the advancement of women in every sector of the global marketplace. Among Ms. Lang's many accomplishments, she was the founding CEO of AltaVista Internet Software Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Digital Equipment Corporation. AltaVista commercialized the highly popular AltaVista Internet search service and marketed a line of award-winning Internet-based software products for business people. Prior to AltaVista, Ms. Lang was Senior Vice President of the Desktop Business Group at Lotus Development Corporation, responsible for the worldwide development and marketing of Lotus's SmartSuite product line, a $500+ million business. Ms. Lang currently serves on the Board of Directors of ART Technology Group (enterprise software). She formerly served on numerous corporate, private, and nonprofit boards. Ms. Lang earned an A.B. degree in history and literature from Radcliffe College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. She is married to H. Neil Berkson, an attorney, and is the mother of three children Sarah, 30; Penelope, 27; and Edmund, 25.

Michael Brochu is a seasoned technology executive who brings over 20 years of senior-level experience and operational excellence to GMI. He most recently served as the president and CEO of Loudeye Corporation, a global leader of digital music platforms and digital media distribution services, which Nokia acquired in 2006. Before Loudeye, Mike was president and CEO of Primus Knowledge Solutions, Inc., an award-winning provider of e-service software solutions. In 1999, Brochu took Primus public, and facilitated the acquisition of the company by Art Technology Group (ATG) in 2004. Previously, Brochu served as the president and COO of Sierra On-Line, Inc., one of the world's largest publishers of interactive entertainment, educational, and home productivity software. There, he spearheaded efforts that increased sales by more than 300 percent, culminating in the sale of Sierra On-Line to CUC International for US$1.1 billion in 1996. Mike currently sits on the board of directors of ATG, Emphysis Medical Management, and the advisory board of Seattle-based venture capital firm Voyager Capital, which is also one of GMI's early institutional investors. Mike was named Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year in 2000.

Rob Held has been a member of the board of directors since July 2002. Held brings a strong executive background that includes tenure as president and CEO of Massachusetts-based Chipcom Corporation. During his time at Chipcom, Held guided the company through seven years of 70 percent annual growth, taking it from annual revenues of $6.7 million to $268 million. Under Held's leadership, Chipcom went public in 1991 and eventually grew its value to a $900 million market cap. Prior to his time at Chipcom, Held served in a variety of different management positions during a 14-year period at Genrad Inc.
