Rusert brings to the board more than 20 years of high technology related business management experience with global companies. As president and CEO of Artemis International Solutions, he directed the company to record sales of $68 million while redefining worldwide strategic direction in software development, sales and channel efforts and market development in Australia, China, Russia and Mexico, as well as the company's expansion into the government and energy markets. Prior to his leadership of Artemis, Rusert was vice president of Operations for Canon Computer Systems, Inc. which grew from $300 million to $ 1.4 billion in revenue during his tenure. Rusert also served as COO for Ameriquest Technology, Inc., in various senior management capacities with Inacomp Computer Centers and as co-founder of Computer City. He has served on the boards of numerous technology companies, including: Artemis, Proha PLC, Inacomp Computer Centers, Computer Supercenters International, and Evant Software.

Kaoru Nakamura is Executive Vice President of Artemis International Solutions Corporation and President of Artemis International Ltd. Japan. She has been working for Artemis more than 15 years. Her rich experience and knowledge in the Project Management area has been a driving force for Artemis, and the project management market in Japan for a long time. She played a key role in establishing the Project Management Certification Center, and has been recently working actively to open the World Seminar of the PM Society. She has been a guest lecturer of the PMCC, PM Society, Waseda University MBA course, Meiji University and many others. Kaoru is still acting as a principal consultant advising many organizations on how to evolve in the area of project governance and program management. She has worked in multiple industry sectors including IS/IT, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Telecommunication, and Engineering. Ms Nakamura holds a bachelor's degree in English literature and an MBA.

Chris Smith was named Vice President, Operations in 2006, and as such oversees all engineering, consulting, marketing, and IT activities for all of Versata's business verticals. Previously, Mr Smith was the GM responsible for Trilogy Technology Group, Financial Services Business Unit, as well as their Consumer Public Business Unit. Upon acquiring Versata, Trilogy combined Trilogy Technology Group and Versata to form a single business unit, Versata, focused on enterprise software and devoted to customer success and innovation. With the combination, Mr. Smith became VP of Operations. Mr. Smith as served in a variety of operational and strategic roles for Trilogy since coming on board in 1996. Before his recent assignment as GM of Trilogy Technology Group's Financial Services and Consumer Public Business Units, he served as the Sr Director of operations for Trilogy's Financial Services, Technical Solutions, and High-Tech business units. Mr Smith has a long track record of delivering customer success and driving value for global 2000 companies for over the last 15 years. Prior to Trilogy, Mr Smith was head of Information Systems and Application Development for several leading handheld computer manufactures as well as instrumental in driving technology changes within the public sector. His experience in the manufacturing and software industry provide the executive team valuable insights and experience in building customer, shareholder, and employee value.
