Donald King has over 30 years of technical and professional experience in management and information systems consulting, engineering, and executive management. A certified management consultant and registered professional engineer, King has led consulting teams on contracts with Federal Government entities as diverse as the U.S. Senate, the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Health Resources and Services Administration, and the Law Enforcement Assistance Administration. Before coming to BETAH, King held executive and project management positions with major international professional and technical services firms such as Booz, Allen and Hamilton and Science Management Corporation. As the Managing Director of Arthur Young & Company's Washington Government Office and National Director of Government Services, he increased the company's revenue by several million dollars in the space of a few years. A former Lieutenant in the United States Navy, he holds a B.S. in Naval Science from Holy Cross College and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program of the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

Nick has been in Abu Dhabi for 25 years. He set up Arthur Young & Company (predecessor of Ernst & Young) in 1982. Nick joined BDO International in 1990. He is married to Sally and have two children and two grandchildren. He enjoys sailing, golf, and camping.

Mr. Ringer is responsible for overall direction for the financial operations of the company, its subsidiaries, and projects including both treasury and accounting functions, and policy and procedure structure. He was elected to the position of Chief Financial Officer by the NANA Pacific Board of Directors. His position as CFO is backed by almost 25 years of finance and accounting experience. Mr. Ringer has a broad-based knowledge of financial and management reporting, accounting systems, internal controls, and operational issues for many different industries and business groups. His experience has provided him with a range of experience that spans from private entities to public groups, including government agencies and Alaska Native Corporations. Mr. Ringer's interest in finance and investing led him to pursue a BA in Economics and Accounting from Edinboro University and an MBA from Washington State University. Although new to the NANA family, he has been previously employed by other ANCs for over 10 years. He believes strongly in the growth potential of ANCs and is attracted in their ability to add value by starting small and growing into something big to leave behind for future generations. Prior to NANA Pacific, Mr. Ringer was a Controller for Calista Corporation and worked as an Internal Auditor for Arctic Slope Regional Corporation. His non-ANC experience includes positions with Ernst & Young, Chugach Electric, Carr Gottstein Company, and Arthur Young & Company. He is active in the Alaska Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Ringer's outside interests include hunting, fishing, skiing, horses and horse-breeding. He is a member of the Appaloosa Horse Society and owns five horses. He is the proud father of two wonderful daughters.

After a stint as a trainee auditor with Arthur Young, Peter joined Esso Retail where he managed one of the busiest petrol stations in Ireland for two years. He then enjoyed two years working and traveling around Australia. In May 1988, having settled in London, Peter began his publishing career by joining BEAP as assistant accountant.

Ms. Brooks' background includes serving as senior auditor at Arthur Young & Company (now Ernst & Young), CFO and Human Resources Director of LSI Financial Group, which serviced $600 million in loans and had over 150 employees. She then ran her own accounting, tax and consulting practice for nine years. Her clients have included corporations in the Internet, entertainment, advertising and direct mail software industries. She has served as CFO and Interim CFO for several start-up Internet companies, and successfully negotiated the sale of two entities. Ms. Brooks was rated number one Senior Auditor by the partners at Arthur Young and honored as Most Outstanding Student of the School of Business Administration and Economics at Cal State Fullerton. She has served as President of Beta Alpha Phi (a national accounting honors fraternity), and Treasurer of Toastmasters. Ms. Brooks is recognized for her communications and analytical skills, as well as her functional versatility. Ms. Brooks educational background includes: BS in Business Administration at California State University, Fullerton and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.

Theodore "Ted" Jadick joined Heidrick & Struggles in 1975 as a Consultant in the New York office. He assumed the role of Partner in 1977, and was named Vice Chairman, and a member of the Office of the Chairman, in 2002. He has served as a member of the Executive Committee of Heidrick & Struggles and as Managing Partner of the New York office. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Ted was a Senior Vice President at Frank W. Hastings Associates for 10 years. His previous experience includes four years as a Staff Accountant and Auditor for Haskins & Sells. He began his career with an accounting internship at Arthur Young & Company.

Thys Visser was appointed to the Board of British American Tobacco p.l.c. as a Non-Executive Director in 2001. He is a member of the Corporate Social Responsibility and Nominations Committees. He is the Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Remgro Limited, the South African diversified investment holding company, demerged from the former Rembrandt Group Limited. Thys is a Chartered Accountant who qualified with Arthur Young & Company in Cape Town before joining Rembrandt, where he held a number of positions, including Financial Director in 1991 and Managing Director in 1992. He is currently Chairman of Rainbow Chicken Ltd and serves on the Boards of Medi-Clinic Corporation Limited, Nampak Ltd and Distell Ltd. "Against the backdrop of rapid transformation, I see my role as Non-Executive Director contributing, amongst other things, my experience gained from managing economic and social issues in a developing society," says Thys. "There are many similarities between the challenges faced by a global player and those experienced at micro level by developing communities. I particularly enjoy being part of the dynamics of change management." Thys is a graduate of the University of Stellenbosch and he lives in Stellenbosch, South Africa with his wife and two children.
