Dominic Orr was named President and CEO of Aruba Networks in April 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Orr served as the company's Chairman of the Board. Previously, Dominic Orr was the president of Nortel Networks, Intelligent Internet Web Systems. He previously served as the president and chief executive of Alteon WebSystems which was merged with Nortel Networks in Oct. 2000. Mr. Orr has more than 20 years of experience in the computer systems and communication networking industry and has held senior positions at Bay Networks, Hewlett-Packard and Hughes Aircraft. Mr. Orr. is a member of the Sciences Board of Visitors at UCLA. He holds a BS in physics from City University of New York and a MS and PhD from California Institute of Technology.

Steffan Tomlinson is the chief financial officer of Aruba Networks. Mr. Tomlinson has extensive financial and operational experience in both venture-backed and public companies in the software, hardware, and networking industries. Prior to joining Aruba, Mr. Tomlinson was the CFO of Peribit Networks, which was successfully sold to Juniper Networks. Prior to Peribit, Mr. Tomlinson was the director of financial planning and analysis for the Subscriber Networks Division at Excite@Home. Mr. Tomlinson has also held various finance and financial analyst positions at Oracle, spanning both domestic and international business units. Mr. Tomlinson earned an MBA from Santa Clara University and a BA, with honors in Sociology, from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.

Keerti Melkote is responsible for Aruba's product roadmap and forging technology partnerships. Mr. Melkote has 15 years of technology and marketing experience in both enterprise and service provider networking. Prior to founding Aruba Networks, Mr. Melkote held senior management positions at Tahoe Networks, a cellular/3G data networking systems company now part of Nokia, and Shasta Networks, a broadband IP subscriber management systems company now part of Nortel. Mr. Melkote was at Cisco Systems during the LAN switching era in the mid-90s, where he was responsible for the definition and launch of Cisco's high-end enterprise LAN switching systems. Before Cisco, Mr. Melkote was responsible for deploying high-performance LAN and ATM backbone infrastructure at Intel. He holds an MSEE from Purdue University with an emphasis on distributed systems and TCP/IP networking.

Sriram Ramachandran has 18 years of experience in engineering and engineering management driving technical innovation. Previously, Mr. Ramachandran served as vice president of engineering for Juniper Networks security product group, managing 750 people in multiple global offices. He joined Juniper from Neoteris where he built the engineering organization from a team of twenty to 100 and established a development and quality assurance center in India. He previously co-founded and ran engineering at Respond Networks and led engineering as an early employee of WebMD (formerly Healtheon). Mr. Ramachandran has also held senior positions with Catapult Entertainment and Sun Microsystems. He earned an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Texas, and a BE in Electronics and Communication Engineering from University of Madras, India.

Jon Green, CISSP, is a senior product manager for Aruba Networks with primary responsibility for Aruba 's flagship software suite, ArubaOS. With more than 15 years of experience in design, operation, consulting, and product development in the internetworking space, his current interests are focused on the next generation of mobile network technology that will more effectively connect people with information. Jon has published numerous papers and speaks often on topics including mobility, wireless, and network security. Prior to joining Aruba in 2003, his experience included a variety of technical consulting and engineering positions at companies including Bay Networks, Shasta/Nortel Networks, Atrica, and Foundry Networks. A native of Iowa , he holds a BS in Information Technology from Western Governor's University, is a licensed commercial pilot, and has produced a number of award-winning wines.

Bernard Guidon worked for Hewlett-Packard Co. in various executive and management positions for more than 25 years. At HP, Mr. Guidon was responsible for the HP Unix product lines, including the market-leading line of HP servers and workstations, building it into a multi-billion dollar product line and establishing HP as the number one Unix supplier in the world. In building this business, Mr. Guidon defined the strategy and led engineering, marketing, finance, manufacturing, sales, distribution channels, external partnerships and acquisitions worldwide. Mr. Guidon also served as vice president and general manager of the $1.5 billion HP professional services organization, which employed over 6,000 people worldwide, and separately as vice president and general manager of HP's telecommunications business unit. Mr. Guidon is currently a business strategy and marketing consultant to several global high tech companies. Mr. Guidon is a resident and native of France, and holds a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toulouse in Europe.
