Mr. Bobby Gray is President and Chief Executive Officer of Asbury Mississippi dealerships, dba Gray-Daniels Auto Group. Mr. Gray began his career as a salesman for Jackson Lincoln-Mercury in 1972 at the age of 19. After holding management and ownership-level positions at several car dealerships in the Jackson area, in 1991 Mr. Gray bought Boyce Ford in Brandon, renaming it Gray-Daniels Ford. In his tenure at Gray-Daniels Ford, the Gray-Daniels dealership has earned Ford Motor Company’s “Chairman and President’s Awards,” and has captured the annual title as the Number One Ford Retail Truck Dealership in the Memphis region in 1999 and 2000. In addition, Gray-Daniels Ford has achieved Ford Motor Company’s Top 100 Club status for five consecutive years, and is currently ranked number 50 in the country. Mr. Gray is a member of the Mississippi Automobile Dealers Association.

Charles R. Oglesby serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Oglesby joined Asbury in 2002 as President of the North Point Automotive Group of Little Rock and in 2004 assumed the additional responsibility of the Nalley Automotive Group in Atlanta. He began his career as an Oldsmobile salesman and has held numerous management and ownership level positions at dealerships throughout the United States. Prior to joining North Point, he was president of the San Francisco-based First America Automotive, a 36-dealership group. Dealerships under Mr. Oglesby's management have earned some of the highest manufacturer's awards including Elite of Lexus, Toyota President's and Board of Governor's Awards, Honda President's Awards, Chrysler Five Star, and many more. He has served the automotive industry in a number of capacities including leadership roles on several Zone, Regional, and National Dealer Councils and Ad Associations. Mr. Oglesby is a native of Georgia and is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a BBA in Marketing.

Mr. Henry Day is President and Chief Executive Officer of Asbury’s Southern Region which includes Georgia and Arkansas. He has served in this capacity since March, 2007. Mr. Day’s career in the automotive industry spans some 40 years. Mr. Day has been Vice President of fixed operations for Asbury’s Southern Region for the past two years and for the Nalley Automotive Group for the 25 years prior to that. Mr. Day began his career in the parts department at Bingham GMC in his hometown of Richmond, Virginia. Mr. Day rose rapidly through the ranks at Bingham, assuming the roles of parts manager, then service manager and subsequently parts and service director. He was recruited in 1975 by Jim Nalley to head his fledgling service department at Nalley Motor Trucks in Atlanta. Mr. Day was named Vice President of fixed operations in 1980, and through the following years was instrumental in the growth of Nalley Automotive to thirteen car and three heavy truck stores in the Atlanta area. Nalley Automotive Group was purchased by Asbury Automotive Group in 1996. Mr. Day attended Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond. He served in the U.S. Army with the 82nd Airborne Division from 1961 to 1963.

Mr. John R. Capps is President and Chief Executive Officer of Asbury's St. Louis dealerships, dba Plaza Motor Company: they have been a part of Asbury since 1997. Mr. Capps has run the company, a large automotive retail campus that represents eight luxury franchises including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Audi, Lexus, Infiniti, Cadillac, and Land Rover, since 1981. Mr. Capps began his career in sales and sales management, becoming part owner of Northgate Porsche-Audi in 1974. Prior to joining Plaza Motor Company, Mr. Capps also served as Vice President of Operations at Volkswagen Mid-America, a distributor for Volkswagen, Porsche and Audi for a four-state area in the Midwest. Mr. Capps is a graduate of Stanford University.

Mr. Tom McCollum is President and Chief Executive Officer of Asbury’s Western Region which includes David McDavid Auto Group, North Point Auto Group in Arkansas and all California dealerships. He has served in this capacity since June 2004. Mr. McCollum, whose automotive career spans more than 25 years, has been with Asbury Automotive Group, Inc. since April 2001. Tom served as an executive officer in charge of finance and insurance. Mr. McCollum’s record of constant improvement in Asbury’s finance and insurance business is most impressive. He also oversaw Asbury’s regulatory compliance programs and developed menu pricing of all products sold by the finance and insurance departments at Asbury’s dealerships. Previously, Mr. McCollum was an Executive Vice President with Aon's Resource Group (formerly Pat Ryan & Associates), where he consulted with many of the nation's leading automotive retailers and consistently demonstrated an ability to improve same-store results with innovative, customer-focused programs. Prior to Aon, Mr. McCollum worked for several dealerships in various capacities. Mr. McCollum is a graduate of Sam Houston University and a Texas native.

Mr. Craig Monaghan serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Monaghan joined Asbury in May 2008 after holding the position of Chief Financial Officer at Sears Holdings Corp. Prior to joining Sears, Mr. Monaghan served as Chief Financial Officer of AutoNation, Inc., the nation's largest automotive retailer. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer of iVillage.com, which he helped take public in 1999. Earlier in his career, he was with Reader's Digest Association, Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. and General Motors Corp. Mr. Monaghan holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University, which he attended on a ROTC scholarship. After graduation, he completed his service in the United States Army, rising to the rank of Captain before returning to school and earning his M.B.A. at The Wharton School of Business.

Mr. George C. Karolis serves as Vice President of Corporate Development and Real Estate. Mr. Karolis is responsible for acquiring new dealerships and managing the Company’s real estate portfolio. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Karolis worked with Arthur Andersen in its transaction advisory services group in New York City where he provided transaction support for several large private equity groups and other large clients including Asbury Automotive Group. Mr. Karolis graduated Magna Cum Laude from Seton Hall University in

Mr. John C. Stamm serves as Vice President of Operations of Asbury Automotive Group. Mr. Stamm joined Asbury in June, 2000. He brings over 30 years of experience to the Company. Having entered the automobile business after completing his high school education, he has worked in all facets of fixed operations, sales and sales management and dealership operations. Mr. Stamm made the transition to General Manager in 1986 with Automanage Inc. of Cincinnati, Ohio. Immediately prior to joining Asbury Mr. Stamm served as Fixed Operations Director with the Coughlin Automotive Group of Newark, Ohio.

Mr. Keith Style serves as Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations. Mr. Style’s primary responsibilities include establishing and directing Asbury’s communications with the buy-side and sell-side analyst community on Wall Street. In addition, Mr. Style is responsible for Asbury’s internal financial planning. Throughout his career at Asbury, Mr. Style has served in various capacities including Director of Budgeting and Forecasting and Assistant Controller. Mr. Style comes to Asbury from Sirius Satellite Radio, Inc., a leading satellite radio entertainment provider, where he served in the planning and controllership functions for more than five years. Prior to Sirius, Mr. Style was an auditor for Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Style holds a BA in Economics and Business from Lafayette College and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Kenneth E. Jackson serves as Vice President of Platform Human Resources. With more than 15 years of Human Resources experience Mr. Jackson is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of Human Resource best practices in the platforms. Prior to joining Asbury, he has held Human Resources Management positions with NIKE, Inc. and Robinson-May Stores, a division of May Department Stores. Mr. Jackson received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Mr. Matthew J. Mees serves Asbury as Vice President of Manufacturer Relations. Mr. Mees joined Asbury in June of 2002 following a seventeen-year career with DaimlerChrysler. Mr. Mees' responsibilities include facilitating the communication and building the relationship between our dealers, the manufacturers and Asbury's home office. He works closely with Asbury's acquisition team to identify opportunities for each of our Platforms as well as available dealerships through each of the manufacturers. His responsibilities also include understanding the policies and programs set forth by the OEM's. While at Chrysler Mr. Mees worked exclusively in their field organization and held various management and executive positions with responsibilities in Sales, Service, Parts and Marketing. Mr. Mees holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ithaca College.

Mr. Phil Johnson serves as Vice President of Human Resources. Over the past 22 years, Mr. Johnson has held top human resources positions in large regional and national retail companies including Macy's, Saks Fifth Avenue, Gimbels and Marshall Field's. In technology, he led the human resources function at Entex Information Services, a Desktop Systems Integrator and a subsidiary of Siemens AG. Mr. Johnson is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he received his MBA and a BA in Industrial Engineering

An industry leader in retail design and marketing noted for his ability to blend strategy and creativity into bottom line success. He founded WalkerGroup/CNI in 1970, which became the world's largest retail planning and design consultancy. WPP Group Plc acquired the firm in 1987. Ken founded Retail Options Inc. in 1993. He is also the creator of 01-01-00 , The Mark of the Millennium, which has become the internationally recognized symbol for this global celebration. Ken has served as the Vice Chairman of FutureBrand, an Interpublic Company, and currently is the Creative Director of Asbury Automotive Group, one of the nation's largest retailers of automobiles. Ken is a graduate of Brown University and the Harvard University Graduate School of Design, where he earned his Masters in Architecture. He was elected a Fellow of The American Institute of Architects and is a charter member of the Interior Design Hall of Fame.

Mr. Ronald J. Avallone serves as Vice President of Internal Audit and SOX Compliance responsible for Internal Auditing and Sarbanes-Oxley reporting compliance. Prior to joining the Company in August 2003, Mr. Avallone worked for 23 years in the corporate accounting and financial reporting office for ChevronTexaco. Mr. Avallone received his undergraduate and master degrees in accounting from Pace University.

J. Gordon Smith was named SIRVA's chief financial officer in November 2008, bringing more than 31 years of financial leadership experience to the Company. He began his career with General Electric and throughout his 26 year career with GE held numerous financial positions, with the last 12 years as chief financial officer of three of GE's largest commercial finance businesses: Corporate Financial Services, Commercial Equipment Finance and Capital Markets. Under his leadership, these businesses developed into global leaders in their field, experiencing solid double-digit profit increases both through organic and acquisition growth. Most recently Smith served as chief financial officer of Asbury Automotive Group, one of the largest publicly traded automotive retail businesses in the United States, where he led the recapitalization efforts of the company, including more than $1.2 billion of debt refinancing and four secondary stock offerings. Smith graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a bachelor's degree in business administration in accounting and is a graduate of GE's highly regarded Financial Management Program.

JEFFREY I. WOOLEY has served as a member of our Board of Directors since March 10, 2003, and as the Non-executive Chairman of Asbury Automotive Tampa since March 2005. From September 1998 until February 2005, Mr.Wooley served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Asbury Automotive Tampa. Mr. Wooley has been in the automobile business for 39 years. He began his automotive career in 1965 and opened his first dealership in 1975. Prior to selling his dealerships to us in 1998, Mr. Wooley owned and operated nine franchises. He is a past president of the Pontiac National Dealer Council. Mr. Wooley currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Gulf Ridge Council-Boy Scouts of America and actively supports the Berkeley Preparatory School and The Children's Hospital at St. Joseph's.

Mr. Roth joined Microsat Systems, Inc. (MSI) on January 1, 2002 as Senior Vice President of Business Operations. He was named President and Chief Operating Officer in September of 2002. Mr. Roth has more than 25 years experience in the aerospace industry and has demonstrated success in business acquisition and organizational leadership. Prior to joining MSI, Mr. Roth was Vice President of the Electronic Combat Business Unit for Litton Advanced Systems, a $200M division of Litton Industries, a Fortune 500 company. At Litton, Mr. Roth had profit and loss responsibility for the business unit and overall management responsibility for the engineering, program management and business development directorates of the company. Programs under his leadership included major defense systems such as the Joint Strike Fighter Electronic Warfare suite, ICAP III electronic warfare suite for the Navy E-2C carrier aircraft, the Advanced Integrated Electronic Warfare System (AIEWS) for Navy surface ships, as well as classified satellite payloads for U.S. military satellite prime contractors. Prior to his position as Vice President, Mr. Roth was the Director of Engineering for Litton Advanced Systems with responsibility over all engineering personnel and laboratories. Prior to joining Litton, Mr. Roth worked for Lockheed Martin as Director of Colorado Springs Operations for Lockheed Martin Electronic Defense Systems which provided direct support to the Air Force Space Command's Space Warfare Center at Schriever AFB. Mr. Roth has also held positions at Litton Amecom as Director of Advanced Programs, at HRB-Singer as Electronic Warfare Programs Manager, and at Hughes Aircraft as Manager of their Processor Architecture group. Mr. Roth holds an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, and a B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois, and has attended the Harvard Business School Executive Education program in Management and Leadership and the Wharton Business School Executive Education Program in Finance. Mr. Roth currently serves on the board of directors for the Colorado Space Business Roundtable and is on the Advisory Board of the Colorado Space Grant Consortium.

Philip F. Maritz PHILIP F. MARITZ has served as a member of our Board of Directors since April 19, 2002, and as Chairman of our Audit Committee since May 7, 2002. He is the co-founder of Maritz, Wolff & Co., which manages the Hotel Equity Fund, a private equity investment fund that owns luxury hotels and resorts. In 1990, he founded Maritz Properties, a commercial real estate development and investment firm where he serves as president. He serves on several not-for-profit boards, and he is also a corporate director of Wolff DiNapoli, a Los Angeles based investment and development firm. Mr. Maritz received a bachelor's degree from Princeton University and a master's in business administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Thomas C. DeLoach, Jr. received his bachelor's degree with honor in chemical engineering in 1969 from Georgia Tech and joined Mobil Oil Corporation at its Beaumont, Texas Refinery. Tom progressed through a number of various positions in manufacturing, planning and supply to become Manager Crude Oil Supply for U.S. Marketing and Refining in 1980. In 1981 he was the liaison with Mobil's diversified businesses: Montgomery Ward, Container Corporation and W. F. Hall Printing Company. He was named Vice President, U.S. Supply in 1984; and in 1986, he was appointed Vice President and General Manager, U. S. Marketing. He was elected VP, Corporate Planning and Economics for Mobil Corporation in 1990. He was elected to the Mobil Oil Board of Directors and named VP, Worldwide Supply and Trading in 1991. In 1993, Tom was named Executive VP in charge of International Marketing and Refining and in 1994 was named Chief Financial Officer for Mobil Corporation. In 1998, he became President of Global Midstream, which included global hydrocarbon supply and trading, marine operations, Middle East relationships and worldwide natural gas sales and marketing. From 1993 until his retirement, he was also the worldwide coordinator of Mobil's Motorsports programs. He retired in 2000 from Mobil Corporation.

Mr. McLarty is president of Kissinger McLarty Associates, an international advisory firm formed in partnership with former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, and chairman of the board of the McLarty Companies, a family?owned transportation business. He serves on the board of Union Pacific Corporation and IdleAire Technologies Corporation, both publicly held companies. He is also senior advisor to The Carlyle Group private equity firm and a senior advisor to the law firm of Covington & Burling. Mr. McLarty served in the White House under President Clinton in several key positions including chief of staff, counselor to the president and special envoy for the Americas, with over five years of service in the President's Cabinet and on the National Economic Council. He worked with President Carter as a member of the Democratic National Committee, was appointed to the National Petroleum Council and the National Council on Environmental Quality by President Bush, and served on the St. Louis Federal Reserve Board from 1989 until joining the Clinton administration in 1992. Prior to his tenure in the White House, Mr. McLarty served as chairman of the board of Arkla, a Fortune 500 natural gas company. He began his business career with the McLarty Companies, where he helped build the business into one of the nation's largest transportation companies. Mr. McLarty is a senior international fellow at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He holds a degree in business administration from the University of Arkansas.
