Ted Trower is a certified Prosthetist/Orthotist with more than 20 years experience working with patients across the country. Mr. Trower is highly regarded and considered an authority in the field, making sure that you receive the best in care and attention. Beginning his career as a licensed practical nurse, Ted brings a training and experience base that offers a significant advantage over most practitioners who have no medical experience beyond the direct and common needs for fitting devices. Through this work, Ted developed an understanding of the characteristics of the disease process and problems that would serve as the base to A-S-C's insistence on the proper design and fit of an appropriate orthotic or prosthetic device that is essential to the comfort and quality of your device. After receiving a degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics at the University of Washington, Mr. Trower soon became the Assistant Director of Prosthetics and Orthotics at the University of Michigan Hospital. He came to be well known after fitting the first bilateral amputee ever fitted with the now renowned Flex-Foot components. Recognizing an obligation to participate in research and educational activities in the prosthetics field, Mr. Trower created a seminar/workshop covering the entire area of fitting and fabricating prostheses using the Flex-Foot. As a recognized expert in his field, Flex-Foot soon asked for his help in presenting his seminar to a much wider audience throughout North America and Europe. These workshops were so well received that they continued for over fifteen years, until after Flex-Foot Inc. was purchased by Ossur. Ted currently holds a position on the board of directors of the Michigan Orthotics & Prosthetics Association (MOPA) and is the Chairman of continuing education activities. He also holds a position on the board of trustees of the International Society for Orthotics and Prosthetics, USA Member Society (USISPO). He has previously held a position as the AAOP representative on the board of directors of the Orthotic & Prosthetic Assistance Fund (OPAF). Professionals around the world who make prosthetic devices and amputees who use them recognize the experience and knowledge Mr. Trower has gained throughout his career. A-S-C clients have the advantage of being treated by a team of specialists who are the finest in their field.

Greg Zoch, CSAM, is a managing partner with Kaye/Bassman International Corp., an executive search firm based in Plano, Texas. Zoch's passion, knowledge, and industry experience has given him keen insight into the issues, trends, and motivating factors that are fundamental to the ASC business niche. As an executive recruiter and leader of a nationwide healthcare practice focused predominantly on ASCs since 2002, Zoch is an invaluable resource for contacts and networking within the surgery center business. He works with ASC owners and operators in addressing the current talent shortage that today's ASCs face in filling positions in their centers. "There are just not enough people with ASC experience to operate the number of ASCs currently in operation, much less the new facilities coming online on a weekly and monthly basis," he says. "When I first began to analyze the ASC space, what I saw rather quickly was a rapidly expanding proliferation of ASCs and very few avenues by which administrators and directors of nursing were being trained. There was, and remains, strong demand for this type of specialized talent." Zoch is proud of the fact that he and Kaye/Bassman have been able to address that demand and is continuing to work hard to ease the situation for his ASC clients. "We've helped to built some of the premier players within the ASC space by bringing them top talent," he says proudly. And it is just that type of hard work and dedication that has made him a perennial top producer and partner with Kaye/Bassman. J.S.

Feiner's most prestigious and daunting project to date was when he was called upon by the legendary director/producer, George Lucas, to assist in the restoration of the "Star Wars" trilogy ("Star Wars," "Return of the Jedi" and "The Empire Strikes Back"). For this massive project, Pacific Title and Feiner mapped out an extensive cost effective alternatives to more expensive digital effects by reorganizing and reinserting elements of the original prints of the films. The results were most impressive. In addition to the "Star Wars" projects, Feiner has supervised the company's restoration of such motion picture classics as "Sleeping Beauty," "Vertigo," "The Wizard of Oz," "Notorious," Nothing Sacred," "A Clockwork Orange" and "Picnic." In addition to his work at Pacific Title, Feiner, who was nominated for an Emmy award for his work on the NBC television mini-series "V," is also extremely active in a number of industry organizations and unions. His credits include membership in the 600 Photographers Union , SMPTE, ACVL, affiliate member of ACE, associate member of ASC, VES, AMPAS and its Visual Effects Branch,Science and Technology Council, as well as the Scientific and Technology Awards Committee. From a very early age, Feiner developed an interest in film; having gotten an introduction into the industry from his father, whose company owns the Laurel and Hardy black and white silent films and several Warner Brother's 1950 feature releases. During the summers, while in high school, Feiner worked at a film lab in Hollywood doing 16mm AB printing and timing. Later, while attending Pitzer College as a pre-law student, Feiner began working at a part-time job operating an optical printer at a company called Total Optical. Little did he realize that this part-time job would seal his future fate. Pacific Title bought Total Optical and Feiner went on to become an optical cameraman on the night shift in 1977. In his first few years at Pacific Title, Feiner worked on "Grizzly Adams" blow-ups, effects for the popular "Wonder Woman" and "Dukes of Hazzard" television series as well as numerous Warner Brothers and Fox features. As people either retired and/or left the company, Feiner found himself taking on more and more responsibility as well as more demanding duties and then, finally, moved to the day shift. Credited with co-developing the lucrative "Gemini Process," a high-quality video-to-film process, for the company in the late 80's, Feiner was also instrumental in the development, planning and execution of Pacific Title Digital Studio, in 1989 which was subsequently launched in 1991. Feiner's immense knowledge, expertise and management abilities led him to be named to his present post of President/CEO in 1997 where he oversees the day to day operations of an 87 year old post production facility. He celebrates 29 years of employment at Pacific Title.
