Sidney Feltenstein has been a member of our Board of Directors since May 2004. Since June 2005, Mr. Feltenstein has been the Chairman of Sagittarius Brands, a restaurant holding company. From 1995 to 2002, Mr. Feltenstein served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Yorkshire Global Restaurants, an operator of A&W Restaurants and Long John Silver s restaurants. Mr. Feltenstein has served in a variety of operations and marketing management positions in the restaurant business including Chief Marketing Officer for Dunkin Donuts and Executive President of Worldwide Marketing for Burger King Corporation.
