BUSINESS OF ISSUER History Asia Premium Television Group, Inc., (?ASTV? or the ?Company?) was originally incorporated in the state of Nevada on September 21, 1989 under the name Fulton Ventures, Inc. On July 18, 1990, the Company changed its name to Triad Warranty Corporation, Inc., and on May 22, 2000, the Company changed its name to GTM Holdings, Inc. On September 19, 2002, the Company changed its name to Asia Premium Television Group, Inc. to more accurately reflect the business of the Company. From 1993 through May 2001, the Company did not engage in any business operations.
