As co-founder of AER, Ms. Sze leads AER's strategic development and research program. Her key objectives are to remain at the forefront of atmospheric science by developing premier applied scientific applications for the commercial sector backed by cutting-edge research and development. Ms. Sze earned her B.S. in Chemistry from Purdue University and an MBA from Northeastern University. Ms. Sze is a member of the Board of the Asian American Bank and Trust.

Jerry Boos, C.P.A (Treasurer) adds significant finance and accounting expertise to Snappy's board. Since 1989, Jerry is providing accounting, tax and consulting services as a founding partner of Boos & Chan. Prior, he was a partner with Touche Ross & Co., and then a member of the Board of Directors and the Chief Financial Officer for the U.S. operations of a British publicly-held company listed on the London Stock Exchange and a partner of Touche Ross & Co. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Asian American Bank and Trust Company. Jerry joined Snappy's board in March 2004.
