Leslie Tang Schilling is Founder and Director of Union Square Investment Company, a commercial real estate investment and management firm. Prior to that, she was assistant manager of the real estate department at the Chartered Bank of London. Ms. Schilling also serves as director of Golden West Financial Corporation, Tristate Holdings, Ltd., and KOA Holdings, Ltd. Ms. Schilling serves as a member of the University of California's Board of Regents; a Board Member of the San Francisco Foundation and Women's Forum West; and as a Commissioner of the Asian Art Museum. She is co-founder of Toys for the Tenderloin and is a director of The Asia Foundation and the Committee of 100. Ms. Schilling received her bachelor's degree in economics and political science from UC Berkeley and her master's degree in international management from the American Graduate School of International Management.

Mr. Kim has been serving as the Chairman & CEO of Louis Raphael / Kizan International, Inc., a men's apparel wholesale company he founded, since 1972. The company's products are sold in over 8,000 stores including Macy's, Target, Kohl's, Mervyn's, Sears, JC Penney and other department and chain stores in the United States and Canada. In 1980, he won the Presidential Award from South Korean President Jun Do-Whan for promoting bilateral trade between the United States and Korea. In 1986, he was named "Businessman of the Year" from the Santa Clara Chamber of Commerce. Currently, he is Chairman of the Board of the Korean American Chamber of Commerce NPC. Mr. Kim has served as a Trustee of the Asian Art Museum of San Francisco since 1999, and is currently a Commissioner for the museum. Mr. Kim joined the board of Give2Asia in 2003 and was elected as the board Chairman in October 2007. Mr. Kim was educated at El Camino College and University of California in Los Angeles, and at the Executive MBA Program at Stanford University.

Mr. Lee founded Diamond Multimedia Systems, served as CEO & Chairman of the company for 17 years, and took the company to a successful IPO in 1995. Mr. Lee is chairman of AmBex Venture Group, a venture capital and technology investment company in Silicon Valley, and a member of Advisory Board of Stanford Technology Venture Program (STVP) of Engineering School, Stanford University. He served as a Consulting Professor at Asia Pacific Research Center of Stanford University for 5 years. He currently serves as a Chaired Professor Emeritus of Korea Advanced Institute of Science & Technology (KAIST). Mr. Lee serves as a Commissioner & Trustee of Asian Art Museum of San Francisco Chong-Moon Lee Center for Asian Art & Culture, the largest Asian arts museum outside of Asia. He also serves as a Trustee of Asia Society, New York, and Center for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS), Washington, DC, one of the most active and influential think tanks in America. He also is as a member of California Arts Council.
Howard I. Atkins, senior executive vice president and chief financial officer, is responsible for Wells Fargo’s financial management functions (including controllers, financial reporting, tax management, asset-liability management, treasury, corporate development, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions), its investment portfolios (including fixed income, venture capital and private equity investments) and its corporate properties functions.
A 32-year veteran of the financial services industry, he joined Wells Fargo in 2001. Formerly, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of New York Life Insurance Company responsible for financial management and information technology.
Before joining New York Life in 1996, he was Chief Financial Officer at Midlantic Corporation before its merger with PNCBank Corp. He helped design and oversee Midlantic’s financial restructuring, taking the company from near bankruptcy to one with among the best operating margins, productivity levels, and capital ratios in commercial banking in the United States at that time.
He also spent 17 years at Chase Manhattan Bank, where he rose to Corporate Treasurer. During his tenure at Chase, he was responsible for asset liability management, capital planning, funding and investments, and interest rate insurance products. He spent four years in Europe with responsibility for Chase’s foreign exchange and capital markets business.
He is a member of the American Banker CFO Advisory Board, the Financial Executives Institute, and the Conference Board. He also is a director of Ingram Micro, the largest IT distributor in the world, and serves on the board of trustees for the Asian Art Museum in San Francisco.
He received a B.S. degree in mathematics from City College, New York, and his master’s degree in economics from Ohio State University.

Tim Dattels is a Partner of TPG Capital, LP based in San Francisco with a focus on Asian investing. Prior to joining TPG, Mr. Dattels served as Managing Director of Goldman Sachs. He was elected Partner in 1996 and was head of Investment Banking for all Asian countries outside of Japan from 1996 - 2000 where he advised several of Asia's leading entrepreneurs and governments. In addition, he served on the firm's Management Committee in Asia.
