Michael A. Esposito is currently a partner at Norbridge, Inc., a diversified management consulting firm, leading the Health Industries consulting practice. His clients include pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and diagnostic companies around the world. He brings more than 20 years of functional and strategic planning experience in the health industry to Aspect. His diverse consulting experience includes corporate and business unit strategy, marketing, sales, business development, research and development planning and operations improvement. Prior to joining Norbridge, Mr. Esposito was Vice President and Global Practice Leader of the Health Industries consulting practice at Arthur D. Little for 15 years. Mr. Esposito started his industry career in marketing and sales at Pfizer, Inc. He received his M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College and his B.S. from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy.
David Feigal, M.D. has more than 20 years of experience in health policy, medical education, and healthcare regulation. Dr. Feigal spent 12 years at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) where he served in director level positions for the Center for Devices and Radiological Health, the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, and the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research. In 2004, Dr. Feigal stepped down from the FDA and joined NDA Partners, LLP where he advises mid-stage device and biopharmaceutical companies about clinical and regulatory strategies, product development and design, and the introduction of innovative technologies. Dr. Feigal was a member of the World Health Organization's Global Program on AIDS and has held faculty appointments at the University of California, San Francisco and the University of California, San Diego schools of medicine. He holds an M.D. degree from Stanford University and an M.P.H. from the University of California Berkeley.

Donald R. Stanski, MD is an anesthesiologist/clinical pharmacologist who has served as a director of Aspect since 1996. He received his medical degree from the University of Calgary, Canada, his anesthesiology training from the Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard University, Boston and his clinical pharmacology training from the University of California, San Francisco. He was on the faculty of the School of Medicine, Stanford University beginning in 1979 and served as Chairman of the Department of Anesthesia from 1992 to 1997. He served as Vice-President, Scientific and Medical Affairs at Pharsight Corporation from 1998 to 2001. He is currently Vice President & Global Head of PH, Modeling and Simulation at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation.
Breck Eagle is the Founding Chairman of the Board of Directors. He joined Aspect’s management team on a full-time basis in January 1996, was one of the company’s earliest private investors and previously served as a member of its Board of Directors from 1989 to 1992. Prior to joining Aspect, Breck was President of ECS, Inc., a privately held medical practice management company that he co-founded. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, and General Manager of The Health Data Institute, Inc., a company that he also co-founded. Mr. Eagle’s prior experience includes healthcare consulting with Ernst & Whinney and positions in finance and health services research at Boston University Medical Center. He earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from Yale University, and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
John J. O Connor joined Aspect as a director in December 2006. Prior to his retirement in November 2006, Mr. O Connor was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, an independent public accounting firm, from 1982 to November 2006, most recently serving as vice chairman of services from June 2002 to November 2006. Mr. O Connor served as the leader of the U.S. audit practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers from September 2000 to June 2002, and served as the managing partner of the firm s Boston office from 1995 to September 2000. Mr. O Connor also serves as a director for LeMaitre Vascular, Inc.
Jon C. Biro , age 43, is a director nominee. Jon C. Biro has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Accounting Officer, Treasurer, Secretary and a director of Consolidated Graphics, Inc., a commercial printer with operations in the United States, Canada and the Czech Republic, since January 2008. Prior to joining Consolidated Graphics, Mr. Biro held several executive positions with ICO, Inc., a company specializing in the manufacturing of specialty resins and concentrates. From April 2002 to January 2008, Mr. Biro was the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of ICO and served as its Interim Chief Executive Officer from July 2003 to February 2004. From September 1996 to April 2002, Mr. Biro was the Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer of ICO. From October 1994 to September 1996, he was the Controller of ICO.
