Jim Foy brings more than three decades of software industry expertise to his role as President, CEO and Director of Aspect Software. Jim joined the company in 2001 and under his direction the company has become the world's largest company solely focused on the contact center industry. Jim's continued vision for Aspect Software is to help our customers gain competitive advantage with solutions that enable more effective and efficient customer-company interactions in collections, customer service and sales and telemarketing. Under Jim's leadership, the company is making great strides-consistently meeting financial expectations, delivering on its aggressive strategic objectives and earning valuable recognition from the contact center industry. During his distinguished career, Jim has held several executive positions at leading enterprise software companies. Prior to Aspect Software, he served as President of Informix Software, a global enterprise software company with more than $750 million in revenue. Jim also served as the Executive Vice President of Engineering at Ardent Software; the Founder, President and CEO of Constellation Software; and as Director of Research and Development at Prime Computer. While at Prime, he was also a member of the board of directors of X/Open and Unix International.

Connie Fortunato, Vice President of Human Resources, is responsible for the global design and implementation of Aspect Software's business strategies and programs focused on recruitment, organizational development and transformation, leadership, compensation, and benefits. Connie joined Aspect Software in January 1999 and brought with her more than 15 years of human resources (HR) and business experience. Prior to joining Aspect Software, she held leadership roles that included directing the global HR function for FTP Software, where she was responsible for driving the corporate HR strategy and leading compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and organizational development initiatives. Before joining FTP Software, Connie directed the HR function for multiple software divisions of Melville Corporation. Connie is a member of the California Strategic Human Resource Partnership, the High Tech HR Executive Forum, the Society of Human Resources Management, and the Northeast Human Resources Association.

Mr. Riley is currently the President of NPO Solutions, a management consulting firm specializing in strategic planning for the nonprofit sector with local, regional, and national clients. Warren Riley gained his experience in both the private and nonprofit sectors where he has specialized in strategic planning, operations planning, budgeting, staff development, market planning, and fundraising. For several years, he was with the firm KPMG Peat Marwick, where he provided consulting services to a variety of social service agencies, arts and advocacy organizations, associations, schools, and universities. His book on strategic planning, The Resource Development System, is a "bible" to leaders throughout the nonprofit sector. Mr. Riley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Dartmouth College and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Stanford University.
