Manolis Kotzabasakis joined AspenTech in 1997, and is responsible for AspenTech’s worldwide sales operations and business development. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Marketing, directing the company’s activities related to business planning, corporate and product marketing, alliances, and mergers and acquisitions. Kotzabasakis served as Chief Executive Officer at Linnhoff March, a process software and design firm, prior to his association with AspenTech. He was an associate professor in Chemical Engineering at the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST) in the United Kingdom from 1987 to 1992. Kotzabasakis holds PhD and MSc degrees in Chemical Engineering from UMIST, and a BSc degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, Greece.

Steve Pringle joined AspenTech in 1996 and serves as Senior Vice President, Global Consulting Services. He was most recently Senior Vice President, Products, after serving in previous roles at AspenTech as Vice President, Manufacturing/Supply Chain; Senior Vice President, Enterprise Solutions Software Development; and Vice President, Consulting Services. During his earlier career, Pringle acquired extensive experience in the process industry software business, initially with Duke Energy (formerly Texas Eastern Corp.), and subsequently with Bethany International, and Scientific Software-Intercomp (SSI). In 1990, he founded and led as President Kinesix Corp., a division of SSI, until he joined AspenTech. Pringle holds both MSc and BS degrees from Louisiana Tech.

Chuck Johnston is a Senior Consultant at Control Consulting, Inc., bringing over 25 years of experience in the process control industry. John Bell joined AspenTech in 2005 as Senior Vice President, Sales, for the Europe/Middle East/Africa region.
