Mr. Redman joined Asset Acceptance Corp. in January 1998 as Vice President-Finance, Secretary and Treasurer. Mr. Redman was appointed as our Chief Financial Officer in May 2002. Prior to joining us, Mr. Redman worked in public accounting for 13 years, the last 11 years at BDO Seidman, LLP, Troy, Michigan, serving as a Partner in the firm from July 1996 to December 1997. Mr. Redman is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. In 2008, Mr. Redman was honored as Crain’s CFO of the Year.

Phillip L. Allen Vice President – Collections Operations Mr. Allen joined Asset Acceptance Corp. as Vice President-Operations in October 1996. Prior to joining us, Mr. Allen held a variety of positions in the consumer credit industry including with Household Finance and Household Retail Services from 1985 to 1991 and with Winkelman’s Stores from 1992 to 1996.

Deborah L. Everly Senior Vice President and Chief Acquisitions Officer Ms. Everly joined Asset Acceptance Corp. in May 1995. Ms. Everly was named our Director of Marketing & Acquisitions in 1996 and promoted to Assistant Vice President in 1997. In 1998 she was promoted to Vice President-Marketing & Acquisitions. In October, 2007, Ms. Everly was again promoted to Senior Vice President – Chief Acquisitions Officer. Ms. Everly has been in the accounts receivable management industry since 1991.

Ambrish Sundaram Vice President— Information Services Mr. Sundaram joined our Company in October 2007 as Vice President —Information Services. Mr. Sundaram joined us from Comerica Bank where he held the position of Vice President —Information Services from 2002 to 2007. His responsibilities included strategic technology planning and information technology services for international affiliates. Mr. Sundaram has 20 years of experience in information technology management.

Darin B. Herring Vice President – Legal Collections and Business Transformation Mr. Herring joined our Company in March 2008 as Vice President – Legal Collections and Business Transformation. Prior to joining us, Mr. Herring held various positions at American Express since 1988, most recently as Vice President, Global Commercial Card & Services. Mr. Herring’s prior positions at American Express also included; Vice President and Regional Leader – Global Reengineering / Six Sigma, and Director – Global Reengineering / Six Sigma. His background in other business units at American Express included; consumer card operations, finance operations and strategic enablement services.

Deanna S. Hatmaker Vice President-Human Resources Ms. Hatmaker joined our subsidiary, Asset Acceptance, LLC, in January 2006 as Vice President-Human Resources. Ms. Hatmaker previously served as the Director and Human Resources Officer in the Michigan Administrative Information Services (MAIS) business unit at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan (from 2003 to 2005). Prior to joining MAIS, Ms. Hatmaker also served as Vice President — Human Resources and as a member of the senior management committee with H&R Block Financial Advisors (formerly OLDE Financial Corporation), Detroit, Michigan (from the mid-1990’s to 2002). Ms. Hatmaker has been in the financial services industry for over 17 years.

Edwin L. Herbert Vice President – General Counsel and Secretary Mr. Herbert joined our subsidiary, Asset Acceptance, LLC, in September 2006 as Vice President and General Counsel. Mr. Herbert previously served as an equity partner at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, Toledo, Ohio, where he practiced law as a member of the firm’s financial institutions practice group from October 2004 to September 2006. Prior to joining Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, Mr. Herbert practiced law with Werner & Blank, LLC, from October 1998 to October 2004, and was a partner with that firm from January 2000 to October 2004. Mr. Herbert was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of ValliCorp Holdings, Inc., Fresno, California from 1994 to 1997, and Executive Vice President and General Counsel of CFX Corporation, Keene, New Hampshire from 1997 to 1998. Mr. Herbert is a member of the American Bar Association, and a member of the California and Ohio bars.

Partner, Diamond Castle Holdings, New York, New York

Mr. Bradley joined Lee Acceptance Company in 1979 and co-founded Asset Acceptance Corp. in 1994. Mr. Bradley served as Vice President of our predecessor from 1982 to 1994 and was promoted to President of Asset Acceptance Corp. in 1994. He was named our Chief Executive Officer in June 2003. In February 2006, Mr. Bradley was elected Chairman of the Board by the Company’s Board of Directors. Effective December 31, 2008, Mr. Bradley retired as President and CEO of Asset Acceptance Capital Corp.; however, he will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Donald Haider, Director Dr. Haider joined us as a director in March 2004. Since 1973, Dr. Haider has served at Northwestern University s Kellogg School of Management as an Assistant, Associate and then Professor of Management. Dr. Haider began his academic career in 1971 as a lecturer and assistant professor at New York University and City College of New York and an Assistant Professor at Columbia University. Dr. Haider serves on the board of directors of La Salle National Bank, N.A., Chicago, Illinois and Fender Musical Instruments.

Jennifer L. Adams Director Director since 2004 In 1991 Ms. Adams joined World Color Press, Inc. as Vice President and General Counsel and remained with World Color Press, Inc. in a number of capacities until 1999, when she left World Color Press as Vice Chairman, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer and Secretary. Prior to joining World Color Press, Inc., Ms. Adams was an associate with the law firm of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Needs joined our subsidiary, Asset Acceptance, LLC, in July 2007 as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Asset Acceptance Mr. Needs held executive positions at American Express for more than 22 years, most recently as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Purchasing Services. Mr. Needs’ prior positions at American Express also included Senior Vice President of Global Finance Operations and Business Transformation, and Senior Vice President and General Manager of Corporate Travel. Effective January 1, 2009, Mr. Needs was promoted to President & CEO. The Board of Directors also appointed Mr. Needs to serve as Director effective January 1, 2009.

Terrence D. Daniels, Director Mr. Daniels joined us as a director in September 2002. Mr. Daniels has been a Partner with Quad-C Management, Inc., a private equity firm based in Charlottesville, Virginia, since its formation in November 1989. Prior to November 1989, Mr. Daniels served as Vice Chairman and director of W.R. Grace & Co., as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Western Publishing Company, Inc. and as Senior Vice President for corporate development of Mattel, Inc. In October 2001, Nationwide Warehouse & Storage, LLC, et. al., an affiliate of Quad-C Management, Inc., filed a petition in bankruptcy. For the two years prior to the filing, Mr. Daniels served as a director and officer of Nationwide, but did not have any day-to-day management duties.

William F. Pickard Director Director since 2004 Since 1997, Dr. Pickard has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Global Auto Alliance, an automobile parts supplier. Dr. Pickard also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of VITEC, LLC, Global Automotive Alliance LLC, and Grupo Antolin-Wayne, affiliates of Global Auto Alliance. Dr. Pickard serves as a part time instructor for the University of Michigan School of Business. Dr. Pickard also serves as a Director of Flagstar Bancorp (NYSE: FBC) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Flagstar Bank.
