Mr. Rodek was appointed to the Accelrys board of directors in August 2007. Most recently Mr. Rodek served as the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hyperion Solutions Corporation, the global leader in business performance management software, until its acquisition by Oracle Corporation earlier this year. From 1999 through 2004, Mr. Rodek served as Hyperion's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Hyperion, Mr. Rodek served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Ingram Micro, the world's largest wholesale provider of technology solutions, products and services. Mr. Rodek also spent sixteen years in various executive positions at FedEx Corporation. Mr. Rodek is a former member of the World Economic Forum, and is currently an executive partner with Accretive, LLC, and a member of the faculty at Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.

Prior to joining Avid in December 2007, Mr. Greenfield was CEO of GXS, Inc. from 2003 to 2007, a leading worldwide provider of business-to-business integration, synchronization and collaboration solutions. Since December 2003, he had also been an operating partner with Francisco Partners, a leading technology-focused private equity firm. Previously, Mr. Greenfield served as CEO of Peregrine Systems, Inc. where he managed the restructuring of that company’s business. He has also served as president and CEO of MERANT and CEO of INTERSOLV, which merged with Micro Focus to form MERANT. He has experience growing businesses both organically and through acquisition, managing development, marketing and operations, and serving diverse customers from small businesses to the Fortune 500. Mr. Greenfield earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Naval Academy, a Master of Science Administration degree from George Washington University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School. Mr. Autry is the CEO of Contrado Partners, a global consulting firm based in Chicago. He previously served as CEO of Brigade Solutions; Senior Vice President and General Manager of World Wide Travelers Cheque Group of American Express Company; President and COO of Release International; Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Baxter International with global responsibility for manufacturing, logistics, and IT; and Head of Worldwide Sales at FedEx. Mr. Autry also serves on the Boards of Hyperion Solutions (NASDAQ) and Trinity Health, and UAS Corporation.

Yorgen Edholm is a Silicon Valley veteran with 25 years of Enterprise Software expertise. Mr. Edholm co-founded Brio Technology and during 12 years as CEO, took the company public and grew it to $150 million in revenues with over 700 employees and a customer base of over 5,000 organizations. In addition Mr. Edholm was President and CEO of DecisionPoint Applications, an Analytical Applications company. Mr. Edholm has served on several public and private company boards including most recently Hyperion (sold to Oracle), I-many, Resilience, Verix and Saama. Mr. Edholm earned an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics and a Masters in Engineering Physics from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. Trained as a concert violinist, Mr. Edholm studied with Ivan Galamian, and has performed in Carnegie Hall (2005).
